Willow could hear loud banging coming on the door as she forced her eyes open. She furrowed her eyes at the door and put her hand out to grab her phone from the side table. Her eyes widened when she looked at her screen glaring back at her, showing that it was still five in the morning on top of that it was Saturday!

Willow turned over, making up her mind that it was better to ignore the banging and go back to sleep.

As Willow turned, she felt the warm arm wrapped around her pulling her closer to him. That is when she remebered how Rowan had volunteered to sleep with her, her cheeks heated up.

Willow shut her eyes as her heartbeat paced up. It did more so when the banging on the door got more intense.

Willow wondered what sort of evil person would disrupt her time with Rowan.

Knowing that it wouldn't stop, Willow slowly sat up, she pushed her comforter away. Willow gently pulled Rowan's arm off her only to be pulled back, making her yelp. Her frantic eyes meeting dazed golden eyes.

"Hey." Willow said nervously.

"Where are you going?"

Willow pointed at the door. "I have to save the door before it is broken down."

Rowan blinked at the door before turning to Willow. "That's Lark outside. We can just ignore him," Said Rowan. "Or throw him outside."

That little piece of shit. Willow took a deep breath watering her anger down. "I'd like to go with that, the second one."

"Okay then." Smiled Rowan, taking Willow's breath away. "Whatever you wish for."

Willow just nodded, unable to and unwilling to take away the image of Rowan with his perfect bed hair, smiling at her lazily.

Rowan, ignorant about what he just put on Willow got off the bed and here's towards the door. He pulled the door open. "What are you doing here?"

"Nice to see you too." Said Lark, his eyes then narrowing. "Wait, what are you doing here?"

"This is my mate's room."

"Are you sure she—"

"Yes."

"Anyway," Lark extended his arm. "Here."

Willow got off the bed and walked over to Rowan and Lark.

"What sort of weapon is this?" Said Rowan. Willow craned her neck to get a better look at what he was holding. Her eyes widened and she glared at Lark.

"Why would you do that?" Willow sneered.

"I had to get it off, how is it my fault that they are so stubborn?"

"You didn't have to break my bobby pins!"

"You can have more of them crafted, don't throw a tantrum." Lark scoffed.

One can lose Bobby pins but one shouldn't break them. Breaking bobby pins should be made illegal!

"You should own up to your mistakes!"

"This prince does not commit mistakes!" Yelled Lark.

Willow narrowed her eyes, before she could retort, Lark shoved his arm forward before looking away. Willow raised her brow.

"Take it!" Lark shoved something hard in her hand before walking away. "This does not prove that I'm at fault. I just had it prepared beforehand because I knew that you would throw a tantrum."

Willow was left speechless. She had never met a person with pride as big as a dinosaur. She turned to look at Rowan with her eyes wide.

"What's wrong with him?"

"Don't mind him." Said Rowan.

Willow nodded as she looked at the object in her hand. Her eyes widened as she saw the blue crystal in her hand which was emitting a low glow. "This—" Willow's head snapped up to Rowan. "I can't accept this!"

"It's okay." Said Rowan. "Lark owns a lot of those, don't sweat over it."

"But—"

"It is his way of apologizing, he will probably throw a fit if you return it and hurt his pride."

"Still, this looks—"

"No, keep it." Said Rowan. He leaned down and kissed Willow on her forehead. "You should head back to sleep."

Willow, nodded. "Thank you for staying with me."

"I'm your mate, you don't have to thank me for something I'm supposed to be doing."

"I—" Willow felt her face boiling. " Bye." Willow pushed Rowan out of her bedroom and shut the door. She could hear Rowan chuckling from the other side.

Willow shut her eyes tight and steadied her breathing. She walked over to her bed, to continue her interrupted sleep.

Willow came to a stop when she walked past the full length mirror in her room. Her eyes widening when she saw at her reflection. Her hair had turned into fluffy cotton candy, her eyes were lined with dark circles, from lack of sleep making her eyes look puffy and swollen.

Willow internally shrieked.

Maybe she should go to bed with her makeup on like they do in the movies? But she knew that it would look worse waking with makeup on her face.

With a heavy heart, Willow walked over to her bed, wanting nothing more than to bury herself.

Willow walked to the kitchen an hour later, unable to sleep. She found Felix and Lark in the living room, sitting in the couch and—was that Titanic playing on the TV?

"Good morning." Said Felix. Lark continued watching the TV, too engrossed in the movie to bother about anything else. Willow thought of giving him a heads up but went against it. She believed that he should go through what every other person does after watching Titanic.

"Morning." Willow greeted back. "Did you have your breakfast?"

"I haven't." Said Felix.

"Why are you lying?" Said Lark who shifted his attention from the TV. "Just because you can lie doesn't mean that you should."

"When did I lie?" Asked Felix. "And aren't you just jealous because I can lie?"

"I just saw you drink a pack of blood!" Said Lark.

Willow froze, she kept forgetting that they were Vampires, and vampires drink blood. Even though saying that her boyfriend was a Vampire sounded cool, it still scared her when she remembers what they feed on.

"He had his breakfast so you shouldn't make him a side witch," Larks voice snapped her back into reality. "Wait, you should make him a side witch, just give that one to me."

"I'm sorry to disappoint you, your Royal Highness but we are running out of jam, so you'll have to make do with grilled cheese."

"But I want a side witch!"

"Grilled cheese can also be called a side—sandwich. It's the cheesy sister of PBJ.".

"But I don't want the sister!"

"Then go get the jam yourself!"

"Why should I? I've never ran an errand in my entire life!"

