《His Fake fiancé》Chapter 46

Grayson got me a private room, although it doesn't feel all that private with everyone staring at me like I'll burst any minute. Trust me, I won't, the doc said I'm not dilated enough.
These contractions are a bitch. I know mothers talk about how beautiful giving birth is but honestly I don't know what's beautiful about it. I'm all sweaty, I'm uncomfortable, I'm in pain and when my child comes out of my vagina, she's gonna look like a sticky alien. I don't know which part of that, is beautiful, maybe they think it is because they're tripping on drugs the doctors put into their systems.
"Are you feeling ok baby?" Grayson held my sweaty hand within his own.
"Yeah, I'm still hungry though."
"Oh! I can solve that!" Mason called out, reaching into Andreas purse and pulling out 10pc of McNuggets.
He handed me the box. I ripped it open and shoved a nugget in my mouth. "Marry me." I mumbled.
"Hey!" Grayson pinched my arm.
"Ow! You bitch!" I rub the sore spot on my arm.
"The only person you're going to marry is me." He ground out.
I smirked "eh, been there, done that. I think I'll give the other twin a go."
Graysons hand left mine and grasped my chin, pulling myself towards him. "Don't even joke about it." He applied just enough pressure to get his point across.
"Ugh, fine, I guess I'll settle for you." I sigh.
"I'm a fucking prize, you'd be settling if you went for my dearest twin over there." He gestured toward Mason who'd devoured half of my McNuggets.
"Asshole." I glared at Mason who shrugged, kicking his feet up on my bed.
A nurse came into the room smiling until she saw my McDonald's packaging. "Miss, you shouldn't be eating those sorts of foods while in labour. If you would like I can get you some toast? Apple sauce? Maybe a popsicle?"
"I'll take all of the above." Mason takes the nuggets from me finishing them off. Why are their so many different rules when going into labour? Like Jesus Christ why can't I just push the sucker out?
"Grayson?"
"Hm?" He looks up from his phone.

"Are we ready to be parents?"
He shuts of his phone looking deep into my eyes so I can clearly witness each emotion. "Love, how many times are we going to have to talk about this? We've got this. No parent truely knows what they're doing, they wing it and you are great at winging it."
I snort "Shutup and get me some ice chips."
"Ice chips?"
"It's what Rachel gets Carol in friends."
He rolls his eyes and looks at Mason.
"You heard the woman! Ice chips!" Mason was about to retort but Andrea stops him and shoves him out of the room.
Not a moment later the nurse walks back in holding a tray with a piece of toast, a small pottle of apple sauce and a lemonade popsicle.
"Here you are dear." She places the tray on the table beside my bed. I nod in thanks and start shovelling the slice of toast into my mouth.
"Now I'm just going to check how much you've dilated."
I payed her no mind at I began slurping the apple sauce off of my spoon. Grayson looks at me with love but also a bit of disgust. Oh well, his fault for knocking me up.
"Alright, you're currently at four centimetres. We'll come check in a little bit to make sure you're still dilating." Grayson nods appreciatively and the nurse leaves the room.
Now my baby's beginning to piss me off. These contractions are becoming unbearable. "Alright hun, you're at six centimetres, normally this process would've sped along a little faster but we don't need to be concerned yet because you are still dilating."
"How dilated do I need to be to begin pushing?"
"Ten centimetres."
"What!! I've dilated two centimetres in the last three hours! These contractions are becoming unbearable and I'm about to throw hands!!"
"Hey, love, calm down. Everything is going to be okay." Grayson began running his fingers through my hair reassuringly.
I look at him, unable to hold my tears in any longer. "Grayson it hurts."
Immediately he turns to the nurse. "Can we get some anaesthesia?"
His stern voice throws the nurse off guard. "Um I'll check with the doctor."

She runs out of the room. "Love, I promise everything will be over soon."
I sniffle, wiping my nose on his shirt. "You better be right."
I had the drugs in my system, making the contractions much more bearable. I'd been somewhat of an emotional mess.
"Alright hun you're at ten centimetres it's time to push!"
Graysons parents had left the room to give us some privacy. Mason on the other hand insisted that he be in the room. He even argued with the doctor. In the end the professionals gave up and let him have his way.
"R-really?" I ask letting out a breath of relief.
"Really. Now you need to push."
I still don't understand the beauty of childbirth. As I push and push all I can think about is how my baby's going to look like an alien. Most new borns are ugly. Mine, I mean, ours better not be. I mean we're a good looking couple.
Great, now I'm mentally rambling while the nurse is telling me to push harder. I mean she's getting on my nerves. "G-Grayson?"
"Yeah baby?"
I continue pushing drowning out the voices of the hospital staff. "I think when we had sex this morning your dick caused the baby to get stuck."
"What?!" Mason practically shouts.
"You heard me! Maybe the reason this baby is taking forever is because his gigantic cock shoved the baby further up into me!"
Mason begins laughing, along with Grayson. I notice the doctor and nurse are holding back their giggles.
"Hey Olivia, how can you talk so much when you're literally pushing a human out of your body."
I smirk at Mason. "I'm a great multitasker."
"The baby's crowning!" The doctor calls.
"Alright I need you to take a deep breath."
I follow his instructions.
"And push as hard as you can."
I let out a strangled yell as I push like my life depends on it.
"She's coming!" The nurse calls as I push a shard as I can once again.
Mason begins to move towards my nether region. "Mason! Get your ass back up here!"
"Can I pull her out?" He asks completely ignoring my request.
"No."
"Mean." He mumbles.
"Alright, one last push." I take in a deep breath, clutching Graysons hand tightly, letting out my frustration and push.
I hear our baby's cries and immediately feel the tears pricking my eyes. Grayson kisses my temple and I can feel his tears falling onto me. I look up at him and we share a sweet kiss.
Over the baby's cries we hear Mason "Why does she look like that?"
"We have to clean her up" the nurse responds slightly annoyed. Masons hands go up in mock defence but he doesn't leave his niece alone with the nurse. He watches her and I notice the moisture in his eyes. Pussy.
Yeah I know, hypocrite.
The nurse hands me our little girl and I full on weep while our little bundle of joy is cradled in my arms. "She's beautiful." Grayson whispers while our daughter holds her daddy's thumb in a tight little fist.
"She's perfect."
-----
I lay in the hospital bed, with our daughter in her own little crib beside mine. Grayson lay on the bed with me, holding me close.
Andrea and Richard had entered the room to fawn over their granddaughter. Both of them cried. So we were all a room full of pussy's.
"What are you going to name her?" Andrea asks looking down at our sleeping girl.
Grayson and I looked at each other "Lilliana Nina Rose Black." We say in unison.
"That's beautiful." She says not taking her eyes away from Lilliana. We're going to call her Lilly or Lil or short.
Mason had moved a chair right next to her crib so he could watch every movement. I'd say he's got a little obsession. I'm sure our little Lilly will love her uncle very much.
A knock on the door brought us all back to reality. Stanley entered. "Stanley!" I whisper yelled.
He smiled at my enthusiasm.
Right away he greeted Andrea and Richard then moved straight over to me and gave me the biggest hug.
"So? Where is she." I pointed to the crib.
He pulled away looking down at her fragile body. "She's beautiful."
"Her names Lilliana." I say
"You two are going to be amazing parents." He says looking down at Lilly.
