The team turned back to the window, staring in shock at you and Nick.

"No, no, that's ridiculous." Tony scoffed, shaking his head. "There is no way that-"

Tony was cut off by Nick yelling, and they all saw the sparks flying off the table that you now had your hands on.

"Answer me Nick. How. Did. You. Know." You growled at him as he stood up quickly, rubbing his hands where your shocks had hit him.

"Luka you are acting crazy! We've known each for so long-"

"Yes, Nick, we have. An incredibly long time. And do you know what, the more that I've been thinking about all the time we've spent together, the more holes I keep finding in your stories. You knew I was related to Tony before I told you, before my outburst, before he came to save me, didn't you?"

"I..it was...years ago and-"

"And do you know what else?" You continued, ignoring his lame stuttering. "I realised that every time you came to visit, shortly after, we would get a threat, or someone trying to attack us. I never put two and two together until this week." You walked around the table towards him. He backed up. "You were the leak. You're working with Hydra."

Nick didn't respond. You clenched your hands and felt your powers drawing in your fingers.

"I don't know what you are talking about, has that super assassin been putting ideas in your head?"

You didn't answer his question, and instead, you threw a hand out, white streaks of your power flying towards him. He covered his head and ducked to the floor.

"Okay fine! I knew, I knew the whole time! But I'm not working with Hydra, and I didn't leak anything!"

"LIAR!" You shouted, getting even more angry and throwing your hands up again, a thicker tendril cracking right above his head.

"You think I would do that? After everything?" He said, his face screaming innocence and shock that you would even suggest this to him. But you knew. Deep down, you knew.

"Everything in this room is connected by steel rods. The table and chairs are both metal. The frame on the window and the door is metal. Do you really, really want to risk it Nick?" You snarled, fully aware that the veins in your arms were lighting up as the feelings of betrayal coursed through you. He cowered against the wall, and you stepped closer, the air crackling around you.

He flinched and held his hands up in surrender.

"OKAY! Okay!" He yelled, squeezing his eyes shut. "Luka stop, let's just talk about this-"

You yelled in anger, throwing your hands forward, your powers shooting from you, slamming him into the wall, ropes of electrical powers wrapping around his legs and wrists and pinning him in place. He struggled against it, the heat from your restraints sizzling against his clothes.

"You have about 2 minutes before those start burning into your skin. Spill it." You spat. He decided to laugh.

"14 years, 14 years you suspected nothing, and now what? You get a new supersoldier boyfriend and the suspicions appear out of thin air?"

"No." You reached into your pocket and pulled out the USB, holding it up for him to see. "I gave this to you when you went to Navy training. Put all your favourite films on it. See this?" You turned it over. "Remember how I scratched in a little lightning bolt, so you always had me with you?" Nick's smirky grin fell. "Guess you didn't remember, because this is how I knew it was that bugged the briefing room." You tossed the usb on the floor, and stepped closer, your face right up in his, the fury seeping from you. "We didn't meet by chance, did we?" You asked.

"No, we didn't." He finally laughed mirthlessly. "You think Hydra would miss the creation of arc energy and Asgardian blood? One of the employees that the great Tony Stark palmed you off to worked with us, but by the time we acted, he'd already hidden you away." You breathed deeply as he spoke. "My parents helped search for you, but you kept changing your name, your hair, no one knew who we were talking about after a while. Once we realised you were still right under his nose, and once I was old enough to join the effort, I took it on myself to get close to you, and it was just so easy. You were desperate for human connection, begging for it. It was so easy to rile you up to the point that you had to let your powers show. And everytime you went back into hiding, I bided my time, came back every so often to play my part of the poor, concerned ex boyfriend."

"You made up the Peru base activity so they would leave." You clarified. He laughed again.

"Of course I did. I was making sure you were here, getting your precious Avengers out at the same time. It's actually embarrassing how easily Tony fell for it, taking me at my word just because I-"

The door behind you flew open, and Tony was marching in, untamed rage on his face as he approached Nick.

