"Auww thank you baby, did you really have to go back to work today ?" I said with a pout

"Mama your friends are going to be coming over, ain't they ?"

" Yes but I miss you, Nikita has been giving me a hard time." I whined as I spoke to Leonardo over FaceTime .

" Is she still awake ?"

" No but that's only because I played her one of the voice notes you sent me earlier on. " I said throwing myself on the couch . Leonardo left earlier on today for work at the warehouse, he said something about DeCarlo.

" she's just like her mommy, can't resist this voice . "

" Shut up ! What time are you coming back ho--Somebody is awake. " I said when I heard one of the babies whine .

" You want to bet on who it is ? "

" What are we betting on first ?" I asked before laughing at his childish acts , I wish more people got to see this side of Leonardo . He wasn't as hard and heartless as he portrayed himself to be.

" Whoever guesses wrong, get's to change the nappies for 3 days straight . "

" Ooo boy ! I like dat . Okay so who do you think it is and you better hurry up because I think whoever it is, is going to cry now." I said walking towards the stairs.

" It's definitely Leonardo , he's can't sleep anywhere but on your breasts. "

" I wonder where he get's that from. " I said sarcastically and he chuckled before playfully rolling his eyes.

" I bet it's Mariano because he was the first to fall asleep so it makes sense that he's the first to wake up. " I said while jogging up the stairs. I entered the Junior's nursery first and I groaned when I saw his hands and legs dangling .

" YES ! NO DIAPERS FOR ME FOR 3 DAYS. "

" Bye. " I hung up on him before throwing my phone on top of the rocking chair and walking towards Junior's bed.

" Hey baby , hi !" I cooed at him as I picked him up and bounced him in my arms.

"Awubile ! masiyo hlambha baby ." ( You're sweating ! Let's go bath baby) I undressed him and we went into his bathroom . Me and Leonardo decided to give the triplets each a different room , they may be triplets but they're all different from each other.

" Stay here baby, let me fill the tub for you." I sat him on top of his baby rocking chair in the bathroom before filling the tub with water . I went and picked him up. I bathed him and washed his head full of hair . After his bath, I lotioned him /massaged him and dressed him in his brown, wool 2 piece.

" Let's go check up on your siblings ." I said before scooping him up and exiting his room. We walked down the hall and entered Mariano's room and found him fast asleep on his bed.

" Let's go, he's fine." I whispered to Junior before kissing Mari and we walked out of his room. We walked further down the hall and entered Nikita's room and she too was asleep on her bed.

"That's the first !" I scoffed playfully before kissing Nikita goodbye and we left her room.

" I guess it's me and you junior , this piece looks on you baby." I cooed at him and he gave me one of his baby smiles .

" Okay Junior ! I see you boy, you look handso--" I got cut off by the doorbell ringing. That must be Keisha .

" Let's go meet your aunty baby ." I picked him up and my phone and we left the nursery.

My phone vibrated while I was walking down the stairs, I paused and took it out of my back pocket. I sighed when I saw the text from Keisha.

' Girl I'm sorry I can't come today, one of my clients got into some shit and he's now in jail. As his lawyer, I have to go and get him out . I'm sorry for canceling last minute babe. Love you xxx.'

The door bell continued to ring , if that wasn't Keisha then it definitely was Leonardo.

" I'm coming dang !" I groaned before putting my phone back in my pocket again and walked down the stairs to the front door. I yanked the door open and I almost dropped Junior when I locked eyes with DeCarlo.

After a few seconds of silence he cleared his throat and spoke.

" Hey beautiful , I told you we'd see each other ag--" I tried slamming the door in his face, keyword 'try ' because he sent the door flying back, almost hitting me. I stumbled back, gripping Junior tightly in my arms. My eyes widened when I looked behind him, into our driveway, all of Leonardo's men /bodyguards laid piled up in a pool of blood . I instantly backed up, taking steps backwards and DeCarlo took slow steps towards me, entering the house and shortly his men followed.

" Is that one of your sons ? Congratulations by the way, can I hold him ?" he asked reaching his hands out to grab him with an evil smirk on his face.

" Stay the fuck away from me and my son." I spat and he slightly chuckled .

