Previously on Lucifer's Queen

Cerberus later appeared in the room and nodded his head in acknowledgement. He went to the feet of the cradle and sat down closing his eyes as if he was sleeping.

I stood ontop of a cliff watching the rushing waterfall. The air felt as though chaos was coming. Small shivers crawled up and down my spine. Taking a deep breath I turned around knowing someone was behind me.

"So you can feel it?" The voice of Henry boomed throughout the entire place.

"Yes."

"The war is upon you," I nodded my head in understanding. "Today the blinds shall be lifted from everyone's eyes and the prophecy shall come to pass."

I jumped out of bed feeling unease. Looking round the room I spotted Lucifer with our son in his arms. "You can feel it can't you love?"

Taking a deep breath I got out of bed and made my way over towards them. "Yes."

"It's going to be a blood bath. However, it won't be the blood if my people." He spook with so much conviction I believed it all.

"So what now?" I wrapped my arms around his waist and rested my head on to his back.

"I will be shifting up the terrain of Hell within minutes of you'd like to join your son and I."

"And after?"

"The Angels will be arriving within the next hour so you'll be staying here with the most females and males who'll not be apart of the war while the other that won't be here guard their homes." He took deep breath and sighed. "This war is something I don't want you apart of. That doesn't mean you won't be able to see what's going on. I'm going to leave an eye in the window in the throne room as it is the largest window in and it will enable you to see the fight."

I knew this was something I could not fight him on. The only thing I could do is have faith in him and enjoy the last hour of peace we had together. "Okay let's do it."

I had taken a bathe and brush my teeth. I had on tights and a large t-shirt that belonged to Lucifer.

We were at the entrance of Hell that once displayed the valley. It was now a flat plane as far as the eyes could see. We had moved the valley to the entrance of purgatory for now. The land outside the gate was also extended to hold both the valley and the persons that lived outside there.

We both decended to the ground and retracted our wings in our backs. The red sand that covered the ground went straight through my flip flops. "Is so much sand necessary?"

"Had you forgotten the that we have sand people fighting for us little one?" He turned to look at me with Zaidyn in his arms.

"Oh yes how could I forget." They were such humble people.

He looked at the sky for a moment and then he looked me in the eyes."It is time for you to go home baby." I looked at him confused.

"But the war isn't going to start yet." I held out my hand as he passed Zai to me.

"True but we have a great deal of preparation left." The earth suddenly began shaking. I held onto Zaidyn tightly. "What is that?"

He turned towards the west. "The giants are on their way." He turned fully towards me and caressed my cheek. "I love you little one." His eyes were filled with so much emotion I felt overwhelmed.

"I love you too L-"

"Dada!" I looked down at Zaidyn in my arms as he kept repeating dada and held his arms out to Lucifer.

The affection in his eyes intensified as he took Zaidyn back in his arms. "I love you too son." His eyes closed for a second then he placed a gentle kiss on Zai's forehead. "Now watch over mommy until I come home."

He made cooing sounds as if saying yes. With one last kiss on his head he handed our son back to me. "I'll be home soon."

"Okay." I tipped on my toe and kissed him. His hands found my hair and dangled themselves into every strand. His tongue fought mine as we shared a kiss that said all we wanted to say. It held all the I'll miss you and please come home back to me that I could every ask for. He nipped my lower lips a few times and then slowly we broke apart.

"Go."

Nodding I teleported right into the throne room to find it packed. Every single head turned towards me as they felt my present. "Let us all have hope that our fathers, mother's, sisters, brothers, nephews, nieces, cousins and in law lead us to victory. Please remain calm as we go through this rough patch."

A resounding "Yes my Queen." Was their reply. Walking around the room I greeted many, hugged all and gave words of encouragement to each. Eventually I made it to the throne and sat down. A few seconds later Nana and Series with Aiden teleported into the room. "It's starting!"

They both appeared by the throne and a the largest window above the door changed view from the outside to Hell's gates. Which were wide open. The two angels that almost killed Lucifer came forth. "Lucifer!" Uriel yelled.

Within seconds Lucifer appeared on sight. "Yes brother."

"You little slimy snake you made it out alive." Metatron growled.

"This is your last warning Lucifer. Hand over your mate or perish!"

They both waited for Lucifer to answer but he simply turned his back to them then began walking away. " I will never hand her over to you so prepare to perish." He soon disappeared and the entire place was filled with fog.

"Charge!" Metatron's voice rose above all and the sound of metal stopping the ground filled the entire place. Eventually the view changed to the field. Which was empty.

"Do you think this is some sort of game." Over a thousand Angels stood behind them.

The sand suddenly moved and the war began. The Giants being the ones to commence it. The speed that everything was going was immense. Within minutes the warlocks had arrived along with the witches Anita being the leader on the backs of the dragons.

The undead came barriling behind them soon after. The entire place was on fire. Gallelio and the rest of the dragons were burning everything in site because the demons weren't affected by the flames. The Angels soon began to summon dragons as well though only three appeared. Gallelio and a few of the others stop releasing fire and attack the purly white dragons. Anita and the other witches decended to the ground and began fighting.

Everything was in chaos. I couldn't tell whether we were winning or not.

Suddenly the ground began rumbling and from underneath it came the biggest giant I had ever seen. It looked nothing like the others. What is the world was it?

Zai began clapping and cooing as he looked at the demon. "One if the Lord's most favoured forms." Nana whispered with a smile.

I looked more closely at the demon and I had an instant connection. Most definitely it was Lucifer. I watched he screamed and a few angels crumbled to their knees and held on to their ears.

He moved through the masses swift and elegant. He took down angels after angel. He swong the giant sword in his hand and the impact shook the entire ground and cracked it.

More undead began crawling out and a few angels went down into Purgatory's flames. Within seconds both Metatron and Uriel were headed towards him.

His body instantly shrinked and his form changed back to normal. Demons and Angels continued to fight yet giving Lucifer, Metatron and Uriel enough space to fight it out.

Everyone in the throne room was tense. It seemed as if everyone knew the fight had only just began.
