"Hayley, can I see you in my office please?" I speak into the telephone on my desk.

The door opens and she walks in holding a pile of papers.

"These need to be signed." she says resting the pile of papers down on my glass desk.

"Okay, I'll do that when I get back from lunch. Can you reschedule our meeting with the graphic team? I have a few more things I want to discuss about the next line." I tell her and she nods.

"Okay, no problem." she says.

"Have a nice lunch!" I smile at her, grabbing my stuff and walking out my office.

"You too!"

I step out into the halls of my office.

"Good morning ma'am."

"Morning, Mrs. Rivera."

"Good morning boss."

"Morning girls." I smile at them.

I step into the elevator, filled with employees.

"Hi everyone." I smile as I walk in.

My mind goes back to last night, I somehow managed to get Myra, Axton and Jace to let me explain what I meant by 'You sure as hell won't take advantage of me again.' Well, Amyra knew, but Axton and Jace demanded to find out.

Before I know it, I'm walking into my car.

"Where to Sophia?" Marty asks.

"The cafe." I mumble, pulling my seatbelt over my body. Yes, I actually remembered.

I stare out the window as all the buildings pass us. My mind goes back to one of the worst days of my life.

"You're fucking kidding me!" Trey yells and I turn around to see him holding my phone.

"What is it?" I ask him, but he stares at me.

"What's wrong babe?" I ask him and he takes a step closer.

"You posted a picture in a bikini." he yells as if it's illegal.

"Yeah? So?" I ask and he drops my phone, grabbing me.

What the hell?

"Trey what are you doing?"

"Let me go!" I tell him, but his grip only gets tighter.

"You're posting pictures for other guy's attention, that's fucking bullshit!" he yells and I'm taken back by his tone.

"Stop yelling, we can talk this out." I tell him, hoping he'll let me go.

"You're acting like a hoe." Ouch.

"Babe that's not-" his hand reaches for the glass on the table, he throws it against the wall.

"Trey stop!" I yell, I hate yelling. It reminds me of my mom.

"Look I'm sorry, I'll take the picture down. And I'm sorry I made you feel like you had to go through my phone." I tell him, hoping he sees that I'm honestly sorry.

"You're always smiling with other men!" he yells, picking up the broken glass, what he does next, shocks me for the rest of my life.

"You're fucking around with me!" he yells, grazing the glass over my stomach. The ends of my crop top soak with blood.

"Shit! I-i-i- baby I'm sorry." He says and I pass my hand over my stomach, glazing my fingertips with blood.

"I- shit! I don't want to hurt you. Don't let it happen again okay?" he says and I nod, still in shock that I'm bleeding, blood is running out my stomach because of him.

End of Flashback.

"We're here." Marty says pulling me out my worst day.

I thank him walking out of the car.

As paparazzi rushes up to me, my phone rings and I see mom's name across the screen. I decline that bitch. I don't have energy for her today.

"Sophia, we loved your look last night."

"Sophia are you and Trey together again?"

"Sophia."

"Over here." I walk away from them as quickly as I can.

I walk into the cafe and see my crazy best friends sitting at a table, at the back. They saved me from that dark time and they didn't even know it.

"Finally." Axton mumbles.

"Soph!" Jace yells as he gets up hugging me.

"Shut up Axton." Myra says.

"Hi guys!" I smile at them.

"Okay, hurry tell us, some of us have meetings." Axton says and I roll my eyes.

"Did you guys order yet?" I ask them, trying to avoid telling the story.

"No."

"Not yet."

"I ordered you a caramel latte, should be here soon." Axton says and I smile.

"Thank you."

"Yeah yeah, story babe." he says and I throw a napkin at him.

"Okay, remember the time I wore sweatshirts all the time?" I begin.

"Fucking asshole." Axton says gripping his cup so hard, I think it'll crack.

"I'm sorry you went through that Soph." Jace says getting up, and hugging me.

"Not gonna lie I'm a little offended you didn't tell me." he says and I hug him tighter.

"I'm sorry." I tell him, pulling away.

"Well, I got to go, see you at Axton's award show tonight." I gasp. Shit.

"You forgot didn't you?" he asks, and I turn to him.

"I'm so-"

"It's alright." he says. I feel bad.

"Of course she did, I got to go though, see you assholes tonight." Myra says walking out the restaurant.

"Bye Soph, later Axton." Jace walks out too.

I sit back down, looking at Axton.

"Looks like it's just you and me buddy." I smile.

"Buddy yourself," he says, not smiling.

"What's your problem asshole."

"That you won't get that jackass arrested!"

"Axton calm down, just let him be."

"Fine, but if I see him, I'm kicking his ass." he says and I chuckle.

"Okay." I mumble looking around the restaurant.

"Can I see it?" he asks and I turn to him, sipping my latte.

"See what?" I ask him.

"Your scar."

"Wouldn't that be weird..?" I ask him.

"Only if you make it weird." he mumbles.

"Uh, okay then." I say.

"Wanna visit my mom?" he asks, getting up and I nod.

"He'll be happy to have you there tonight," Eleanor says and I smile.

"Alright mom, goodbye, Soph come on." he grabs me pulling me up the stairs.

"You made it look like we were gonna have sex," I mumble and he chuckles.

"See where your mind is Soph." I roll my eyes as we walk into his room.

"Show me." he says.

I raise my shirt, revealing my scar, I pass my finger over it. I hated, I hate looking at it.

"It healed pretty quick, but it's still very noticeable," I tell him. He kneels down in front of me and passes his finger over my scar, where is the air again?

But what he does next sends a shiver down my spine.

He places his lips on my scar, leaving a soft kiss on my skin.

I take in a breath as he stands up, his eyes staring into mines.

"Axton-" He crashes his lips on mines.
