I am currently in my room with Violet as we get ready for the party tonight.
Violet is currently doing her makeup while I brush through my curls.
Eliot is picking us up at eight which is in about ten minutes.
Once I'm done brushing through my soft curls, I went to grab my phone, keys, and bag.
I had already done my makeup which was just some concealer, mascara, and cherry lipgloss.
Violet finishes and Eliot texted me saying he was outside.
Violet walks ahead of me while I lock the house.
I turn around and head to the back seat since Violet took the front.
"Well look at you two, finally looking decent for once" Eliot says with a smirk.
Violet smacks Eliot on the arm and he puts his hands up in surrender.
"Well look at you, looking the same as always" I say smugly.
He looks through the rearview mirror and glares at me.
Violet laughs while putting her hand up towards me to high five.
Eliot starts driving and makes his way to the party.
Once we get there all I see is drunk teens scattered around the place.
The house looks full and crowded with different coloured lights that are shining through the windows.
Eliot parks and we make our way towards the house.
We walk through the doors and it literally smells like sweat and alcohol.
The house is dark but with different coloured lights flashing everywhere.
We make our way to the kitchen, Eliot is making me and Violet drinks which is basically just Vodka and Sprite.
Eliot takes a beer for himself knowing he won't get that drunk on one beer since he is driving.
I take my drink and gulp it down wanting to feel the alcohol in my system.
"Damn Lay, already getting yourself pissed." A deep voice says from behind me.
I turn and see Brayden grinning at me, I shake my head and give my cup to Eliot to make me another.
Brayden comes around to my side and puts his arm over my shoulder.
The buzz starts kicking in.
I'm a pretty bad lightweight.
I turn to see Violet taking off with a guy she turns her head and winks at me while she's getting pulled by the guy towards the dance floor.
I laugh at her and shake my head.
Eliot and Brayden start talking while I look around the place.
I take three big gulps of my drink and head to the dance floor.
*
I notice one of my favorite songs come on.
I make my way through the crowd of people and stand in the middle of the crowd.
I start feeling the adrenaline with the music blasting through my ears and the steady beats of my heart.
I start swaying my hips to the beat and move my hands up and down my body and through my hair.
I start smiling to myself closing my eyes, as the alcohol drills into my system.
Swaying my hips I open my eyes and instantly make contact with a pair of grey eyes.
Landon.
I see him watching me with his head down slightly, his eyes are hooded looking up at me with his midnight hair covering his eyes.

His jaw was looking extra sharp from the dark red light shining upon him making him look godly.
He was sitting down on a love seat chair right across from me with his body leaned back and his legs spread open.
Oh my, he is so perfect holy shit.
He had a glass in his hand taking the glass to his lips.
He takes a sip of his drink while staring at me with his bright yet cold eyes.
His face was emotionless as always but his eyes held something else.
He swallowed the drink, his eyes never leaving mine as his Adam's apple bounced up and down, he then licked his lips making my attention go there.
I bit my lip without thinking.
Feeling more adrenaline take over me with him watching me I continue to dance, swaying my hips side to side gently, and running my hand down my body and one through my hair, while keeping my eyes locked on his.
I felt euphoric with his gaze on me.
His jaw clenched again and his eyes were emotionless but hard on mine.
I suddenly felt a pair of hands on my waist.
I jumped slightly and turned around to see a tall, light brown-haired guy with brown eyes.
I moved away from him not wanting to feel his hands on me.
He stepped forward and placed his hands on my waist again and he bent his head down to my ear.
"Come on baby girl, I'll show you a good time." He whispers huskily which sent disgusted shivers down my spine.
I've suddenly pulled away from the guy and pulled behind someone's back.
I realize it was Landon's back I was pulled behind.
I turn my attention to Landon who was sending a terrifying glare at the boy in front of him.
The boy immediately starts trembling in fear and stumbles away from him.
I giggle to myself finding it funny.
Landon turns around and is now standing in front of me.
His eyes make contact with mine making me get lost in his grey pools.
His face is blank, void of any emotion.
He brings his hand up to my face while remaining eye contact with me, the back of his index finger brushing my cheekbone gently.
Goosebumps rise on my skin as his cold finger makes contact with me.
He brings his hand to a lock of hair falling on the side of my face, he tucks the lock behind my ear.
He bends down slightly to reach my ear.
"Leave with me ?" His deep husky voice ran through my ear, nearly sending me into cardiac arrest.
He turns his head towards me and I nod agreeing.
He stands up straight and brings his hand out for me to take.
I take his cold hand into my warm one as he guides me towards the door.
I remember my friends and stop walking.
He looks back at me from my sudden motive.
"I just need to tell my friends that I'm leaving," I tell him.
He nods and waits there while I try to find either Eliot or Violet.
I see Eliot near the ping pong table and start walking towards him.
He sees me and starts to head over towards me.
"What's wrong Lay?" He asks.
"I just wanted to let you know I'm leaving so you don't worry about me." I tell him.

He looks at me confused and turns his head behind me.
Assuming he's seen Landon, his eyes go back to me confused and concerned.
"Trust me. I promise he's safe."
He nods hesitantly not asking questions.
Thankful that he didn't, I give him a quick hug and he tells me to be safe.
I make my way back to Landon and grab his hand as we head out the door.
I inhale deeply without realizing the need for fresh air.
Landon gets his keys out of his pocket and unlocks his SUV.
