Recently, I forgot school. I was too caught up with the wolf business that I've completely obliterated my studies. Not that I'm scared or anything but it just seems so surreal that I'm actually the Luna of the Silvers pack and that I can shift into a wolf. It was like only yesterday when I first met Lawrence in his office when dad was being too stubborn to eat his breakfast. I thank dad for being stubborn because if not—I wouldn't be able to expand my true self with the walls barricading me. I wouldn't be able to know the secrets that were kept from you and not that I hate dad for that.

Anyways, I decided to go shopping today! I immediately called Ema and Lena to go with me because I can't do shopping alone. I may like sweaters and such but that doesn't mean I'm not going to dress all girly and classy at the same time. I needed new clothes and well... Lawrence forced me to buy new clothes so I was like—'Why not? I'm not going to take down the offer.' As much as I loved to turn down though to be honest, this shopping spree was the only way out from the exhaustion that I've been dealing with for the past week.

"Lawrence, I don't need a bodyguard." I told him and he just growls at me, "don't you growl at me like that, mister!"

"It's not safe!" He was now standing in front of me. Even though I am kind of puny because of his towering height, I'm just not the type of girl to lose.

We are now literally arguing inside his alpha office. I was just telling him that I'll be going but then he kind of lashed out when he knew that it will only be the three of us—Ema, Lena, and I.

"I'm strong and my two girlfriends are coming with me. Ema is vampire and Lena and I are wolves! Well, nothing is going to happen! I mean, the Angelica thing was already finished." Seriously, Lawrence is always overprotective and overreacting. I like that side of him but when he becomes a little bit of aggressive it becomes a little annoying.

"Leo and Valerio wouldn't like it either." Lawrence tells me and I sigh in defeat.

"Lawrence, this is a girls' day out! We'll be fine! Please.. Trust me." I plead then he immediately brought me into his bear hug that I love so much.

"All right. Just please be careful... I love you." He kisses my forehead

"I love you too and I'll be going now. Bye!" I let go of the hug then was about to exit from the office when he quickly said something.

"I miss you already, sweetheart." He grins at me and I can tell my cheeks flushed.

"Don't say sweet things, alpha." I just chuckled and exited after that.

"I'll die knowing you're not here with me." He's trying to stall me and it is kind of working.

"You'll survive, idiot."

"I'll survive if you're by my side."

"I'll be right back, silly."

"Stay."

"No way."

I need to go and fast but I kept help it. He's too sweet.

"My wolf is dying, you know."

"Well my wolf is fine."

'I will miss Lawrence so badly!' Pia says in my mind and I just scoff mentally

"Baby, you're killing me."

"I'M SERIOUSLY GOING! GOODBYE!"

Exited already. Finally!

I'm really looking forward for our girls' day out! This is going to be epic!

Ten minutes have passed since Claire and the girls went away for their shopping. I quickly mind-linked Leo and called Valerio by phone.

"Our mates have gone shopping."

[I know. Lena told me and I really freaked out. She told she is going to be fine! But I didn't want to be overly dominant so I decided to let her be!]

'Ema told me earlier. At first I didn't like the idea but she was too scary so I gave in.'

"I have an idea."

And we know exactly what we are about to do.

A few minutes later, Valerio arrived and so did Leo. We are now having a discussion inside my office.

"I got this from my men when they caught some of the rogues who abducted Claire." I raise a bottle with the concealment potion inside of it. It can mask the aura of any being.

"Aren't they going to kill us when they find out that we have been following them?" Valerio asks nervously, "I may never sleep with Lena on bed after this."

"We won't get caught unless we do anything stupid." Leo replies Valerio with a firm look, "and we need to follow them. Who knows what would happen!"

"We should trust them, you know." Valerio adds up, "they might think we don't."

"Male mates can't stand the idea of their mates without them. I know this is kind of wrong but I can't help the fact that I'm really overprotective about Claire. Ever since the Angelica tragedy, I don't want to let Claire go."

"All right, let's do this." Valerio sighs, "I'm also worried about Lena. She was almost killed when the wolf's bane was attached to her body. I grew completely restless after that."

"And I made Ema very worried when I got hit before. I don't like to see that kind of hurt expression from her ever again."

"That isn't really relevant to the topic at hand but okay." Valerio shrugs

"We've been here quite enough. Let's go."

"Claire, what's wrong?" Ema asks me

I stopped midway to the mall because I felt something off.

"It's like.. I can feel that something is going to happen."

"Maybe you still had a little trauma because of last week." Lena chuckles, "just have fun today! Relax!"

"N-No, it's not that..."

"What? You're thinking that maybe our mates are following us? Oh please, imma beat the crap out of them when they do that." Ema laughs as Lena follows with a laugh also.

"If they really did follow us, then let's make them regret why they followed us." Lena smirks and I raise an eyebrow

"How?"

Lena points out to a group of hot guys not far away from us.

"If we caught our mates following us, then we'd waste no time to make them jealous. We will go to that group of hot guys."

"Wow.. I like the sound of that!" Ema squeals and actually.. I like the idea too.

But would they really follow us?
