The compound is large and in the middle of nowhere. It's a large concrete building that's completely disguised by the surrounding forest. Dante collected me and Bianca just after lunch to take us to the compound where all the new recruits reside.

As we enter the building the inside is completely modern and cold matching the exterior. everyone bows their heads to their don. It seems Dante's in a bad mood as he has a permanent scowl etched on his face. Bianca and I have to run after him. We don't go to the elevators instead he turns down a hall and knocks three times on a door.

The door opens and behind stands two guards. They also bow their heads in respect. We get into some other elevator that has a floor beneath the ground floor. That's the button he presses. It kind of seems stupid, it's just one floor. Why not take the stairs? Maybe he installed it for Bianca and her lazy ass.

Dante remains completely silent while Bianca throws me confused looks through the mirrored elevator walls.

We step off the elevator and into a concrete hallway. Someone for sure would be murdered here. This place gives me the chills. Dante doesn't pause and continues to stride down the hallway then turning right. Bianca and I run after him yet again.

He opens a heavy metal door and the sound of voices can be heard. They all silence when we walk in. The room that we've entered is huge, like the size of a football field huge. It's very grey and depressing, especially when you look at all the weapons organised on the walls. There's a shooting range, a ring for fights, lots of empty space with mats also for fighting, one of the walls are mirrored and there are targets set for different weapons.

What catches my eye is the large group of people that look like they're in their 20s, possibly even earlier. They're all staring at us in their black outfits which is a contrast between my sage green leggings and sports bra. As well as Bianca's pink leggings and sports bra. We stick out like sore thumbs.

These recruits don't seem that friendly, they all have blank looks. Did we do something? Subconsciously I've moved myself behind Dante. He's tall, he can take them if they attack. Plus, it'll give me a good head start to get out of here.

One of the men who I've noticed around the mansion comes up to Dante and they exchange a few words. They speak in hushed whispers making it hard to understand what they're talking about.

The man steps back and looks at Bianca while I'm still hidden behind Dante. "Where's the other one?" The man asks. Dante steps to the side so I'm in the man's line of sight. I want to curse Dante out for moving. While he's not looking I subtly flip him off. Mature I know.

Bianca thought it was funny as she attempted to contain her giggles. Dante and the man glare at her to which she immediately Shutup. "Scarlett this is Fabio, he will be training you today with the new recruits. I will be in my office if either of you need me." Dante looks at me and my slightly shaking form.

"You'll be fine." His placid tone does not help. I look at my sneaker clad feet and nod. I hear his footsteps retreating until the loud sound of the steel door closing echos through the room.

"Alright girls, go join the others and do some stretches, we'll be starting with a five mile run." He walks back to the group with us following.

Bianca and I find our own space as everyone separates to stretch. I begin by pulling my elbow down behind my head "was he serious? Five miles!" I whisper yell.

Bianca smirks "it'll be fine." Says the laziest person on earth.

"I don't run Bianca, I walk."

"Well today you'll be running or else Fabio is going to make you do double."

"What if I have an asthma attack?"

"You don't have asthma."

"Doesn't mean it isn't possible." She rolls her eyes at my antics. I touch my toes and contemplate jumping off the top of the building, it seems like a very viable option.

"Everyone! Ground floor, now!" Fabio yells. Everyone immediately moves to a set of doors. Behind are the stairs, knew it. We all run up the stairs and stand outside in a large group behind the building waiting for our next instructions.

Fabio steps outside with Leonardo and tells us that there's a track set and he'll be up front while Leonardo will be at the back. I guess I'll get to know the brother I haven't seen much. Considering he's the second in command, I'm surprised he has the time to be here.

Fabio starts off leading the way through the forest down the track. Bianca shoots off leaving me behind. What the fuck? She does nothing, ever! And now she's an Olympic athlete?

Of course I'm at the back already puffing after two minutes. Leonardo or Leo as I've been told to call him stays by my side offering encouraging words. "L-Leo." I puff "p-please please can we w-walk? We don't need to tell F-Fabio. It can be our s-secret!" I sound even more stupid stuttering and puffing at the same time.

He laughs "come Scarlett! You can do it, we're over halfway done. You're ass will look great if you keep it up!" I don't really give a crap, I'm going to collapse. Everyone else is almost out of our eyesight.

"I swear I'm going to m-murder your brother for m-making me come h-here." He laughs again and passes me his water bottle to pour on my head while we run. It's scorching hot, or maybe I'm just hot because of the exercise.

