《The Reject (COMPLETED)》Chapter 25: Living in Hell Be Like: (Part II)

Autumn came and then made way for winter. Willow felt like she could fall off any moment. Even though she wasn't a social butterfly, she was still close with some of the students, they could still be considered friends. But ever since that unfateful day, they all avoided her like the plague. She couldn't blame them, she knew the effect Hunter had on every single person in her school. He was the apex predator.
But it still stung whenever Willow sees the people who were her friends, some had even, as if to kiss up to Hunter and Triple, started bullying her. Willow felt like she had been betrayed.
At some point Willow had even asked Melody to act like they weren't friends anymore, since Willow had often heard people bad mouth Melody, though they never messed with her physically, which was probably because of JR. But at the end of the day, words hurt more than punches ever could.
Melody looked like she was ready to slap her, "You think I'll avoid you just because of some idiots? Think again! Because we're stuck together! If you go down, I go down with you."
When Willow had heard her, she couldn't help the tears from starting its own water show. Though Willow herself had asked Melody of it, she was glad, glad that Melody didn't abandon her. She didn't know what would have had happened to her if Melody had obliged with Willow's request.
A day before the winter vacation, Willow had survived the whole day, she was happy, that she not much had been thrown towards her. She felt like it was because of the holiday spirit that her day was quieter than mosts, yes there were some foot up ahead of her, which she side stepped, yes there were some name callings, the latest name was freak show, which she acquired after her episode of those deathly cramps.
It did make Willow feel like she was going crazy, though she gets them, but after numerous tests, her body was shown to be healthy. She had to even go for a therapy, because the doctors all believed that she was imagining the pain. But she wasn't, she could feel it, every single day, somedays it occurs once the other days, fives times. At first she used to get it only at night, but then the pain erupts anytime throughout the day.
Willow was looking forward to her vacation. And after a long day, she was finally free. As she was walking through the hallway, she had an ominous feeling, but since she was just seconds sway from freedom, she charged forward, not willing to stay a second longer in a place where she was unwanted.
Willow pushed the door open and was hit with something cold, no it wasn't the ice cold winter breeze, nor was it the plain ol' snowball, instead the bullies got creative. They threw a bucket full of cherry flavored slushie, a bucket full of slushie, making Willow wonder where in the world did they get the slushie in this cold weather.
Willow would have gladly accepted if they would have given it to her like a normal civilized person, instead of throwing it at her and wasting all that slushie.

"Just die you rejected freak." Said the person who had thrown it at her. Willow noticed that he was one of Hunter's friends. Jason or Jaxon, Willow wasn't sure. But Willow was sure that he was always hanging around Hunter.
Willow was a shivering mess, she could hardly hear the rest of them praising Jason or Jaxon. Willow silently walked towards her car, she knew that she looked like a shivering penguin, but she didn't care. Wait—do penguins shiver? She doubted.
At the beginning when she had fought back, the bullying had increased. But when she started acting like they didn't exist, it did get bad, but Willow was sure that even the bullies got bored so they slowly let her be, and Willow had planned that she would use this technique of ignoring them.
So that is exactly what Willow did. She walked to her car while the minority of the students were hooting for Jason or Jaxon.
That Christmas, Willow had to spend with a very bad cold and was mostly in bed.
The first day back to school, Willow had to spend in the janitor's closet, from the first period to the last, when the janitor had come to retrieve the cleaning tools. On that day, Willow had been alone, Melody was sick, as were a lot of students. Willow guessed it was a normal flu. Melody had missed school for a week. That was one bad week in Willow's school life. Though she had attended school, she had missed most of her classes.
The first day, she had been locked up in the closet with her bag thrown outside.
The second day, she was locked up again, but thankfully she had acted smart and kept her phone on herself. She had called Melody, what seemed like eons later, she did answer. Her voice was raspy, as if she had just ran a marathon. Willow felt bad that she was disturbing Melody who was sick, but she too was helpless. Melody had then made Carrie, to get the janitor to open the door.
The third day, Willow had those cramps so bad that she fainted in the middle of the hallway. Later that day she was locked in the a bathroom cubicle and had water thrown from above.
The fourth day, she missed school, since she got sick, again, but it wasn't that bad.
The fifth day, Willow found kitchen waste and a sock in her locker. It took her an hour to clean it all up and put away the smell.
And finally the weekend arrived. Willow understood what would have happened if Melody did agree to them not being friends in school anymore.
Spring is normally used as metaphor for romance, but that spring for Willow was a nightmare.
As Willow was going for her fifth period English, she was picked up in the middle of the hallway and shoved into an empty classroom. Her hands were then tied and her mouth was gagged. Willow wondered how in the world did they think of kidnapping her off the school just to hold her hostage in one of the classrooms. But it wasn't anything new, Willow was often picked up from the middle of the hallway and was locked up in random rooms, all tied up.

