"Landonnn." I drew out, poking him in the face, he remained asleep and I sighed.

My hands going up to pinch his cheeks, "Landon!" I shouted, he still slept.

Mia stated, making my cheeks flush knowing what she was suggesting,

I sighed, ignoring her before leaning down and placing soft kisses against his cheek. When I realized he really wasn't going to wake up, I trailed them over his sharp jawline. I've also realized yesterday, that he likes when I kiss his neck, it makes him nervous, which I kind of like. He's always had such power over my nerves and it was nice to know I had some over his.

Then I trailed kisses to his neck, Mia becoming extremely proud of me. I smiled against it, kissing it some more. Before I felt his hands touching my hips, rubbing them, a deep groan coming from him.

With that, I stopped to look up at him, his eyes so intense it made my whole face heat up, "Good morning." I sheepishly said.

He smirked, "Morning, baby." his hand came up to brush the side of my hair away behind my ear, "What are you doing?" he questioned.

"Kissing you awake." I mumbled, while he rubbed my thighs with the tips of his fingers.

"I like that, you should do it more often." he cupped my cheek, bringing me down to capture my lips in his roughly.

My face heated up, my body tingling up from the pleasure of just this kiss. When he pulled away he smirked. I leaned in kissing him again eagerly, before cradling his face and trailing kisses down his well defined jawline again.

He grunted, "Ah, more Layla." he begged, his voice low and raspy, which got Mia and me excited.

I felt him slowly laying back down as I followed him, my chest pressing against his. While my lips moved to his neck, leaving wet kisses. I have no idea where this confidence came from but, I'm pretty sure it was all Landon's doing, plus Mia and her provocative thoughts. My heart raced against my chest even though I was the one kissing him. It was just the mere thought of pleasuring him, made me nervous, I wanted to do it right.

"Mmh." he hummed, his eyes closed while his hands squeezed my hips tightly.

My kisses lingered down to his collarbone, "Mark me." he blurted, which made me widen my eyes and sit up.

He opened his eyes, "Are you sure?" I asked, nervously.

It was rare for males to bare a mark, if they wanted it they could have it. But, it wasn't very common for them to have it, since their scent would already be on their mates from marking them. They'd also already smell like the female as well from mating.

His hand trailed up to my mark, skimming over it, making pleasurable tingles run through me, "I'm sure, I want it." his eyes darkened, while he looked at me, "Mark me." he stated, lustfully.

I nodded my head nervously, afraid that I'll somehow screw it up. But, I gained some courage and leaned down against him. His hand going to the back of my head gently. I kissed where his mark would be, causing him to jerk a bit. I smiled, knowing he was just as nervous.

Which made me feel better.

Without another thought, my canines slipped from my gums. And I sunk them into the structure between his neck and shoulder. His arms going around my back, squeezing me to him tightly. A loud groan escaping his lips, while I retracted my canines. I licked the blood around the wound and pulled away to admire it.

Mia was bouncing off of the walls at the mere thought of everyone knowing he was ours, despite already knowing. The skin started shaping itself into a small wolf howling at a big moon which had my name on it.

"Now that's certainly a way to wake me up." he stated, making my cheeks flush.

I smiled and leaned down to kiss his lips, he responded instantly. The kiss was soft and gentle, while he rubbed my back. Before we pulled away a smile gracing both of our faces. I eyed his mark, my fingertips skimming over it. He growled in pleasure, his eyes getting darker by the second.

"Layla." he grabbed my hand softly, a lopsided grin on his face, "I wouldn't do that, Jake wants to take you so bad right now already."

My lips parted at his words, while we stayed making eye contact. Before he turned my hand and kissed my scars on my wrist.

I smiled, he motioned with his hand, "Other hand." I obeyed, giving it to him only for him to kiss my scars on that wrist as well.

"Why do you always do that?" I questioned, tilting my head.

"Because, your scars are beautiful." he said, eyeing them while brushing his thumb against them.