"Oh? Then get yourself your maid to make sandwiches for you." Willow rolled her eyes and went to make grilled cheese.

"What?"

"She said that she won't make you anything." Explained Felix.

Willow placed the sliced cheddar and mozzarella on the bread laid out in front of her as the living room turned silent with only the TV playing out in the background.

"Wait!" Came a nervous reply from Lark. "I—I didn't mean it, I'm willing to try side witch's sister! Make one for me as well." Then he added. "Please."

Willow rolled her eyes. "I will, but this will be the last time."

After making a couple of grilled cheese, Willow joined the pair. Ready for some heartbreak in an hour, she grabbed a tissue box.

Rowan soon came down the stairs. He looked immersed deep in his thoughts as he sat beside Willow, resting his arm behind her.

Willow smiled at him. "Hey. You okay?"

"Yes," said Rowan. "But I might have to leave soon."

"Leave?" Willow scrunched her brows. "Why?"

"I'll be back." Said Rowan, his cheeks were slightly red. If Willow hadn't been so close to Rowan, she wouldn't have noticed it. "I only have to go for a few days. Five or six at most."

Willow sighed. "When are you leaving?"

"Today."

"So soon?"

"You can come with me, but I've noticed that you don't like it much at the palace. And it will be better for you here, safer." Willow was about to say that she didn't hate it at the palace, it was just that she was taken by surprise, one after the other, but she felt like Rowan really didn't want her to come with him. "Lark will be staying here, Felix will be coming back with me."

Willows eyes widened. She hoped that Felix would stay instead of Lark.

"Can't do." Rowan grinned as if reading her mind. He ruffled her hair. "I'll be back soon, you won't even notice I was gone."

Willow walked out of the girl's locker room and headed to the gym. She had forgotten to get her uniform, making her wear the extras from the locker room. Even though she got her periods the day before yesterday, right after Rowan left. It now made her wonder if he somehow got to know about it and that is why he ran away, he was after all, a Vampire.

Even though she had only spent a week with Rowan at school, but she seemed to have been so used to having him beside her that she now felt lonely without him beside her.

Willow thought that she wouldn't come across any trouble, but Hunter just had to return to school. Worst of all, he had been looking at Willow as if she owed him money, and as long as she remembered she had never borrowed any from Hunter. In fact it was Lark who borrowed money from her so called treasury yesterday, she should probably note it down in case she forgets about it.

But now that she thought about it, Willow did hit Hunter, the other day, what if he was looking at her like that because he wanted revenge?

Willow sighed as Coach Smith blew on her whistle to assemble everyone.

"Today we will be playing Basketball. You will be divided into two groups consisting of thirteen members each. Evans you are the captain of Team A and Cooper is the captain of the Team B." Coach Smith turned to Willow and threw keys at her. "Go get the ball, Greene."

"Yes Coach." Said Willow as she missed the keys. Picking them up she rushed out of the gym and went towards the room adjacent it.

Unlocking the door, Willow walked in, but the moment she did, the heavy doors shut, thankfully she did pull the keys out just in time. The heavy door was the reason she wasn't very fond of retrieving things from this room.

Willow pulled at the string, turning the light bulb on and walked deeper inside the room filled with shelves full of sports equipment.

Willow soon found the familiar orange ball with black lines but it was just her luck all of them were flattened up. Picking up one of the airless balls, Willow looked around for an air pump.

Finally she found the air pump at the last shelf at the end of the room and connected it to the hole when the door to the supply closet jingled. Willow perked up and was about to head towards the door to open it up.

But before she could even move the door opened up.

"Why are you dragging me here?" Willow froze when she heard the voice of the money shark—ahem, Hunter.

Willow wanted to scream FML. Why out of the few hundreds in her school, why should they be the ones she stumbles across in the supply closet?

Willow hoped with everything she had that she would just disappear from his eyesight, or more like, nose, since the shelves already covered her up and because Hunger was a werewolf his sense of smell was better than a normal person's.

"Why?" Willow heard Triple talk. "Why? Shouldn't I be asking you that? Why are you always looking at her?"

"What do you mean?" Said Hunter, whose voice seemed to have lowered.

"You know what I mean Hunter. I am you mate now, she isn't!"

"Are you?" Said Hunter. "I made you the luna, but I can also have you changed."

"How can you?" Triple sounded exasperated. "I gave up on my mate for you, I'm pregnant with your baby!"

"You did it for me? Are you sure you did it for me and not for the position of Luna? Didn't you already give up on your mate long before you came to me?"

Triple was silent for a long time. "But you've already marked me, you can't get rid of the mark you put on me and I on you. You and I both know that you can't find a substitute for a better Luna."

Willow's eyes widened. Triple called herself Luna, was she the same person who asked the two boys from that night during the last spring?

"I still have my real mate out there. You don't."

"Heh. Real mate? Did you forget that you rejected her? Not to forget the pretty boy she's prancing arou—" Triple was cut short by sudden loud bang, making Willow almost shriek but she stopped in the nic of time. Her heart pace picking up.

"Shut up!" Bellowed Hunter.

Just then Willow heard a ringtone going off and it was coming from—

"Who's there?" Said Triple.

Ah shit.

Willow tried silencing her phone but was caught halfway. Willow glared at her screen which showed 'Extra' as the caller.

Willow had previously given a spare phone to Lark, after explaining to him how to use it. She had named that number as Extra on her phone. Willow was cursing with all her might at Lark.

"Willow." Willow then heard Hunter say quietly.

FML into a thousand times.