"Who goes first? Me or you?" Said one of the two guys. Willow stared blankly at them. Willow was sure that she hadn't ever seen them at school, but then again her school did have students more than four hundred. Even if she had seen them, she wouldn't be able to remember their faces. She kept her eyes on them, her hands working to free herself from the rope. She had become an expert at this already.
"Are you sure about this?" Asked the other guy, who looked a bit nervous.
"Don't be a pussy, after all the future Luna asked us to do this. It should be our honor." Willow wondered who in the world was this Luna and what did Willow do to her that this Luna is after her.
"But this is still wrong. I don't think we can just rape her." Willow froze, her eyes widening. Rape her?
Now fear did grip her hard. She was going to be raped and it was some Luna who wanted her to be raped.
Willow finally came about, her hands quickening up.
"I don't see why you're hesitating, look at her. It's not everyday that you get to—"
"Yes but, there are also rumors about her being the Alpha's mate."
"They might just be rumors, this bitch must have had spread them herself." The confident guy turned to her and he froze just as she did. "She's removing the rope!"
Willow took just another second to free her hands from the ropes. She quickly pulled the gag out and threw it at the confident guy.
"Catch her!" Yelled the confident guy.
But Willow was already sprinting towards the door. She felt someone grab her shirt. Willow yelled with all her might. She felt herself being pulled back and a hand covered her mouth.
Willow knew that there were students outside the classroom. She had seen people around the hallway before she was pushed inside. She couldn't believe that these people would just let her be as she will be raped, even if they all worshiped Hunter like he was some god, that doesn't mean that they should give up on humanity. Even if they hated her, they couldn't hate her so much that they'll stay silent as she will be raped. One wouldn't even wish on their worst enemy to be raped.
Willow cried out as her hair was pulled back. She bit on the hand that covered her mouth, she only let go when she tasted blood in her mouth.
The person holding her swore as he let go of her mouth, he pushed her on the ground before grabbing her hair and slapping her hard on the face.
"What are you standing around for?" Asked the person holding her hair, who unsurprisingly turned out to be the confident guy.
Willow curled up on the ground when the confident guy let go of her hair. She couldn't stop the tears which kept on flowing down her cheeks.
When Willow felt hands on her jeans, without thinking twice about it, she kicked the person hard, in the crotch. The confident guy screamed out in agony as he fell down on the ground, but Willow could care less as she jumped up on her feet and pulled the door open. Willow's heart stopped. It was locked.
Willow didn't waste another second as she headed towards the window only to be stopped by the nervous guy. He looked like he was about to push her to the ground. Willow was quick to try to headbutt him but she wasn't able to so she hit him under his neck, over his Adam's apple. He let go of her with a loud groan.
Willow knew there was no point banging on the door, which happened to be locked from outside, she was sure she didn't see confident guy neither nervous guy lock the door.
When she reached the window, the groaning confident guy got up, his eyes was turning black. Willow shoved every tables and chairs in her path as she headed to the window. She pushed the window open, which didn't budge. Trying harder she was finally successful.
The door behind her was opened. Willow didn't look behind her to see who it was, she wanted to get out.
"Willow!" Willow heard her best friend's voice behind her, which did stop Willow.
Willow looked behind her to find Melody hit the confident guy with a softball bat. Melody then turned to the other guy on the ground and continued hitting him till he was unconscious just like she did with the first guy.
Melody threw the bat away and rushed to Willow pulling her in a hug. She could see that she was wearing a white polo and some red shorts, their gym uniform.
Willow held onto Melody as she sobbed. She couldn't believe what had almost happened to her. It was as if Melody had some kind of super hearing, everytime something bad happens to her, Melody will be there to help her.
At this point in her life, Willow was sure Melody was some kind of superhero. Willow didn't know what she would have had done with out Melody in her life. If she were a guy or if she had been interested in girls, Willow knew she would have done everything to fight JR.
Willow never again saw the two boys in her life. She didn't know what happened to them, but she couldn't bring herself to care.
After that incident, her life almost went back to how it used to be, just that she wasn't ignored throughout the day, though Triple with her friends did something to her once in a while, the others had stopped.
Willow knew that Melody had told JR who had in turn confronted Hunter, because he was the one who started it, he would also be the one to stop it, the only one who could.
Thankfully she made it through her sophomore year, though quietly it was still better than what she had expected it to end like. Though the days in school were quiet, the cramps didn't leave her be. Till of course he came along, a certain golden eyed boy.
