《His baby girl》6.

I wake up with a smile on my face. I run my hands through black tangle hair and stretch.
"Good morning girls," I said to my dolls. I walk inside my closet and pick my outfit out. I then try and sneak into the bathroom and get dressed.
I worked extra hard on my appearance today. I made my hair in one long braid and smiled at the look in the bathroom mirror. When I open the door I was greeted by the smell of bacon.
I walk downstairs to find the couch empty and men chatter coming from the kitchen.
I smile when I see daddy who was dressed in a tank-top and basketball shorts with some Nike slides making bacon. I walk further into the kitchen where Carter was having a conversation with Daire who had his back face to me and Levi was holding Cotton in his arms feeding him some treats.
"Good morning everyone," I said making my presence known.
Everyone turns their attention to me and all of them smile except Daire who only nods at me.
I sit in my pink cushion seat and look over Daire's appearance
I knew he was wearing Levi's clothes because I saw Levi wore them a few times. But is it weird that I find my brother's clothes attractive on him?
Yes very much so.
"Here you go Willy," Daddy said placing the plate in front of me.
"Thank you," I said taking a bite of eggs.
"Can you fucking stop staring at me," Daire said glaring at Levi? "I can look at you for however long I want to, you're in my house dumbass," He responded. "Who the fuck are you calling a dumbass?" Levi chuckles. "You're the only dumbass here."
I look at Daire who had his clenched fist.
I knew Levi and Daire didn't have the best relationship. It started back when they were both freshmen in high school. And at the time Levi was dating a girl named Valarie Villey. But some time in the middle of the year she cheated on Levi with Daire. And what made things worse is that Daire claimed the girl was a slut that slept around with the whole school behind Levi's back which made Levi a laughing stock for the remainder of the year. And ever since then Levi and Daire had beef. Levi never fought anyone unless it was Daire.

"Levi please respect our guest," Daddy said sitting down in his seat.
"Whatever, Justina is going to drive me to school so you don't have to worry about it," Levi said pushing in his chair and grabbing his textbooks.
"Bye Levi," I hollered after him.
Maybe he didn't hear me because he slammed the door without responding.
I frown and poke around in my breakfast.
"Don't worry about him, Willy," Daddy said. "He's just going through a phase."
I nodded my head but I was still upset.
"Go say your goodbye kisses so you can go okay?" Carter said to me. I smile at him and get up to do just that.
I only take a few minutes before skipping downstairs and grabbing my backpack off the couch. I walk into the kitchen and stand waiting for daddy to finish his breakfast.
"Come on Willy," He said placing his dirty plate in the sink. He licks his fingers and walks into the living room and grabs his coat from the hook. He walks back to the kitchen and looks at Daire. "Do you need a ride?"
Daire looks up and then looks at me. "Yeah, I do." He stands up and runs his hand through his hair. He puts his dirty plate in the sink just like daddy did. He walks over to us with his hands deep in his pocket. "I need to stop by my place though," He said.
Daddy nods in understanding. "Okay," Daddy grabs my hand and pulls me outside.
I get and the car and sit there waiting patiently. Daire gets in the front seat and buckles his seatbelt. He runs his hand through his hair and bounces his leg anxiously as he waited for daddy to get in the car.
Daddy finally slides in and starts the car. "Where is your house again?" Daddy said pulling out our driveway. Daire continues to bounce his leg. "Um, Woodbine Bolvaraund." He said twisting his rings on his fingers.
Daddy nods and drives towards the neighborhood.
"You know a close friend of mine lives there," He said stopping a red light. "I don't think it's a safe place for a child like you to live in." Daddy said looking at Daire.

"Well, I don't have much of a choice do I?"
Daddy drives around the apartment complex. Daire doesn't say anything and just stares out the window nervously. Finally, the very last building appears and Daire looks up from his rings. "There's my apartment."
Daddy stops the car and looks around the neighborhood in concern. "You know I grew up in this neighborhood with my father for eleven years. We had some bad experiment growing up here." He said. "Yep, that building over there." He said pointing over to a building a few feet away.
"Yeah stay here I need to get my bag," He said opening the door and shutting it. "Lock the doors." He said as he walks away from the car.
Daddy locks the door and pulls his gun out of the glove compartment. "If you grew up how I did you can never be too prepared." Daddy smiles at me through the mirror. I smile back at him as I watch a group of men past the car.
We heard screaming and shouting coming from the apartment that Daire had gone in. Daire comes out with his backpack and a small girl holding his hands. The little girl had caramel skin and heavy brown curls on top of her head. She was wearing a blue shirt that had a cat on it and blue jeans and light-up shoes. She wore a My Little Pony backpack on and happily skip beside Daire.
Daire opens the back door and tickles her as he helps her inside.
Daire gets in the car and slams the door. "I'm sorry I didn't mean to do that." He runs his hands through his hair. "My mom wants me to take my sister to school since her brother couldn't do it."
"Her brother?"
Daire nods. "They share a dad. I don't share my dad with anyone. But for some reason instead of living with any of his parents, he stays with my mom and his sister. Her name is Colby by the way."
I smile at Colby and she smiles back at me.
"I'm Willow, nice to meet you," I said holding my hand out. She smiles and places her tiny hands in mine. "Nice to meet you." She said showing off her missing front tooth.
"Baby," Daddy calls out to me. I hum in response. "You might have to be a little late for school is that okay with you?" He asked. I nod my head. "Yeah, that's fine."
I bite my lip and look out the window.
Finally, we pulled into the parking lot of the elementary school that I had once attended. He parks the car and Daire gets out. He opens the door for Colby and picks her up and place her on his hip. "I'll be back." He said as he shuts the door.
I watch him walk away with a sad expression.
"Daddy, do you think I'm pretty?" I asked biting my lip harder.
Daddy turns abruptly to me. "Of course I do. What kind of question is that Willow," He asked. I nod my head and tuck some strings of hair that have fallen from my braid behind my ear. "I was just wondering," I said sitting back into my seat.
"Do you like Daire?" Daddy asked me.
My eyes widen at the question. "I uh-I-I don't really know," I said blushing. I covered my face with my hands in embarrassment. I play with my sweater. "I mean I have a crush on him but not like that I just think he's cool and cute and I don't really know." I look at him as he smirks at me.
"I don't mind you having a boyfriend baby, just be careful with who you pick and don't let come between your studies."
I nod my head as Daire makes his way back to the car.
He slides in without a word and daddy starts the car and drives away.
When we finally come to the school the bell has already rung and I knew we were late. "Bye daddy," I said as I jump out of the car. I give him a kiss on the cheek and rush towards the school. I turn back to see daddy and Daire in a deep conversation. With a nod from his head, he makes his way towards me.
He grabs my wrist and opens the door. "Come on we don't wanna be even more late."

I just had an idea and decided to run with it. I usually plan excessively before I start a fiction, but I don't have a plan this time. It takes place in the same universe as the Exsanguinate fiction, but doesn't really have any links to the other books.
