Souline's POV

I woke up to my alarm ringing , I groaned as I stretched in bed and turned it off .

I stayed there laying for 5 minutes and then after a while I decided to finally get up .

I got up and walked into the bathroom and washed my teeth , after I did my makeup and my hair and then went to change into a green sweater with a white skirt , and added a necklace and some bracelets, and my two favorite rings .

I was walking out the door with my bag and my phone when I remembered I needed earnings . I looked on my stand for my favorite gold hoops and put them on .

" Good morning Mikealson's " I told everyone as I walked in and sat down to grab some food .

" morning " everyone mumbled

I just grabbed a piece of bacon with some eggs and toast , And then I poured myself some Orange juice .

" Bye babies " my mom said to all of us as we walked out the door and towards our cars

I hopped in my Jeep along with Selleste and sapphire .

We talked about the upcoming ball and listened to some music .

As soon as I saw the school I started to get nervous , as me and Jaxon were now good . I was wondering how things would be .

I pulled up to our regular parking spot as I saw Madelyn and her siblings walking up to us . Along with Liam and his siblings .

" Hey guys " I told them as I got out my car

" Hey Souline " said Sofie giving me a huge smile

" So we were thinking " said Madelyn

" Oh no , this ought to be bad " said someone from behind me

I looked back to see Jaxon walking towards us , he looked down at me and smiled as he hugged me and gave me a kiss on the forehead causing me to blush and look down at my shoes .

" Hey " I mumbled as I looked at him and gave him a smile

" Like I was saying , For spring break we should go on a vacation ! " said Madelyn excited

" where " I Asked her .

" That I don't know yet , I thought we should all pick the place together " she said

We all started to walk towards the building when Jaxon put his arm over my shoulder and and pulled me closer to him .

" Did you sleep okay " he whispered in my ear

" Yeah I slept alright , did you " i smiled up at him

" Me too " he said

As we walked in the building I could hear people whispering about me and Jaxon . Jaxon just ignored them and continued on walking towards my locker .

" I want to take you out on our first official date " he whispered in my ear so only we could hear .

I smiled up at him as I nodded my head .

" when " I smiled up at him

" How about this Friday " he said smiling down at me

" That sounds perfect " I told him smiling up at him.

" Come on , let's go to class " he groaned pulling me with him towards our first class .

He sat beside me in his usual spot , But this time it would be different because he was talking to me now and not trying to reject me .

I sighed as I pulled out my stuff and got ready for the teacher to start talking about god knows what .

Classes went by fast and it was finally lunch time , I walked with Madelyn ,Sofie , Selleste ,Sapphire and Ellie towards the cafeteria .

As soon as we walked in the boys got up and started walking towards us .

" where y'all going " asked Madelyn

" let's go , we are ditching this place " said Elijah as he grabbed me and lifted me up in the air .

" Elijah what the fuck are you doing " I yelled

Everyone just laughed .

" Elijah I have a skirt on, you are about to make me flash everyone " I said causing my mate to let out a small growl

" fine , but you win this time " he said rolling his eyes

" And this time " I said as I flicked my hand and he tripped .

" Souline , that's cheating !!! You always do this " he whined

" Loser " I said as I ran out

I hopped in my car as everyone else came out laughing at Elijah , and everyone went to there cars . I saw Jaxon give Madelyn his keys as I saw his eyes widen and he looked like he was threatening her . But she was excited as he took the keys and made a run for Jaxon's car

I turned my baby on and turned the volume down as Telepatia started blasting , Causing me to blush.

He hopped in my passenger seat and closed the door behind him , I started blushing as I remembered what happened the last time me and him where together in my car by ourselves .

" Where are we going ? " I asked him.

" Honestly I don't know just follow them " he said as he looked at me

I just continued to drive but could still see him looking at me .

" Why are you looking at me like that " I asked him looking back at him

"Because , your so beautiful " he said eyeing me

I just blushed and looked ahead .

" So how was it growing up with your powers " he asked .

I looked at him , trying to read his face . Weather to be honest or not . I didn't want to once again freak him out.

" Umm .. it was hard . When I was little I lost control a lot , I couldn't control my powers . Much less control my thirst for blood " I said the last part quietly looking at him .

" I attached Ares once ... I could have killed him " I said starting to tear up .

" what happened " he said putting his hand on my knee for support .

" We were little kids , I got mad at him and attacked him . And I lost control " I told him quietly

" You were little kid , it wasn't your fault " he said

" We also had to move a lot because of me , Derek has been chasing after me since I was a baby " i told him .

" Who's Derek " he asked

" The man that attacked us last time , he had lost us for a while . But he found us here " I told him

" I won't let him get to you " he said with a growl

I just nodded , but I knew that no one could stop him . He hasn't gotten me because he can't , he hasn't for a reason and the reason why is killing me . Because he will come when we least expect it .

I pulled up behind them and parked my car and got out with Jaxon beside me we walked towards the front and I walked up to Ares and grabbed onto his arm and hugged him .

He knew that when I did this I was upset and something was wrong , He looked at me and pulled me closer as we walked in.

I sat in between Ares and Jaxon as I leaned on Ares , He was always my emotional support . I looked up as I saw the scar I left on him . If your not looking for it you won't find it . But every time I look at him I look at the scar. It's big up close .

I sighed as I straightened up and looked down at my hands , the waves of sadness hit me when I start to feel happy . I can never escape the sadness That hits me, it smacks me right in the face over and over again .
