Adam's POV
My body weaken when eyes met him. How could it be? We thought he was dead?
Well that's what we've been told. But seeing him in his flesh had my anger flair.
Leo was truly alive and well! What the hell is he doing in France anyway? I bet he brought his mate. But he couldn't have. I didn't really understand what was happening. He disappeared in thin air and appears in the most public restaurant.
My eyes travelled to the vacant seat opposite him. I could go ahed and confront him but I knew it was too public to do so.
Leo's eyes turned to my direction I hid behind the wall near the rest room. I wanted to be unseen so I could fully see what the coward was up to.
I couldn't believe that the bastard could show up here, actually show his face. He's the one who ran away from his duty, he left everything for her. When he left i felt betrayed. He was my only best friend, my adviser and my secret keeper. When he left me, my life turned for the worse. He promised to be their for me, but the liar ran away. Leaving the people he loved behind.
He didn't even have the decency to say goodbye to me. He was only the reason for all my faliaures and weaknesses. His departure had me cowering and fighting my dons. But it all changed. I became stronger when Mariah showed up. Oh Mariah. My heart beating rapidly as her memory showered over me.
I turned towards the men's room down the hall. With a final look towards Leo I saw him running his hand's through his hair. I walked discreetly, ignoring other alphas who exited the mens room.
Jesse had been in their awfully long my patience running thin. I shuddered at the thought if her entertaining another alpha in the toilet which is the reason of her lateness.

She will never be anything like her sister. The thought of Mariah had my knees weakening.God I miss her so much. Part of me was relieved that she became famous through her charity, campaigns but mostly her modelling career.
She became an inspiration to the world and blessing to me that I took advantage of.
Seeing the love she possessed had me melting at her every whim when she smiled at the camera. Her beautiful fave plastered all over the world. That was my mate. the pride I felt was indescribable.
I know I was an utter idiot in the first place rejecting her, but she was never showed me this side of her. Her beauty. Her grace and her confidence.
Even though she was beautiful before, her shyness of her beauty enraged me. I wanted her to flaunt her beauty to the world- so I could say she was mine.
Once she became the person she is today, I knew the boys spoke ill of me behind my back. I could see how heated there gaze became when they saw her face. It irked me.
However I hated some of her shoots. Men leaning in her invading her space while she enjoyed there company. The thought had my fist clenching. I don't care if it isn't real, I just get angered that I can't touch her like that. I will never let no other men touch her that isn't me. Os it became my quest to find her.
I was wiling to break bones and limbs of anyone who stood in my way.
'How dare you touch Jesse then' my wolf growled! The anomisty cuaght ne iff guard. The arguing between the two of us had been hard.
Jesse's claim of carrying my pup was the main reason. The fact is that I felt no pull with her pup, no doubt about it, the pup was never mine.

Children were not my cup of tea. the whiny voices and the tears had been pulling out my hair. They were like dogs but worse.
A sudden rush of a the most hypnotic smell captured me.
'Mate!' my wolf growled. The scent was hers and I knew it. She's in France! My heart jumped in joy. The search was finally over. I found her.I was going ti make it up to her bring her back home.
I rushed towards the scent, I sniffed the air, trying to gain better trail of her, but there was no sign of her. I walked down the corridor where I could smell most of her aura and her presence I walked further but reached a dead end as I stood outside the women toilet.
I pushed the door wide open accepting it seemed creepy but I was going to find her. But all I saw was Jesse. She was slumped down onto the floor, staring right at the wall. She hadn't even acknowledge my presence.
"Jesse what's happened?" I asked ignoring the hurt in her face I knew she saw her. "You saw her didn't you" I growled, walking up to her lifting her up harshly.
"B-but i-it" she stuttered, she looked in disbelief raising her hands in thin air.
"M Jesse, she was here wasn't she" Jesse nodded in response. I couldn't help but feel alive once again knowing I'm was close to my mate.
Jesse stood up making her away over to the sink, grabbing a paper towel, damping it on her skin removing blotches on her face. I don't even know why I event entertained the idea of being with her.
I knew Mariah blocked me out her life, as I did to her, but I tried to gain my connection with her again, but her barriers were too far and strong. But put distance wasn't far anymore and the only way I could catch her attention was to cause her pain.
I walked over to Jesse crashing my lips to hers. I held her tight in my arms. All I wanted was my Mariah back.
