It took ten minutes to drive to Mrs. Pat's place. She was pacing the floor and was on the phone with the police.

"What do you mean there is nothing you can do? My granddaughter was just taken from my house. I don't care about the 24 hour rule you have," Mrs. Pat was a nervous wreck.

She saw me come in and hung up the phone. I ran and pulled her into my arms. She sobbed, "Wade, I am so sorry. I had no idea. I just stepped outside to check something. I didn't know anyone was here."

I rubbed her back. "It is okay. We will find her. Without the help of the police."

Cassie's phone rang. She stepped out to answer it. She came back with a stunned expression.

She stared at me, "that was Cade. He knows where Lennox is. Allie was behind it."

"Allie took my daughter?" I asked. Why would she want her?

"No," Cassie shook her head. "She was with Tori. Tori came down from New York to get Lennox. She got on a plane and rode a cab here. Allie met her here and waited for her to grab Lennox. She drove them to the airport. They boarded a flight to New York an hour ago."

"What!" I screamed. "How did Cade know this?" I asked Cassie.

"Allie left her phone there. He said she left so quick that she forgot it. He knew something was up and read the messages."

"I need to go to New York," I said. I messages my parents and told them what happened.

Cassie came and said, "I am coming to."

I grabbed her and held her, "thank you. Let's get to the airport." I grabbed her hand and drug her out the door.

Ten minutes later, we were at the airport. We bought our tickets, but the flight didn't leave until six tomorrow morning. We decided to camp out at the airport. Cassie and I lied down and she fell asleep in my arms. She was crying the entire time.

Morning came, and we boarded the plane. It was easy since we had no luggage. It was just us.

We were on our way to New York. This was about to be over.
