Whether it be the night sky or the morning blue sky, it is beautiful. We just need to take time in admiring it.

It was Sunday today, and Ruhee was in a mess inside the closet. After breakfast, Aayan went off to drop Sahma at Shifa's home. He told her to get ready as he left, and that's what Ruhee is doing right now, trying to figure out what to wear.

She was confused, should she wear something casual or formal, fancy or not. She has been inside the closet for half an hour now, and Aayan would be home any minute. She looked at the clock to see it's almost 12 noon. Since it was Sunday, everyone slept in.

In the end, she decided to go formal. It would fit in, whether it be a fancy place or a casual place. She picked out a straight long black kurti, which had golden buttons along the left side, from top till a few centimeters above the bottom, and a burgundy self tie palaza pants. She matched them with a pair of black strap on heels and a burgundy hijab. She put on light makeup, BB cream, mascara, blush and a nude lipstick. She looked at herself in the mirror one last time and nodded to herself.

She looked at the clock to see it was past 12:30pm and Aayan hadn't come yet. She opened the closet door and walked out, to find Aayan sitting on the bed, looking at his mobile. Aayan looked towards Ruhee, when he heard the closet door open and his eyes went wide for a second, but he composed himself. He stood up and walked past Ruhee into the closet to get ready. Ruhee felt a bit disappointed when he didn't say anything about how she looked, but then again, he never does say anything.

In 15 minutes, Aayan walked out the closet, ready. He was wearing black skinny jeans with a black t-shirt, covered with a burgundy blazer. He was wearing dark brown formal shoes. He really looked good in that outfit.

We are twinning.

Ruhee had still not gotten over Aayan's close approach the other night, so she spent the entire Saturday trying her best to avoid him. Today, however, she was going out with him and she had told her heart to control itself, since it had been misbehaving alot lately, around Aayan. 'Shall we leave?' she hears Aayan ask her, so she looks up at him and nods.

After checking everything is locked and secure, they got into the car and Aayan began the engine. They were on the road when Ruhee asked him, 'Where are we going?' He kept his eyes on the road and replied, 'For lunch.' Ruhee had the urge to smack his head and say, 'I know that you idiot, but where are we going for lunch?' but she kept it in. She took a deep breath and asked again, 'Yeah, but where are we going for lunch?'

'The waterfall restaurant.' Aayan replied, turning on the road. Ruhee nodded her head and looked out the window. Soon, they reached the restaurant. Aayan parked the car and got out, and so did Ruhee. They walked into the restaurant and Aayan went over to the front desk, as he had already reserved their table. Ruhee looked around while she waited. Aayan walked over to her and they went off towards their table.

As they walked further into the restaurant, Ruhee felt like she was walking into a cave. The plain painted walls, now looked like rock walls. When the reached the dining area, Ruhee was at awe. It had a moist and calm atmosphere, the air around felt humid and the lighting really dim and cool. They were seated on their table and handed menu cards, but Ruhee was busy admiring the atmosphere.

'You ready to order?' she hears Aayan ask her and she looks at him. After his question sinks in, she looks at the menu. She had no clue what to order, to be honest, Ruhee was never good at ordering, her dad had always ordered and once when she did, she had the entire bill messed up. She placed the menu down with a sign and looked at Aayan and said, 'You order for me aswell.' Aayan rises his eyebrow in question. Ruhee pouts at him and says, 'I am not good at ordering. And if you don't want to pay too much for too little, I suggest you order for me aswell.'

Aayan just snickers at her and picks up the menu, 'And I eat everything except beans.' Ruhee added, and looked around. After awhile, Aayan called the waiter and placed their order. The waiter noted down their order and went away, along with the menus'. Ruhee could feel Aayan's gaze on her as she looked around the place. The place was starting to fill up as it was almost 2pm. After a sign, she turned to Aayan and asks, 'Is there something on my face?'

Aayan was caught back for a moment at her sudden question, but he composed himself, 'No. Why?' he asked with a frown. 'Then why are you staring at my face?' she asks him, pointing to her face with her index finger. Aayan blinked twice and looked away, as he scratched the back of his neck, 'Um, you... You look really pretty.' he said, avoiding eye contact. 'Oh.' was all Ruhee could say as she turned away, so that he couldn't see the smile forming on her lips.

To save them from further awkwardness, the waiter bought their meal. He placed the plates and walked away, after saying, 'Enjoy your meal.' Ruhee looked at the dishes before her and a smile formed on her lips. Aayan had ordered two plates of three cheese baked spicy penne pasta and a sea food platter. She looked at Aayan with her brightest smile as she digged in. Aayan smiled back at her and began eating aswell.

