《Green & Grey ✔︎》Chapter 33

It was now 4 pm and I was waiting outside for Landon.
On cue, his car pulls up to the curb.
I walk over and open the door getting in the car.
Once I was in, I look over to Landon to see his 'angry' look on.
Even though nothing was really giving away he was angry as his face was his usual emotionless one, I could see his tense state and the vein in his neck popping out.
The glare he had on his eyes gave me shivers.
I pulled my seatbelt over me and looked over to him.
"You okay?" I ask him softly.
He looks over at me, his eyes pierce through mine as he nods his head.
He takes my hand and brings it to his lips kissing my palm softly.
I blush and look down as he drops my hand.
He starts driving off not before placing his hand on my thigh sending me an enormous pit of butterflies.
He swerves his way through cars his mood never changing once.
We make it to the studio 15 minutes later, he gets out of the car and opens my door for me.
I get out easily and he shuts the car door.
I look up at him and watch as he shoves his hands into his pockets, his hair falling in front of his eyes effortlessly.
His tall figure makes me seem so entirely short.
His eyes come up to meet mine, I watch his face tense and his cold eyes slightly colder now.
I look at him confused.
Was he mad at me?
"What's wrong Landon?" I ask him innocently.
He just stares at me and shrugs before he speaks.
"People pissing me off," He answers coldly.
I look at him and sigh.
I open my arms slightly, silently asking him to hug me.
He stares at me for a moment but then takes his hands out of his pockets, silently walking over to me and wrapping his arms around my body.
I nearly sigh at the contact, his chin resting on the top of my head as I lean my head against his chest listening to his steady heartbeat.
His body relaxes as he keeps his arms around me.
We stay like this for a while until he pulls away.

He leans down to my face looking me in the eyes before reaching down to my lips and pecking them with his own.
I blush and move away from him.
He was now staring down at me with his normal cold eyes, he licks his lips and then points his finger towards his cheek.
I roll my eyes at him and smile.
"Is this going to become a thing now?" I ask him.
He shrugs and answers.
"Maybe."
I sigh and lean up to his face and peck his cheek.
His lips warmly grace a small smile as I pull away and I couldn't help but nearly melt at the sight.
"I'll pick you up at 7." He says looking down at me emotionlessly now.
I nod and he pats my hip once telling me I could go.
I wave at him and turn around making my way through the steel doors.
Once I make it in, I'm met with a smirking Alec and a shocked Iris.
"Spill," Alec says.
I laugh and look at his dead serious face.
"Landon Malik." Iris answers.
My eyes snap to hers instantly.
"How'd you know?" I ask her curiously.
"Babe, everyone knows who is he, or heard of him at least. I only assumed it was him due to that man's good looks." She says shrugging.
"The fuck? aren't you lesbian?" Alec says looking at her weirdly.
I burst into laughter as Iris glares at Alec.
"Yes Alec, I am. But a gay girl can still tell when a man is fine." She says honestly.
Alec looks at her confused but turns back to me.
"What are you doing with him." He asks me.
I sigh and look at my two curious friends.
"I don't know honestly. Though all I know is that I'm falling for him, hard." I answer as I sit down on the chairs sighing.
"Isn't he like a big Mafia leader?" Alec asks me.
"Who's a Mafia leader ?" A deep voice says from behind me.
We all turn to the voice and go dead silent.
"Hey, Luca!" Iris says in a high pitched voice obviously trying to act normal.
Alec flinches at the sound and I stifle a laugh.

Luca walks past us and eyes us curiously but doesn't mention anything.
Everyone starts getting into their positions as they see Luca enter.
Iris, Alec and I all go into our own parts and start our routines.
*
It was now nearly seven and everyone had left, leaving me to be by myself in the studio.
I connected my phone to the speakers blasting the music.
As the music flowed through my ears I danced around, going over my part to get It straight into perfection.
Finishing the dance I smiled to myself as I panted breathlessly.
All of a sudden I hear low clapping coming from behind me.
I turned around and saw a tall figure leaning against the door frame which made me jump in fright.
He stood there silently watching me, his arms folded making his muscles bulge out.
His hair black falling in front of his grey eyes that were staring into my own.
He looked godly right now.
My cheeks flush red at the thought of him watching.
He walks over to me not taking his eyes off me doing so.
Once he made it, I tilted my head to look up at him as he stared down at me emotionlessly.
He takes his hand to my chin and lifts my head more so now our faces were inches away.
His other hand goes around my waist, his fingertips brushing over my bare skin.
He licked his plump lips then leaned them down to my own, now only inches away from touching as his eyes linger on them.
"Could you dance for me, Layla?" He whispers against my lips, my name dancing on his tongue.
My breath hitches and I stare at his lips silently begging for them to come upon my own.
He takes his soft lips over to my ear brushing them over my neck that sends shivers down my spine.
"I want to show you something. Come with me?" He asks me as he lightly lingers his fingertips over my lower back.
I bite my lip to hold in the moan from escaping.
He brings his face back in front of mine and looks down at my lips.
He rubs his thumb over my bottom lip pulling it out of my mouth.
His eyes go to my own as he looks into them intensely.
"Don't do that, Layla." He demands, his eyes darkening.
I stare into them watching his grey eyes turn into rain clouds.
He pulls away from me and holds his hand out for me to take.
Before I could take it I quickly go over to my bag packing all my stuff away and walking towards Landon.
He stood there watching me with his cold eyes as I walked over to him.
Once I reached him I took his hand in mine and began walking out.
*
Landon drove through the streets effortlessly as the moon shone brightly with the stars.
Traffic was pretty heavy so I decided to plug my phone into the aux cord and blast my music.
Landon didn't seem to mind me screaming the lyrics throughout the ride, if anything he looked quite amused.
We finally made it to where Landon took us.
He got out of the car and opened my side.
We stood outside of an abandoned warehouse.
I looked around curiously as we walked towards silver steel doors and a fairly bulky looking man stood in front of It.
The man looked up and looked like he was about to tell us off but then refrained from doing so as he saw Landon.
He nodded once at Landon not making eye contact and opened the doors.
We walked inside and there was a long black staircase.
Landon looked at me from over his shoulder and held his hand out for me to take.
I laced my hand through his and walked behind him.
We made it to the top and he opened another black door.
Once It was opened loud cheering and people talking could be heard.
I walked through and saw a huge arena surrounded by loads of people.
There were people scattered around everywhere and the more crowded parts were where the big ring was being held.
I felt Landon come beside me and I looked up at him confused.
"Why are we here?" I ask him.
He looks down at me intensely.
"I'm fighting."