" Sweetheart, but how can I when you look this sexy . Your baby weight is sitting just fine. " he said before biting his lip, rubbing his hands together making me gag at the thought of him even touching me.

" Aren't you even the slightest bit happy to see me ? " he asked taking more steps towards me and I took more steps back.

" I said back the fuck up DeCairo ." I snapped at him and he simply just raised his eyebrows at me. Everything happened so fast and before I knew it, his hand was wrapped around my neck, squeezing slightly tight . I kept my arms tightly wrapped around my son, not wanting to drop him.

" It's DeCarlo and don't fucking raise your voice when talking to me, I'm not Leonardo sweetheart." he said sternly before licking the side of my face, making me cringe. I yanked my head back making him loose his grip on my neck. I neared my face towards his and leaned towards his ear.

" You could never be Leonardo, even if you wanted to. He's much more of a man than you, you could never measure up to his standards or his integrity ! " I said softly and he chuckled before yanking Junior from me and passed him to one of his men.

" NOOO ! GIVE ME MY SON BACK ! GIVE HIM TO ME ! " I screamed running towards the man and DeCarlo yanked me by my waist and slammed me on the wall behind me.

" You're such a bad host , you didn't offer me a drink or something to eat or we can forget about that and just jump straight to dessert. " he said, his eyes roaming my body .

" FUCK YOU." I yelled and he furiously banged my head hard on the wall behind me. I fell to the floor, my head instantly started spinning and my vision became blurry.

" My son. " I said barely above a whisper while trying to push my half conscious body up but I struggled due to my head feeling heavier than usual. I looked at DeCarlo as he went over to the man who held Junior and took him from his arms and cradled him in his arms.

" You know what Amanda ? Since you won't let me have you, then I might as well have your son . I mean he's the closest thing to you right ? " he said but his voice sounded like he was a distance.

" Please no ! Please DeCarlo , please don't take my son ." I cried while still trying to clear my vision and stop my head from spinning.

" You know what ? Leonardo took a lot from me , and yes, killing his family should have settled things but I'm not the type who doesn't hold grudges . I despise Leonardo and everything and anyone close to him but you were an exception. You denied me so I guess I'll be taking your precious son. " he said getting closer to me before kneeling before me.

" DeCarlo p-please give me my son , I'll do whatever you want me to do. I'll go with you if you w-want but please leave my son behind. " I cried out and slowly my vision started coming back.

" Oh please ! You shouldn't have denied me you little black bitch . " he said gripping the back of my neck and forcing me to look at him.

" Now you'll live with the regret of loosing your son forever because of being stingy but you can come down though because I'm not going to kill him, oh no I wouldn't do such a thing but I will raise him to be my own. Don't worry, I'll save him the heartache , I won't tell him about you or Leonardo. I'll be the only parent he knows. " he said with a wide grin.

" D-DeCarlo please don't . " I begged while crying trying to reach for my son but he pulled him away from me.

" Isn't funny ?! I came here for something totally different but I ended up walking away with a son, thank you mama " he said before leaning down and putting his lips on mine but I opened my mouth as if to give him entrance and he smirked into the kiss before slipping his tongue into my mouth and I instantly bit him and he screamed and one of his men kicked me in my stomach making me loose my grip.

" You fucking bitch !" he snapped before grabbing the back of my head and slamming it hard on the wooden floor instantly knocking me out and all I could think about when the darkness clouded me was my son.

"You going to have to lessen your visits buddy ! you have your own house, fucking stay in it ." I said to Luciano as I pressed the remote and the front gate slowly opened.

" Don't flatter yourself brother , I'm here for Mandy and my niece and nephews." he said and I smacked my teeth before driving into the driveway.

" But that's my wife and kids so you can't ju--" I stopped mid sentence when I saw my men laid out on my driveway in what looked like... Blood ? It's as if me and Luciano realized that at the same because we both jumped out of the car and ran straight into the house and my heart dropped when we found the front door slightly open .

" AMANDA ! " I yelled out as we entered the house.

" MAMA ! " I quickly ran to Amanda's side when I saw her laying on the floor .

" BABY, BABY, BABY, MAMA ! LUCIANO CHECK THE KIDS ." I ordered Luciano, slightly tapping Amanda's cheek to try and wake her up because she seemed unconscious .

" Leonardo, Junior isn't here !"
