We did it. Somehow, we did it.

It hurt in the beginning but then it got better in the middle. My heat rapidly decreased whenever I feel him inside of me. Every pound, every rhythm, and every sound we made escalated yet remained controlled.

After that making love session, we continued walking towards the room where the alpha of the rogue is. I was just calm and collected. The intercourse didn't bother me at all. As a matter of fact, it made me feel like a woman even though I'm still underage for sex.

"I guess I will be bearing a child then." I smiled and patted my flat tummy, "you did fill me your seed, right?"

"Um, yeah I did." Lawrence just scratched the back of his neck as if he was embarrassed to tell me that he actually gave me his seed.

"I can't believe our first love-making ended up in an enemy's vicinity." I feel very cheerful. Also, when we did it—it gave me strength. I don't know why but somehow Lawrence's aura flowed towards me.

"I can't believe how sexy your moaning was. It really turned me on even more." Lawrence nibbles at my ear while hugging my waist with his right arm and I just feel my face heated up.

"S-stop embarrassing me. You also moaned!"

"Won't deny but I really enjoyed it." He winks at me and I just look away, blushing again. Why am I so shy towards him now?

"Crazy." I just shook my head and laugh a little.

He makes me stop by pulling my arm. He kneels down as his head is levelled to my tummy. My eyes dilated at this motion but I just let him be. I pat his head and just closed my eyes while smiling.

"I know we just did it but I know that wolf genes reproduce babies faster." Lawrence kisses my stomach ever so lightly, "I'll surely protect you and our baby."

I thought I wasn't ready for this but now I do. We will be having a baby. I can see our future already.

Even though we don't know what gender our baby is going to be, girl or boy—we already love him or her even though he or she still doesn't exist however he or she already exists in our hearts.

"Lawrence, we better go fast.." I broke our comfortable silence because let's face it—we are in a middle of a crisis where an alpha of the rogues wants to kill Lawrence.

Hold on. We will make it through.

"There you are!"

Somehow there were two rogues guarding the door separating us from their alpha. Lawrence growls menacingly and threateningly at them when they attempted to grab me.

"Don't touch her!" His eyes grew darker and I just gulped.

"We just want to see the alpha." I told the rogues but their faces had looks of disgust and fury.

"You killed our brothers. Why would we let you live?!" One of them rebuked and was about to get something from the pocket when all of a sudden the door flew open.

The rogues immediately backed off and submitted to the person who is standing about 5'11 feet tall with black hair and a scar on his right eye. His arms were tucked behind him and he had this listless look.

"Let them in." I'm guessing he is the alpha who wants Lawrence dead.

"But alpha, they killed our pack mem—"

"I said let them in!" He uses his alpha tone and I almost wanted to submit.

"Y-yes, alpha." Both of them stuttered and they made way for us.

I just tightened my grip on Lawrence's arm.

It's going to be okay, baby. He mindlinks me and I just replied an okay.

I hope everything will turn out okay.

The office isn't that shabby nor broken. It was pretty modern and authentic. The furniture are made of oak wood and the swivel chair in front is like made out of real animal skin. There is a bookshelf in the corner of the room but I doubt it has been touched.

"Don't worry, I'm not here to kill you." The alpha calmly yet sternly speaks up while approaching his swivel chair.

"No, we are here to kill you." Lawrence answers and I just tug the hem of his shirt.

"I just wanted to lure you by capturing your lovely mate, Claire." The alpha looks at me and smirks and Lawrence followed his gaze and just growled at him, "you are the daughter of Henry, are you not?"

"I am but you and your pack killed him." I just answered his question nothing but blankness.

"He disobeyed me. He betrayed his pack—"

"He didn't betray anyone! You caused such catastrophe! If only you agreed to him having a mate who is from a real pack!"

"You know nothing about what it feels like to be left alone by a member!"

"Don't talk to Claire like that, monster." Lawrence overprotectively embraces me as he snarls at the alpha.

"I already lost two of my parents, you beast!" I shouted at him, "and I don't intend to lose my mate as well! So you better leave us alone!"

"Like I said, I don't have an intention of killing your mate." The alpha spoke calmly, "but rather.. I want him to join my rogue pack."

"That won't happen. I already have a pack to look after to and I don't want to engage with someone like you." Lawrence retorts.

"You have no choice, Lawrence, or face the consequence.. Of the bearing of your child."

My heart stopped beating when he mentioned about our child. I can feel tears devastatingly falling. No no, not our child.

"You bastard!" Lawrence shifted into a wolf immediately as he pounced at the enemy. The alpha also shifted into a big wolf—almost as if Lawrence and he are equally strong.

"No!" I backed off from their huge fight.

The two of them are like gigantic monsters trying to eat each other's fleshes. My whole sight shattered when the alpha bit Lawrence in the neck. I can feel a crack then I panicked. I instantly shifted into my whole and jumped on the alpha's back. He was too busy digging his canines on Lawrence's skin so I had the chance to blow a bite on his neck. I really dug my sharp teeth on his neck, he started squirming and slowly stop biting. I feel his energy leaving him.

Again, I killed someone but I did it to protect my loved ones.

I hear the doors flung open and that's when I saw the rogues. They were about to attack when I grabbed their dead alpha's body and threw it at them. I look at Lawrence, drenched on his own blood. I immediately used all my might to carry him on my back. I saw a window in front and the place was only a one-storey building. We quickly escaped by jumping to it.

Please, please.. Lawrence, wake up!

I keep mind-linking him while I was running for our lives. We stumbled upon a lake and I just made him lie there on the soft grass. We were about five kilometres away from the place. I doubt they would follow knowing their alpha is dead.

I shifted into my human form and Lawrence slowly shifted into his human form as well. I was crying endlessly, I couldn't mend his wound. It was too deep. His healing powers weren't useful also.

"Please.. Don't leave me.. Lawrence.."

I can feel his breathing.. Slowly dying.. No no..

"No.. Baby, no don't do this.. You promised.. Damnit, Lawrence!" I grab both his cheeks and started shaking him vigorously, "no! Lawrence! Stay with me! Please! What about our child?! What about me?!"

Then he..

"NO! NO! NO!" I screamed and screamed.. Hurt.. Pain.. Guilt.. Regret..

I blame myself for everything...

Lawrence is..

Dead..

I hugged him so tightly.. Crying.. Shouting.. Screaming.. Blood was everywhere..

I can't.. I can't help him now..

His now lifeless body.. Is all that is left..