"You're just saying that." I murmured, turning my head away.

"Hey, look at me." I slowly looked back to him, "Your scars are just as beautiful as you, they show you what you've been through and how strong you are to have overcome it and still be here, with me." he explained, kissing them once more.

"So I kiss them because, it reminds me of how strong you are everyday." I blinked back my tears at his genuine words, "And it reminds me of how grateful I am that you're here with me."

I bit my lip to stop the tears, "I love you so much." I whispered, he looked up at me with a smile.

"I love you more and more each passing second, I don't know what I'd do without you." he cupped my face, bringing me back down to kiss him.

No, it's the other way around.

"Here you go!" she squealed, handing me another flower, it was the same little girl who gave me one the other day.

I took it from her with a smile, "Thank you."

My eyes followed Eve's tiny body, while she ran to a bush of flowers. She was so tiny and cute, it made me excited about having a pup in the future. I envied how happy she was and how much she likes me. It was so refreshing, I love that I felt wanted as a luna.

This morning had put me in such a good mood, I marked Landon. It was such an intense moment that left me a blushing mess every time I thought of it. Mia was also pretty happy about it, she was happy that everywhere he went girls would know he was ours. Plus what he told me about my scars it really meant a lot to me. Landon meant a lot to me and I love him.

Mia and I both couldn't imagine not ever being in his life, or vice versa.

In the distance, cutting my thoughts off, I heard ear piercing screams. I snapped my head over into the direction it came from to see people scattering around. Moms and dads were picking their children up to take inside. My eyes widening when I seen four big wolves coming out of the forest, two on each side, rouges. They snapped at everyone, chasing people around, trying to kill.

"Eve!" I looked over to Eve, her mom yelling for her.

I froze, my heart beating out of my chest, everything going almost in slow motion. A brown rogue stood right in front of Eve, snarling at her as she stood looking up at it, crying. That about broke through my frozen state, my legs pushing me to run over to her. My eyes widen when I seen him snap at her just as I grabbed her waist to pull her against me, falling down with her. She laid against my front side, while my arms wrapped around her protectively.

The rogue snapping at us as I pushed myself away, 'Layla, where are you?' I heard Landon yell through the mind link.

I couldn't answer to busy backing away from the rogue. Mia wouldn't let me shift, she was to afraid of hurting Eve. I noticed her mother off to the side, screaming for her. Eve was crying, holding onto my arms. I tried to think of what to do, while the rogue got closer snapping at us.

'Layla, answer me baby!' Landon yelled.

I made the quick decision to hoist Eve up by her jeans, picking her up quickly and tossing her through the air. I watched her for a split second before immense pain shot through my arm, a painful scream escaping me. My hand instinctively went to my arm, feeling the blood gushing out from the slash. My attention falling back on the growling rogue as I continued to back up as best as I could.

'Layla, Layla please just tell me where you are!'

My eyes glancing a bit at Eve to see she had landed against her mother safely. When I looked back, my eyes widen when I seen the rogue about to slash me again. But, it never did, a grey wolf had jumped over me, receiving the slash to the shoulder that was meant for me. We made eye contact for the slightest second and I couldn't tell who it was, I've never seen this wolf before.

They fought for a minute while I used this time to get up, looking around, holding my arm trying to stop the bleeding. Warriors had now surfaced fighting against the rogues, killing them off with ease.

'LAYLA.' Jake shouted desperately.

'I'm okay.' Mia replied for me, while I glanced back to the wolves fighting.

'Thank goddess.' he replied instantly.

The grey one seemed to be winning, but, unexpectedly the rogue dipped underneath the grey one. Sinking his jaw into his belly and tearing the skin, making it howl in pain. But, also rage as it bent it's head down, locking it's jaw on it's back tearing out his spine viciously. After that it dropped dead and the commotion stopped.

When the grey wolf shifted back, my eyes widen when I seen who it was.
