"What!? You are going to the marry the most handsome guy on this planet!!". Cassie spoke with overexcitement after I told her everything except the fact that my family is connected with mafia. And it is better for her and the gang to keep it hidden.

"Oh my Gosh! Ave. You are so lucky.I am so happy for you girl!!", she said and hugged me tightly.

"I ca-cant breathe" I told her and then she back away muttering sorry and went back to her bubbly and excited form.

"I came to tell you about myself but you girl ,you just gave me a surprise. You know how much I like him." She said with dreamy eyes.

Like all the other girls, Cassie is also a fan of him,Vaughn Rodriguez. But I can't, not after knowing that he is a powerful ruthless gangleader and businessman.

"Have you met him?" She asked me breaking me from my trance.

"No, Mom and Dad have met him and his family. And Dad said that we will meet directly at the party." I said calmly. Without showing her my fear and nervousness.

"I could understand your Dad had always been over protective of you, that's why you didn't had any boyfriend." She said with understanding.

And yes, I never had any serious relationship with a boy . Not that anyone didn't approached me. In reality every boy tried to get my attention by their charms but my dad always make sure of it they don't.

Gosh this man had made me blush twice without even meeting before.

"NO!I am not thinking about him", I quickly defended but I know she caught me.

"So why were you searching about him?" She say while pointing towards by phone which was lying beside with thankfully screen turned on and picture of HIM. Note the sarcasm.

"We have to do so much shopping. I am so excited." She said while jumping here and there like a kid.

I tried to calm her down.

"Everybody will be shocked when they will hear this news. And especially Veronica Sanderson", she said her name with disgusted face.

Veronica and I never liked each other since high school. It is not like that I hated her but she herself provoke me and bullies me with her gang . She craves for attention and if people gives me more attention than she doesn't like it.

She although never hurt me physically, maybe because my dad is so powerful.

I don't know what have I done to her that she has so much hatred against me.

Her and my thinking never matched. She always act like a slut and flirt with every boy.

I on the other hand would never do that.

"I don't know why she hates me so much? Am I that bad?" I asked her softly.

"NO AVE!! Never think like that you are the best. And she hates you because she is jealous of you. You have everything beauty with brain, power and loving parents and friends. And to make you feel insecure, she bullies you, dont let her win." She said while making me understand. I nodded.

"There is no competition between you and her." She says while making a disgusting face.

Then we both broke into laughter.

"Now leave me and tell about you and the main reason of yours coming here", I asked teasingly now it was my time to tease her which actually worked as she started blushing.

"Oh what could I say! Ave. This guy his name is Aaron and he is so handsome. I met him in a cafe today. And instantly we get well together.And-" she paused.

"And?" I asked for her to continue.

"And he asked me to go with him on date and be his girlfriend". She speaks in one breath.

"And what did you replied ?"I asked her.

"Of Course I said Yes!". She said excitedly. She always get too much excited when it comes to boys.

Rest of the time she kept on talking about her upcoming date till we both fell into sleep.