"I FUCKING TRUSTED YOU!" Tony yelled before punching Nick right in the face, his head ricocheting off the wall and blood immediately streaming from his nose. Tony grabbed the front of his shirt. "I fucking trusted you!"

The rest of the team ran past you, some prying Tony off of him, the others grabbing him and restraining him as your powers filtered away, the shock finally taking over you. You numbly felt yourself being pulled away, pulled out of the room, and it wasn't until you were in the hallway that you realised that it was a metal arm wrapped around your shoulders.

You looked up at Bucky, his eyes looking at you with sadness. He used his arm to pull you into his chest, and your hands slid up his chest as you squeezed your eyes shut.

"I knew it, I knew it was him, but hearing him say it.." You muttered.

"I know, it's okay. Let's get you out of here." He replied quietly, guiding you down the hallway.

You'd pretty much sat on your own in your bedroom for the next two days since your interrogation with Nick. You weren't doing anything other than staring at the walls. Getting angry at yourself. Angry at Nick. Angry at everyone else for some reason. Maybe because they were probably off being badass and arresting him and all you could think of doing was staring at the chip in the paint by your drawers.

You heard Bucky come into the lab every day, knocking on your door, checking you were okay. You couldn't find it in yourself to reply.

On the third day, you got up and showered. You got dressed. You left your room, and your lab without really taking in the surroundings. Tony had been MIA pretty much since he found out, probably with the Team or flying somewhere. You turned left.

You weren't really sure of your thinking process, but you ended up in front of Bucky's door either way.

You snapped out of your haze when the door opened.

"Hey." He said in a soft voice. When you didn't say anything, he gestured for you to come in. You walked into his room, stopping in the middle and then realised that you weren't really sure what you wanted to say.

"How long did you know?" He asked, realising that you were finally ready to talk. The appreciation of him taking the first step flooded through you.

"I thought about it after the party, in our team meeting." You sighed, rubbing your temples as you turned round to him. "Then I saw the USB. He was the only person that's been in that briefing room, and the only person that came to the compound while we were on lockdown."

He nodded at your answer. "So, that's why you've been...distant?" He asked.

"Yeah. It's not everyday you find out that the person you've known half your life was working for Hydra and lied to you the whole time." You shrugged, and folded your arms defensively over your chest. He stepped forward and prised your arms away from your body, looking down at you in sympathy.

"Tony's dealing with it." He replied, and you nodded. He wrapped his arms back around your shoulders, and you wrapped yours around his waist, his head resting on top of yours and he just held you. You stayed like that for a few minutes, breathing him in, and then you felt something else building inside you.

You slid your hands back from his waist, to his stomach, edging towards the bottom of his Tshirt, and you felt his arms loosen from you. You slowly looked up, your faces close, and you leaned up, pushing your lips to his. You felt him still, and you hooked your hands under his Tshirt, your fingers running over his stomach as you kissed him again. It was the only thing you could think of doing at that moment. Everything you knew had changed in the last three days, and you just needed to get rid of this adrenaline. You needed to grab the one thing that had been constant. You just needed Bucky.

But Bucky pushed your shoulders back.

"What are you doing?" He whispered softly. You just shook your head and leaned back up to him. "Luka, we shouldn't-"

"Why?" You muttered back, your hands running down his stomach to his trousers. "Bucky, I need you." Your fingers got to work on undoing his button. He stared down at you, his breathing laboured. "Please.."

You got the button opened, and you slid your hand under the band of his boxers, grazing his cock. His lips suddenly smashed to yours, his hands gripping your face as he walked you backwards until you hit the wall. You gasped at the impact, and he grabbed your thighs, lifting you up and pushing you back again. You pulled your hands from his boxers to grip his neck, then you wrapped your legs around his waist, his tongue delving into your mouth.

His hands ran up your body, bunching up your top with his fingers, and moving his mouth to your neck. You loved it when he kissed your neck, and you voiced it by tugging on his hair and rolling your hips into him.

Then there was a knock on the door.