I pour some water over my head and pass the water bottle back. "I won't object. In fact I encourage it, maybe we can plan together." Leo says wiggling his eyebrows. I like Leo, he's funny, sweet and totally gets me.

"How i-is your s-sister suddenly a-an athlete? She's the laziest p-person I know?"

"Our father trained us so we got pretty fit from a young age. Bianca's a killing machine but because of her rank in the family, she's to be protected at all costs. She doesn't go on missions but Dante takes her here to get extra training, especially if there has been a threat." That makes sense. Still mad at her for leaving me behind though.

We continue running and eventually make it back to the compound. Everyone's already laying down on the grass exhausted. Except for Fabio who's texting on his phone. I collapse on the grass and puke my guts out. Bianca runs over to rub my back reassuringly.

Once I'm done Leo hands me his water bottle. Great-fully I take it and rinse my mouth out then drink. Handing it back to him I whisper a little "t-thanks." He offers a warm smile and says "anytime." Before walking off to join Fabio.

I groan and roll back onto my back "I'm going to kill Fabio." I moan.

"You sure you're ok to continue?" Bianca asks.

"Do I even have a choice?"

"Well with Fabio? No, but with my brother? Yes." She wiggles her eyebrows and I smack her thigh.

"Fuck off, it was one night and he has made no moves to show that he wants it to happen again."

"I wouldn't be so sure. He has a certain softness towards you." I roll my eyes and get up as everyone's moving to head back inside.

Bianca continues to talk about myself and her oldest brother, I zone her out and try to focus on what Fabio is saying. We're supposed to begin with weapons and find our strengths. I pull Bianca over to the guns first. We put on our earmuffs. She grabs a pistol, loads it up, clicks off the safety and shoots the person shaped target hitting the bullseye.

I try to follow her lead but don't even hit the target, I hit the wall. Fabio comes over and I take off my earmuffs "need some help?" He asks.

"Y-Yes please." He places his earmuffs around his neck, comes up behind me and wraps his arms around my own helping me hold the gun properly.

He proceeds to explain how to properly load the gun and how to know when the safety's on. "Alright so always make sure your grip is tight." He squeezes my hand against the gun to show me. I hold the gun tighter and wait for his next instructions.

"Now fox your stance" he kicks my right leg so it's spread a little further apart.

"Focus on your front sight." He removes his arms placing his earmuffs on and putting mine on for me.

"Now, pull the trigger." He yells so I can hear him. He holds me as I recoil slightly from the impact of the gun to which Fabio grabs me to steady my stance.

I take off my earmuffs and see that I hit the bullseye. "Oh my god!! I did it!" I smile and jump onto Fabio as he laughs.

"You did amazing for a beginner, most don't hit the bullseye on their fifth try and you did it on your second." I remove myself from him feeling a slight blush form on my cheeks.

"Well thank you." He offers a smile before walking off. Bianca looks at me with wide eyes.

"What's wrong with you?"

"You do know there are security cameras right?"

"So?" I have no idea to what she's getting at. Maybe she's high? Certainly looks it with those wide eyes.

"So, Dante can see that you were getting close with Fabio!" Oh my gosh she really needs to let this go.

"Bee, I love you but please shut up about me and Dante. It was one night." She glares at me, clearly she's upset at my harsh tone but I'm sick of hearing about me and him.

"Whatever." She storms off to the next set of weapons and I follow suddenly feeling a little guilty.

We continued to try out different weapons. Bianca was great at them all, I, on the other hand was not. We did everything from archery to knife throwing. The worst were the knives, I almost hit one of the other recruits, he was not happy and has been throwing dirty glances my way ever since.

Now before we end for the day, we're to do good old fashioned sparring, no weapons, just our bodies and gloves. Bianca ran to the ring dragging me along with her. She's still feeling salty but she can't throw away the opportunity to beat me up.

We climb into the ring while everyone else were on the mats. A few were watching us with curiosity but most were lost in their own fights with their partners.

We both begin to move on our feet looking at one another "I'm going to take your ass down." She says batting her eyelashes.

"Ok, I feel bad for being so harsh but no way am I going to let you win." She throws a punch to which I dodge and throw a jab at her stomach. She uppercuts me and I fall back for a second, she takes that as an opportunity to toss me on the ground.

Getting on top of me Bianca smirks "give up." She sings.

I right hook her and she falls to the side. I get on top of her and jab her once more. She groans and clutched her now bleeding nose. "My bad!" I scramble off her so she can sit up.

"Nah, you did good. Shame it didn't last very long though." She holds out her fist which I bump.

"So alls forgiven?" I ask hopefully.

