In the evening when Kabir came back, he had fever again. This is what you get if you don't listen to your wife!

" Shreya, you take care of Kabir, I'll do the dinner." Roshni bhabhi said.

I nodded and went to our bedroom.

" I did warn you Kabir, right?" I asked him.

He nodded like a child. I chuckled.

" You are laughing at your husband's misery Mrs Rathore?" He questioned seriously.

" Of course not! Now you take these medicines and lie down, I will get your dinner." I said.

" Come quickly Mrs Rathore. These medicines don't affect me, your presence does." He said.

I blushed again.

" Stop talking and rest. I will be back." I said and left the room.

I got dinner in the room for him and myself.

" I am not hungry now." He announced.

" Kabir shut up and eat. How will you get better if you don't eat?" I asked him.

" Shreya, one has to be hungry to eat." He said.

" Open your mouth." I said.

He did as I said and I fed him a morsel of food.

" Now I'm gaining my appetite.

I fed him his dinner and had mine.

" Kabir, I'm going to help bhabhi now. I want you asleep within the next 15 minutes. I will come and check on you." I ordered him.

" You must be liking it na wifey? Getting to boss around Kabir Rathore?" He asked me.

" Like! I am loving it Kabir." I said sarcastically.

" Now sleep. Good night." I said.

" First, I need a good night kiss when should not be on my cheek." He said.

" Sure." I said and kissed his forehead and left the room.

I heard him groan.

" 15 Minutes." I shouted.

" Whatever." He replied back.

After all my work was done, I went back to the room and saw Kabir sleeping peacefully. I changed into my night dress and and took my place next to him. He wrapped his arms around me and I slept.

The next morning, Kabir was up before me. I could see that he was much better today.

" Kabir, don't go to the office today." I said.

" Shreya, not happening. I run a billion dollar company. I cannot take leaves like this." He said.

I rolled my eyes.

" Yes Mrs Rathore, you have baan acting all bossy and over smart from yesterday. It is high time that you get punished for it." Kabir said and pulled me to him. He then started kissing me all over.

" Kabir" I moaned.

" Yes Mrs Rathore?" He asked and contined what he was going.

" Please stop." I said.

" This is your sweet punishment Shreya." He said.

" Kabir, don't you have to go for work?" I asked him.

" Using my tricks on me Mrs Rathore?" He asked me.

" Do you know why you are being punished?" He asked me.

" Because of yesterday?" I said but it sounded more like a question.

" Because you rolled your eyes at me." He said.

Now, he captured my lips and he was kissing me hungrily.

There was a knock on the door.

" Shreya, how is Kabir now?" Mom asked from outside.

I pushed Kabir lightly.

" Mom, he is much better now." I said, breathing heavily.

" Are you okay Shreya. You are sounding weird." Mom said.

" I'm okay mom. Actually I was doing exercise." I said and Kabir looked at me, highly amused.

" Okay." She said and went away.

" Really? Are you exercising Mrs Rathore?" Kabir asked me playfully.

I hit him on his chest lightly and went to take bath. I have office today.

Shreya's Look-

" You are looking sexy Mrs Rathore." Kabir said.

I blushed.

" Mom is calling you down for breakfast." He said.

" Kabir, I'm way too late today. Will eat something in the office. I've got to leave now." I said and went downstairs.

" Shreya, sit and have breakfast." Dad said.

" Dad, I'm very late today." I said.

" Then make sure that you eat something in the office." Mom said.

I nodded and left in a haste.

I had just started the car when I saw Kabir standing in front of it. I honked.

" Mrs Rathore, take your wallet and phone with you to the office atleast." He said and handed them over to me.

" Thank you Kabir." I said.

" Bye. I love you Mrs Rathore." He said.

" I love you too. Bye." I said and started for office.

The moment I reached office, I met with a very angry Vaibhav.

" Shreya, why the fuck are you so late? The meeting was supposed to start 10 minutes back." He said.

" I'm sorry sir." I said.

" Now come quickly." He said. I nodded.

One perk of being best friend with Anika is that Vaibhav cannot scold me. If he does, he gets his ass kicked by her!!

The general line up for the day was discussed in the meeting. I had outdoor shoot today so I left for the location with the cameraman.

The day was long and I was standing outside the Court which was going to announce the verdict of the rape case. It has been 7 hours and we are still waiting. I had already interviewed 6 police officials and 3 lawyers who had come out if the hearing for break.

My phone went off. Thank god someone called. I was getting so bored!

It was Kabir. Unusual of him to call me at this time.

" Hello Kabir. Are you okay? Did your fever revive? If this is the case, go home right now. I will be there in sometime." I said.

" Mrs Rathore, I am absolutely fine. It's you that I am worried about." He said.

" Why are you worried about me?" I asked him.

" Sitting outside the court in such hot weather must be taking a toll on you and your cameraman right?" He asked me.

" How do you know that I'm outside the court?" I asked him.

" Look towards your left." He said.

There he was, sitting in his car with mighty glory.

" What are you doing here?" I asked him.

" I was returning from a meeting when I saw you." He said over the phone. I walked towards his car and ended the call.

" Do you have some water?" I asked him.

" Take this." He said and handed me a bottle of orange juice.

" Thank you." I said and drank it in one go.

He chuckled.

" This thirsty Mrs Rathore?" He asked.

I nodded my head positively.

" Shreya, the verdict is out. Come here." Rohan, the cameraman said.

" Kabir, you go home. I'll come back later." I said.

" Go and do your work. I'm in area for business, I'll pick you up in one hour." He said.

I nodded and he drove off.

I reported the whole verdict and interviews. I was done in 50 minutes. I helped Rohan in wrapping up all his equipments. Within 10 minutes, Kabir was here, abiding by his words.

" Shreya, we don't need to go to office now. You can go home." Rohan said.

" Bye." I said.

" Good night." He said and I went to sit in the car.

" Had a good day?" Kabir asked.

" Boring day! All day long, I was waiting for a 50 minutes verdict!" I exclaimed.

He chuckled and we started for home.
