Wait he's cheating that's it I thought it would be something worse. I start laughing out loud at myself.
"You think this is funny!"
"That's all it is that you're cheating?" I ask looking towards him.
"Yeah, why the fuck are you so calm about this?" He glared at me.
"Because I fucking hate you Wilson and your to caught up in beating me that you don't see it!" I shout walking away.
Wilson yanks me back by my arm. His eyes were dark and dangerous. Why did I open my freaking mouth!
"What have I told you about raising your voice at me!" Spit was flying onto my face as he shouted.
"I just want to go to bed Wilson can we not do this tonight?" I spoke softly. Wilson moved his hand so fast that I didn't process that he was choking me until I was gasping for air.
I clawed at his hands which caused him to tighten his grip on my neck.
"I'll let you know when your free to have a peaceful night and sorry to say that tonight isn't fuckin' the night bitch" he threw me to the ground. I landed with a thud. I took deep breaths ignoring the burning sensation in my throat.
"Get up!"
Slowly I pushed myself onto my knees. Wilson threw a punch to my jaw. The force knocked me to the ground. Wilson kicked me repetitively. I scramble to get away, knocking several things off of the coffee table. I hear glass break then there is a sting on my right cheek.
Looking up I see Wilson with a shard of the glass with blood dripping from it. He cut me what the actual frick.
"Mommy!" A soft voice shrieks from the hallway. Wilson whirls around when he hears the voice. I see Katalina crying in the hallway. Wilson opens his arms for her.
"Come here, Emory," she shakes her head, the tears falling. I glare at Wilson for trying to get Katalina to come to him. He clearly got the wrong twin.
He takes a step towards her. I jump up grabbing the closest object that just so happens to be a vase. I throw it at the back of his head. He fell when the vase broke on impact with the back of his head.
I run to Katalina picking her up before I run towards her room. When inside the room I grab two duffel bags and I start emptying their dressers into the bags. I shove a few stuffed animals in there for them when I make my way towards my room, grab a backpack, and throw in a few outfits. I didn't need many outfits. I pack every clothing I could find for the girls.

I wrap them both in a blanket. I grab the bags and run outside finding their big wagon. I toss the bags in then I run inside grabbing the girls. Once I made sure I had everything I shut the door and I started jogging down the road. The girls were giggling from being pulled at this speed.
Once we were a good distance from the house I slowed down collecting my thoughts. I have no clue where we could go. Think think think!
Lewis! I knew he was gonna be at the race tracks tonight because that's where he usually is on a Monday night.
The tracks weren't far from here and it's somewhere Wilson will not look for us at. I start to jog to the tracks. I pushed myself faster even though I was growing tired. I couldn't get caught by him. When I see lights and hear a bunch of commotion I relax a little. I looked through the crowd looking for Lewis.
Lewis is like a brother to me and he's been trying to make me leave but every time I tried there were people always posted outside on orders from Wilson himself to make sure I wasn't leaving.
I started to get worried when I didn't see Lewis. I made my way through the crowd-pulling the girls behind me.
I finally find Lewis's blonde hair through the crowd and I make my way to him. Lewis was so focused on the race that he didn't see me standing right next to him.
I looked at the girls before looking at the tracks. There was a bright green car racing a red car. I'm sorry to say this but I don't know anything about cars so I wouldn't be able to tell you anything about the kind of car they are.
The red car was in front the whole time and it was coming around the last bend. The car crossed the finish line before the green one could go around the bend.
"The person in the green car clearly had no chance" I state which causes Lewis to turn in my direction.
"What are you doing here? are you ok? Where's Wilson? Where are the girls? What happened to your face? Is that blood? Is anything broken?" He took a deep breath so he could continue.
"Hey Lewis I'm fine right now, Wilson is at his house knocked out the girls are right there, Wilson happens like always, yes this is blood Wilson cut me with a broken shard of glass, and I don't think anything is broken" I answer his questions. He pulls me into a tight hug.