"Yeah, I got all my anger out hitting you so we're good." I practically jump on her out of happiness holding her close. Fabio climbs into the ring holding out a tissue for Bianca. She takes it gratefully once I remove myself from her.

"Let's go get you seated somewhere more comfortable, yeah?" She gives him a thumbs up and he helps her get out of the ring.

"Alright everyone! We're done for the day, so grab your shit and go to your rooms!" Everyone disperses and I stay standing just to think for a little.

"Well you sure showed my sister up, care to give me a go?" I turn around wiping the sweat off my forehead.

Dante stands in a pair of black basketball shorts and is completely shirtless. Well that's just unfair, his chest is distracting! Gulping I try my best confident smile. "Sure." He pulls on a pair of black and red gloves.

"Don't go easy on me." I say fixing my own gloves.

"Of course not." He smirks.

We bounce on our feet and I see he's waiting for me to throw the first punch. So I move to the right and dodge to the left trying to throw a jab at him but he's too quick blocking it and hooks me. "Asshole." I mutter.

He goes in for another hook but I dodge and uppercut his ass. "Nice." He compliments. He jabs me one more time and I fall to the floor from the impact.

He's on top of me in a second and I can feel the heat radiating off his body. "Give up."

"No." I smile and wrap my legs around his neck pushing myself up and him backwards.

"Now this position seems familiar. Probably with you and Fabio too, no?" That confuses me.

"Huh?" He twists us to the side do I'm back on the floor. My legs loosen from surprise and he frees himself holding me down.

"I said that position must be familiar for you and Fabio too." He's angry that much is clear. What happened to the calm guy from a few moments ago?

"What do you mean?" His jaw clenches. My eyes water a little as I'm feeling a little threatened.

"I saw you two earlier with the guns. The way he held you." I have to fight myself from rolling my eyes or bursting into tears. Just like I did with my dad, I hold up a strong front.

"Um first, he was teaching me how to shoot a handgun properly. Second, why are you jealous? We're not together and just because you took my virginity doesn't mean I'm suddenly dedicated to you. Lastly you're being completely immature and unreasonable." I let out a heavy breath as I watch his mouth twitch.

"Well you're bold now aren't you? You're right. I'm acting unreasonable but to be honest I don't really fucking care."

"Excuse me?!" What the hell!

"I don't fucking understand! Why are you stuck in my head? There's nothing special about you." Gee thanks. It's clear he's frustrated at himself for feeling emotions and his only way to express them is to lash out at me. Completely immature really.

"Yet you manage to ween your way back inside my mind." He rests his head on my chest in complete frustration.

"I can't seem to want any other women. In my office I tried to fuck another girl but no, you were on my mind. Jesus, Scarlett get out of my head." Hmmm hold up, this man tried to have sex with another woman not even 12 hours after he took my virginity. I know we aren't together but we do live together and are 'friends' so he could at the very least waited maybe another twelve hours.

I pat his head and he removes himself from between my breasts to look up at me. I push his shoulders back until he's off me and proceed to take my gloves off before standing up. "I'm so sorry that you couldn't fuck a woman Dante. I couldn't even imagine taking someone's virginity then not even 12 hours later being unable to fuck some girl. That's truly awful." I roll my eyes and get out of the ring.

I open the door, close it behind me and walk up the stairs to the ground floor. Bianca and Fabio are sat by the window. Bianca's holding a tissue to her nose and Fabio is handing her new tissues when needed.

I sit in front of the two "what crawled up your ass and died?" I glare at Bianca.

"Your brothers being nasty. He tried to have sex with a girl in his office today because he couldn't get me out of his head. The bastard took my virginity and then he doesn't even wait 12 hours?!" Bianca's on my side as she suddenly has a lethal look. I wipe a stray angry tear off of my face.

"Bee don't do anything stupid, he has to deal with his own emotions alone." She nods her head mumbling incoherent words.

"Well since I'm heading back to the mansion do you want me to drive you back?" Fabio asks.

"That would be great." I smile. He stands up offering his hand which I gratefully take.

We head outside and he stops in front of a black Harley "uh wow." I did not expect to be riding on a motorcycle.

"Here wear my jacket. You'll freeze to death in that." He points to my sports bra and leggings. I take his jacket and wrap it around myself. He hands me a helmet and puts his own on.

I get on the bike after him. "Wrap your arms around me, I don't need you falling off. Lean with me, even if you feel like we're going to fall, if you try to balance us out by leaning the other way then we definitely will fall." I nod my head and wrap my arms around his torso.

"Ready?"

"Yep!"