Aayan had ordered what Ruhee loved to eat, and seeing her eat with so much happiness and joy, made him satisfied. Ruhee ate her meal with utter happiness and she could feel Aayan's gaze on her, but she was too busy eating to mind. Aayan and Ruhee laughed and talked as they ate their lunch. After lunch, they each ordered a lime mint cooler, drank it and left.

They got into the car and fastened their seat belts. She looked at Aayan and he looked at her, and they both just smiled at eachother. Aayan began the engine and they were on the road, 'Since we are already out, why don't we check out the mall?' Aayan suggests, Ruhee looks at him and nods her head. Aayan smiles and heads to the mall. They reach the mall and Aayan parks his car. They get out together, and head towards the entrance. The mall security, scan and check them, before letting them in.

Ruhee and Aayan walk side by side into the mall as they just look around comfortably. Ruhee was looking around when something caught her eye. She quickly walked inside the fossil showroom and stared at the displayed watches. It was a pair of a couple watch. It was full black, leather strap, casual analog watch with words Hubby and Wifey printed in their respective watches, calligraphy style.

Ruhee was simply at awe at their site. She always wanted to do couple things with her husband, 'You like them?' she heard Aayan's voice say, and she didn't have to look around to know Aayan was standing behind her, and he was also looking at the watches. Ruhee nodded her head with a pout.

If only he was not my temporary husband?

Ruhee signed and turned around to look at Aayan. Aayan who was looking at the watches, looked at Ruhee, she smiled at him and said, 'Let's by you some proper clothes.' and she held his wrist and dragged him away towards a men's clothing showroom. As she entered the showroom, she let go of Aayan's wrist went towards a rack of clothes, 'Why buy me clothes?' Aayan asks her. She picks up a military green t-shirt which had two bold black stripes that went across the chest and placed it on Aayan,'Because you only have white, gray and black clothes in your closet.' she says. She checks the size and price and hands it to Aayan.

'But I do have other colours in my closet.' Aayan defends. Ruhee hands him two more t-shirts, which he accepts, 'One yellow t-shirt, a red hoodie and a red t-shirt, oh yes, and a navy blue t-shirt.' Ruhee turns around to him and hands him three more shirts. 'Go to the changing room and try them on.' she says, and pushes him towards the trail room. Aayan, like a good boy, goes in and tries out the six shirts his wife had selected for him.

He comes out and shows her the t-shirts one by one. In the end, they purchased four out of those six t-shirts, three colourful shirts, and one red tie. 'I cannot wear a red tie to work.' Aayan says, as they walk out the show room, with Aayan holding the clothes bag, 'Of course you can. You are the boss, you can go to work dressed however you like.' she said to him, smiling. Aayan signs and holds Ruhee's wrist. Ruhee looks at his hand holding her wrist, and at him with a frown. Aayan gives her a sly smirk, 'Now, it's your turn.' and he drags her to a women's clothing showroom.

Ruhee tells him it's not necessary, that she has enough clothes, but nope, Aayan dragged her into the showroom. Aayan placed the bag he was carrying down, and picked out clothes for Ruhee. He picked up a thigh length long top, which had checkers at the top half and flower patterns in the bottom half. He nodded and handed the top to Ruhee, 'I already have enough clothes Aayan, I don't need more.' Ruhee whines at him, 'So do I, but yet you didn't listen.' and hands her more clothes. Ruhee gasps at him and says, 'Your wardrobe is dull, just filled it up with colours.' 'And your wardrobe is too.... Too, too modern, let's fill it up with tradition.' he said.

He hands her more clothes and pushes her towards the trail room. After selecting and purchasing the clothes, the exited the showroom with five kurtis', two skinny jeans, and a golden hijab. Ruhee had a angry pout on her face as they walked hand in hand. Sound of laughter and music reached her ears, as she looked towards the direction of the sound. It was the mall's funcity. She dragged Aayan towards the fun place and they spent the rest of their time at there, playing games.

They had dinner at the malls food court and were heading home. Aayan and Ruhee had a satisfied smile on their faces as they drove home. They arrived home and went straight up to their room. They placed their bags in the closet, took their turns in getting dressed, still with a content smile on their faces. As they lay in their sleeping spots in the darkness, Ruhee says, 'Thank you for today, Aayan. It was really fun.' looking at the dark ceiling. 'Thank you for today aswell, Ruhee.' he said in the darkness, as they both drifted off to sleep, with a wide grin plastered on their lips.

Next day, Ruhee was in college, and walking to her class with a goofy smile on her face, remembering the time she spent with Aayan yesterday. She entered her classroom, to see her friends, Aina, Afza and Jian staring at Jian's mobile. Aina rushed to Ruhee and dragged her to sit between them. Ruhee was confused at Aina's behavior, but everything was cleared when Jian handed her, her mobile. Ruhee looked at the screen and gasped. It was picture of Aayan and Ruhee walking in the mall, hand in hand with smiles on their faces.

Can't I spend one day in complete peace?
