Chapter 3: Part 2 "Funny Brothers of Mine"

"Can you three stop fighting!" Mother stopped them when they became louder.

"Yes, mother-in-law is right! You three brothers need to stop it. Yixin needs to rest rather than play with you three." A woman beside first big brother said.

The woman was wearing a red hanfu with golden flowers embroidered on it. She was also wearing some hair accessories made out of red jade and diamond. Her face was white, shaped in a perfect oval face. Her lips was pink and juicy like plum and has ink black hair.

When Siyang saw her face, she remembered from the memory (Yixin's memories) that this woman is her first big brother's wife.

Her name was Kuang Xiulan. Xiulan and her first big brother has two children. A son and a daughter. The son was six years old and was called Xiao Ran and the daughter was four years old and was called Ning Xi.

"But, but we want to be with her. We don't want to miss a single day without her." All three brothers whined at same time with a depress look which made Yixin smile.

(Yixin and the three brothers used to spent their time together every night after their dinner)

"I know that you three brothers loved her dearly but, SHE. NEEDS. TO. REST." Xiulan stated, stressing the last four words.

"Its okay big sister Xiulan. I am fine now. I would like to spend time with big brothers too." Yixin stated, feeling happy with the love she was getting from her brothers.

"Huray!" The three brothers yelled, bursting in happiness.

"See? Our baby sister loves us so dearly." Third older brother stated with a smirk on his face, mocking Xiulan.

"Okay, okay now. Enough. You guys can spend time with her but don't let her play too much. You could tire Yixin out." Father stated looking at his three sons and his cute little daughter, intereacting with each other. Father could see Yixin smile and laughing care free. Their family dinner ended with laughter and talking.

After their dinner, the Lin family went near the pond where the family usually rest. The children of her brothers were playing at the side of the pond. They were making boats out of leaves. While the adults were talking in the resting area.

Third older brother was telling jokes, the family bursted in laughter. The Lin family often gathers in the pavilion just to talk about their day and tell jokes. First big brother told what he did on the trip with the Emperor of Wang Empire. Second older brother was telling about how his funny friend, who jokes around in the army.

Father was the Right Prime Minister, so he shared the problems of the Empire and the whole family would suggest solution to solve the problem.

Siyang (Yixin) in 21st century, saw many problems near the factories of her paternal grandfather and saw from the television how the ministers solve these problems. So she suggested the solutions (to Yixin's father).

One thing that came to Siyang's mind was when she was still in school, she had never heard or read about this empire from her teachers and even in the history books.