"Ow!'' My back was still severely bruised from yesterday's beating.
"Shit sorry" he quickly released me.
"No swearing in front of my babies" I glared at him before turning to the girls. Well one of them.
"Katalina where's your sister!?" My heart starts to beat faster as I look around frantically. Lewis picked Kat up as I pushed my way through the crowd.
My eyes scanned the crowd but I couldn't see her. I pushed my way further into the crowd. My eyes land on a man with short black hair and brown eyes. In this man's arms was Emory. I rushed over to her, grabbing her and hugging her tightly to my chest.
"Oh my God Emory don't do that to me I thought I lost you" I take a deep breath calming myself down.
"I'm sorry momma I was trying to find you help" she cries.
"I was standing next to Lewis, he's our help" I feel Lewis nudge my arm when he finally caught up.
"Sorry uncle Lewis I didn't see you," she said sheepishly.
"Don't worry Emory I didn't see you guys either" he laughed. I turned to the brown-eyed guy who was still standing there watching us.
"Thank you" I smiled up at him.
"You're welcome," he says smiling back. His smile drops before he takes a few steps closer with a scowl on his face.
It instantly reminded me of Wilson one minute he's fine then the next he's beating me. This man that stood in front of me was very intimidating and he was huge. He could crush me with his pinky.
I flinched when he lifted his hand to my face. He placed his finger under my chin softly before moving my face around examining my face.
"Lewis?" The man shifted his gaze towards Lewis in a warning manner.
"This is Alisha the one I've been telling you about" Lewis spoke
"Alisha this is my best friend and boss Emilio Amoroso," Lewis says, causing me to look towards him before I turn back towards Emilio.
"I didn't know you had a job, Lewis," I say, causing Lewis to glare at me.
"Where do you think I get my money from?"
"Here," I say in a duh tone.
"Lewis couldn't beat a snail if his life depended on it," Emilio says laughing.
"He's right," Lewis agreed with Emilio.
"Momma I'm tired" Katalina whined from Lewis's arms.
"Me too" Emory yawns.
"Do you know a place where we could stay?" I ask looking at Lewis hopefully.
"There isn't room at my place but I could stay with you girls at a hotel," he says shrugging.
"I guess that would be fine. It was nice meeting you Emilio" I give him a smile before I follow Lewis.
"Wait!" Emilio shouts after us.
"Why don't you girls just stay with me? I mean I have the room" I turned around to see if he was really offering us a place to stay for tonight. He looked like he was serious.
"Are you sure?" I ask. Emilio gave me a reassuring smile.
"Yeah it gets pretty boring around there so why not"
"But you don't even let me come over to your house" Lewis whined.
"You can get pretty fucking annoying" Emilio glared at his friend.
"Hey, language there are kids in your presence" I give Emilio a glare.
"Ok, I'm sorry so you accepted my offer or what because it ain't gonna be on the table forever" he crossed his arms over his chest causing his muscles to be seen even better through his shirt.
I looked towards Lewis to see if it was alright and he shrugged saying it was up to me. If Lewis was ok with this guy then he could be trusted right.
"Alright but we'll only be there for one night then we will be gone, " I say smiling. I was happy that my babies and I weren't going to sleep in the woods tonight.

Nameless Hypocrite
"Bastard, surrender yourself!" "You think you can escape our encirclement?!" "An omnicidal fiend like you can only atone in death!" Despite his precarious situation, a young man ignored the union's provocations. His violet robe was in tatters, showing the incredible number of attacks he received, yet there was no sign of injury. Noticing the light smile tugging at his lips, the pursuing heroes warily watched him, cautious of a final attack. It was only by working together that they could corner a monster like him. An arrow pierced the air, beelining towards the young man. A malicious gleam revealed itself in his eyes; he unsheathed his sword, a long, curved blade, and deflected the projectile, spiking it into the ground. The archer's eyes widened before being split in two. He died suddenly and indignantly. The group backed away; their former confidence diminished greatly by the invisible counter. It was then that the young man sighed, his voice full of lament and self-pity. "Being a saint truly is difficult, even the world cannot understand my righteous actions." Oracle by Default
Oracles are known as divine handouts passed down from the Holy Creator. There are times when evil exist and the Holy Creator wishes to intervene, to which the title of the Oracle is bestowed upon an individual to become the Creator's will in physical form. The Oracle's mission is to then gather heroes from different races to purge the evil. “For the reckoning that is to come, all are tested. Thou shall be the shadow of which valiant souls shine and guide thee through harsh trials. Till oblivion comes, do not turn astray but to continue down the path thou chosen to walk. Lastly, thou must not see eye to eye with, but against the world.” A mysterious man engraved a seal onto Kihet before saving him from being consumed by the flames. The seal seems to have a strong connection with the legends of the Oracle and a Tower with no entrance that suddenly sprouted near the village. Throughout years, his efforts to study the strange tower remained fruitless. Then one day, the village decided it was time for his friends and him to become envoys to look for the potential evil the Holy Creator detected. Before Kihet can set off on his journey alongside his friends, he has his own set of problems to overcome against the village. Note: It's slow. There is romance, but it plays a small role that I don’t know if I should add it in the tags. Main story starts at Chapter 12. Chapters before do contain meaningful context for the rest of story.
