"You found me!" I smile as he puts me down. 

"Of course I did." he says and I can't stop smiling. 

"You son of a bitch." he says walking to my dad. 

His bloody body lay on the floor, a smirk on his face. 

"Of course you came to save whore." My dad says and Axton pulls me into his side. 

"Cover your ears and look away." he tells me and I cover my ears, sinking my head into Axton's side. He wraps one of his arms around me. 

The faint sound of a gunshot reaches my ears. 

I look back to my dad, he's still alive but bleeding, a lot. 

"Mr. McKay, you can't kill him." the police officer walks up to us. A few more men following him. 

"Watch me." Axton smirks, I somehow think this isn't the first time he's done this. 

"Sir-" 

"Soph. Cover your ears and look away." What is wrong to me? I found that hot.

"Axton can we just leave, please. Let them handle him." I tell him. 

"No, we're not letting him get away with this." he says and I pull his hand, making him look at me. 

"Please? " I ask him and he rolls his eyes, and does something with his gun. Hey, I have no knowledge about guns okay? 

He drops it on the floor. Oh Okay.

"Let's go." he says. We walk and I see Amyra, holding a gun to one of the men's head.

"Myra! Stop!" I yell. 

"Sophia!" she yells and gives Jace the gun, she hugs me and I've never been happier to see her. 

"Thank God you're okay." she says and I smile. 

"Sophia darling." As much as I hated her recently I was happy to see mom. 

"Hey mom." I hug her, I try pulling away but she pulls me back.

"You're sleeping at my house tonight." she says and I raise an eyebrow. 

"Kimberly give Sophia some fucking air." Axton mumbles and my smacks his shoulder as he glares at her. 

"I'm sorry, I just really thought-"

"Don't. Finish. That." Axton says. 

"I know mom." I chuckle as Jace literally picks me up. 

"You fucking scared me Soph." he says and I couldn't help but laugh. 

"I'm sorry Jacey." 

"Jace put-" 

"Axton behave!" I tell him and he rolls his eyes, walking to the police officer. 

"Well she's alive." Sebastian says and I hug him. Takes him a few seconds but he hugs me back. 

"Came to save me huh?" I smirk at him. 

"Only cause I was bored." he says and I roll my eyes. 

"Now I have a girlfriend waiting for me, so try to keep your ass safe please." he says and I laugh. 

"Bye. Thanks for coming." he nods, walking away. 

"Mrs. Rivera, you have at least three hours at the police station." the police officer tells me and I widen my eyes. 

"Uh, okay." I say. 

"Time to kill these French assholes!" Amyra says and I grab the gun from her. 

"Sophia put that fucking gun down right now." Axton says and I couldn't help but smile. 

"Sorry daddy." I roll my eyes and he leans closer to me. 

"You say that one more time, and you're going to regret it." he says looking me up and down. 

"Sorry d-" 

He covers my mouth. 

"Fuck you don't know what you do to me." he says looking into my eyes. His fingers graze my hand as he takes the guns from my hand. 

I turn back to Jace and Myra. 

"We're not killing them, they were nice to me." I say and Axton raises his eyebrow. 

"They kidnapped your ass and you call that nice?" I roll my eyes. 

"He lent me his phone, he gave me water when I got out the accident and he made a funny joke when we came here." I tell them. 

"Jesus." Axton mumbles. 

"How does she look so good after being crushed into a car?" Amyra says and Axton mumbles something that I don't hear. 

"Guys, I just want to go grocery shopping." I say and they look at me like I'm mad. 

"She's crazy." Axton says. 

"She's Soph.." Myra and Jace say.

"Alright Mrs. Rivera, glad to know you're okay." The detective tells me.

"Thank you." I smile as she walks out my apartment. 

I close the door and walk into my kitchen where Axton was making pasta. Yeah,he cooks too. I walk up to him and hug him. Everyone left, but he didn't. 

"Soph..what's wrong?" he asks. 

"Thank you for saving me," I tell him and he hums in response. 

"Where's Piper?" I ask him as he places a plate of pasta on the kitchen island. 

"Don't know. Don't care." he mumbles the last part very quietly. 

"Are you two fighting?" I ask him and he looks at me smiling. 

"Fights are normal for couples." I tell him and he throws his head back laughing. 

What the hell is so funny? 

"I'm serious Axton." I tell him, swirling the pasta on the fork. 

"Okay Soph." he says, still laughing. 

"What's so funny?" I ask him, honestly annoyed. 

"Nothing Soph." he does that tongue thing and oh fuck. 

"You're stupid." I tell him. 

"Stupidly in love." he mumbles. 

I stare at him. 

"Why are you looking at me like that?" he asks, laughing. His laugh is so adorable. 

"You seem to know how to shoot someone really well." I tell him. Instantly his smile drops. 

"Yeah remember I took shooting classes." Right.

"Yeah didn't know it was that advanced." I rest my chin, in the palms of my hand, while my elbows rest on the kitchen island. 

"Wanna learn?" he smirks. 

"How many people have you killed?" I asked him. 

"I-"

"Don't lie, I'm kind, not stupid," I tell him and he rolls his green-blue eyes. 

"A few." Mama, I'm in love with a criminal.

"A number Axton." 

"Don't push it, baby." I look away trying to hide my smile.

"Now, I asked you a question." He says. 

"Do you want to learn?" he asks me and I nod.

"Words Sophia."

"Yes." I tell him and he smirks. 

"Go get your gym clothes on." he says and I do just that.

"When you said get your gym clothes, I thought we were going to a gym. Not a freaking gun storage unit." I cringe. 

"Shut up and walk inside," he says. I roll my eyes as we enter the dark building. 

He enters the code, which I look closely at. It's my birthday. 

The doors open and I look around the place, it's like Axton, if he was a room. 

"This is you, as a room." I say and he chuckles. The grey walls with several guns attached to them, gave off a cool look. But it was freaking hot as hell. It was like a gym, but not really. 

"Here." he hands me a gun. 

"I don't like this gun." I tell him. 

"It's a pistol and you said you wanted to learn." I sigh. 

"How do you trust me with a gun?" I ask him. 

" I don't," he says and I raise an eyebrow. 

"See those red spots?" he motions to the red spots on the white mannequin on a freaking steel stick. I don't like this.

"Uh, yeah?" I reply. 

"You try to aim, directly for that spot. Hold the gun like this." he says. 

"Axton I-"

"Come here." he says, walking up behind me. He places the gun between my hand and places his hands over mine. 

"Uh and now what?" I ask him. 

"Make sure your grip is tight." he says, pulling me straight to his front. 

My back, flushed against his stomach. 

"And when the bullet leaves the gun, the impact on your hand can easily injure your wrist." He's talking but all I can think about is how close we are, 

"Are you listening?" No.

"Yes." I say, and shift my position. 

"Sophia don't move."

"Sorry, It's kind of uncomfortable because of the heat, I shift over and over again." 

"Fuck Sophia, if you keep moving like that, when I'm finished with you, you won't be able to move." Don't smile. Don't smile. 

A smirk slips through my lips. He grabs the gun from my hand, and throws it across the room. 

He pulls me straight up to him. We're flushed against each other. 

"This is funny for you?" he whispers into my ear. 

"What no." I say, through my smile.

I shift again. 

"You like shifting against me huh?" he asks and I smile. 

"Answer me." 

"Axton-"

"Yes or no?" He's going to be the death of me. 

"Y-" His phone rings and he literally groans.