He opens the door for me, and I thank him while getting in.
His long legs make it quick for him to get into the driver's seat.
I buckle my seat belt and he starts the car.
He turns his head to me.
"Hungry?" He asks.
"Very." I say and giggle right after.
Layla, please sober up so you can stop embarrassing yourself in front of the scary hot guy.
He nods and I see the corner of his lip twitch up but then it gets replaced to his a normal emotionless face.
He starts driving and I see a Taco bell sign ahead.
He turns into the parking lot and turns into a spot.
Oh please have my kids.
No, Layla!
He stops the car and gets out then opens the door for me.
I send him a smile in appreciation and he nods his head once.
I take his hand and eagerly start walking towards the doors.
I look up towards him and see his face relax slightly and his eyes are looking towards the front.
His hair is covering his eyes slightly while his hand is buried in his pocket and the other hand laced with mine.
I smile at the feeling, as butterflies form all over my body.
I'm not sure what's going on with me or why I feel so attached to him.
I haven't even had a full conversation with him.
It's like he's a magnet, pulling me towards him.
We make our way inside and walk into the line.
When it's our turn, I turn towards the lady and order food for both of us.
Once I'm done I take my wallet out but stop when I see Landon take his card and give it to the lady.
I shake my head disapprovingly at him and without him seeing I tuck a fifty-dollar bill in his open pocket.
I laugh evilly in my head, but then stop when I see him take it out and put it in my pocket.
I glare at him but thank him for paying.
I start walking in front of him towards a table, but then I feel his hand snake around my waist from behind me pushing me gently to his front, which stops me from walking.
I feel his hair and his warm breath tickle my neck as his head bent down to my level.
I had to suppress a moan from escaping my lips.
What the actual fuck is happening to me.
His lips brush against my neck.
"I want to take you somewhere." His voice said huskily.
I gulp and turn around with his hand still around my waist.
I nod and wait to the side for our order.
Once it's done he grabs the food and takes my hand, walking back to the car.
He opens the door for me and I get in, putting my seatbelt around me.
He gets in and sets the food down.
He starts driving and I become curious as to where he was taking us.
After five minutes of him speeding through the streets, we make it to a field.
He gets out and opens the door his hard eyes focused to the side and his hair slightly moving from the wind.
He takes my hand and holds the food in the other.
We walk in the middle of the field to where a bench is.
I look around and see the place empty, there is some light coming through from the street lights and the moonlight shining brightly onto the field too.
I see him sit down on the bench and I sit down next to him, crossing my legs onto the seat and face towards him.
He takes out the food and hands it to me.
"You know I ordered for both of us. Two are for you and two are for me" I said smiling at him gesturing to the tacos.
I see him with a small smirk and he nods.
I start digging into the food and moan and at the taste.
He shakes his head with amused eyes.
I look to see he hasn't opened his food yet.
So I open it for him and gesture it towards him.
He shakes his head.
"Later." he says in his deep voice.
"Please eat with me I feel weird eating by myself." I say scrunching up my face in disgust.
Then I hear something better than his own voice.
His fucking laugh.
He chuckled, his voice rumbling in his chest as he shook his head.
He looked me in the eyes, before grabbing the taco and bit into it.
I smiled in victory.
We sat there and ate in silence, I couldn't keep my eyes off him he was so beautiful.
We finished eating and I took a sip of the water that came with the meal.
He stood up and gestured me to follow him.
I got up and followed closely behind him.
We ended up standing in the middle of the field.
He turned his head upward signalling me to look up.
I looked up and I gasped at the sight.
There were so many stars, scattering the midnight sky.
Being breath taken by the sight, I tiled my head in amazement as I looked up.
"It's beautiful." I whispered.
I looked back to Landon, seeing his grey eyes shine brightly under the moonlight.
The moonlight was hitting all the right places on his face.
His high cheekbones looked defined and sharp as well as his jawline.
His eyebrows were hidden slightly beneath the hair falling on his face.
His lips were red and plump looking at them.
He looked so perfect.
He took a step forward while looking straight at me.
We were now inches apart from each other, if one of us were to move we would be touching chest on chest.
He brought his hand to my face and cupped my cheek.
He looks at me deeply in my eyes with an emotionless face but his eyes were showing something else.
"Why are you not afraid of me ?" He said quietly as if asking himself.
"I don't know." I whispered, looking into his eyes and then back to his lips.
He moved his head closer to me and I did the same.
His lips were inches from being on mine, minty breath fanning my lips.
He moved closer and I closed my eyes while his lips were placed onto mine softly.
Without hesitating I kissed him back moving my lips against his.
Just like in the movies it was pure fireworks.
He tasted like mint and vanilla and his lips were as soft as they looked.
They were warm and inviting.
His lips moved against mine expertly and I could feel a moan coming on as I felt the passion and pleasure in the kiss.
I deepened the kiss more and his arms moved around my waist pulling me closer.
My lips and his lips moving against each other perfectly.
I pulled away slowly to catch my breath.
I smiled to myself and looked up at him to see him with a smirk.
I blushed and looked down to my feet while tucking a strand of hair behind my ear.
I felt his hand go to my chin tilting my head up gently to look into his eyes.
He looked down at me with his now red slightly, swollen lips.
"Beautiful" He whispers as he looks into my eyes.
I smile at him genuinely with pure happiness.
And then something happened, that I never thought I would see.
He smiled.
