Willow picked up the pallette and a brush in the other hand. Taking a deep breath she applied the black eye shadow on her eyelid. She did the same on her other eye. Next she applied a silver highlighter shade in the inner eyelid. To give a smokey effect she spread some black eye shadow under her eye.

And voila she was read—what was that? Why did she end up looking like a panda? Even her white oversized tee which she wore over her outfit for the party in order to avoid soiling her clothes, contributed well with her black skills jeans and panda eyes.

Willow was pretty good at painting on canvas or sketching. She lagged being it sculpture painting but it was still better than her skill at eye makeup. Though she could paint on her face very well, but that didn't include smokey eyes. A pity.

Sighing, she looked for her makeup removal wipes. She looked in her vanity drawer and she found it. But the moment she pulled out one wipe, the packet became empty.

With determination in her heart she she started wiping her eye and it moments her eye was cleaned but the wipe was dark in color. And that was the last of the wipes.

She'll have to make do of this wipe. But the moment she rubbed her other eye, the makeup was getting all around.

"Don't be like this." Willow glared at the wipe then at her reflection. Why does she look more like a panda now than before?

The only thing left for her to do was to get wipes from her mother. Her mother lives in the opposite side from where her room was.

"Mom," Willow said quietly in hopes that her mother has super hearing, but to her dismay, her mother who normally will even be able to hear her favourite vase breaking from the town over couldn't hear her very own daughter who was in a crisis, though they were living in the same house.

Willow felt that her mother loves porcelain more than she loved her own daughter.

She quickly got out of her room and scurried to the other side, to the master bedroom. She knocked on the door before entering.

Venice was rushing around her room packing her things up. When Willow entered, Venice paused and looked up and she burst into a fit of laughter.

Willow could only stare back with a frown on her face. "Mom!" Whined Willow.

"Sorry, I couldn't help it." Said Venice, her laughter subsiding before she started laughing again.

It seemed to be indeed true that mothers love porcelain more than their children.

Willow stomped over to her mother's dressing table and god bless her mother, she found a whole new packet of make up wipes.

Venice had to go on a work trip to New York for a week. On normal days Willow would either stay at Melody's or have Melody stay over. But now that there were additional members living in here, she couldn't go over at Melody's house so her mother asked Natasha to stay over, which she agreed. Though they were working in the same firm, Natasha wasn't included in the project.

"Why do you look like a panda?" Asked Venice.

"I don't look like a panda!" Willow threw her hands up in frustration. First of all her smokey eyes ended up being panda eyes. Second, her very own mother was laughing at her.

Willow stomped out of the room to show that she was mad. Her mother's laughter increasing at that and followed her even after the door was closed between them.

Willow continued back to her room.

"Woah woah woah!" Felix who was lounging on the couch pointed at her. "What is up with you?"

God why? While she went to get those wipes the whole living room was empty, but why now?

Rowan who was climbing down the stairs paused and looked at her with his mouth open before he shut it quickly and looked away.

Willow's heart ached at that. That's what he's been doing the past week. He's been avoiding her, and it was quiet obvious to Willow who was suddenly avoided by everyone at school a year back. And also because he hardly ever talks to her or more like never does. Rowan who used to have breakfast with her in the morning and even who used to ask her to accompany him with Felix whenever the both of them went out was gone. Poofed.

She didn't know why he suddenly turned away from her, but it stung. There were various possibilities. He might have heard of her reputation at school. That was what topped all the theories.

Willow knew that Rowan was out of her league. And now that he was avoiding her like the plague, she didn't mind even being friends with him. It's fine as long as he was close, but he had extinguished it all before it could even begin.

"What is it?" Asked Willow, feigning innocence. While she could baby herself when she was with her mother, the same technique can't be used when with peers.

"You look like a panda."

Panda. Again. It's not like Willow has something against pandas, no she finds them very adorable. But when one is called panda, unless it's a child who is being called a panda, it means anything but cute or adorable. In fact it's the opposite.

"What do you mean?" Said Willow. "I thought I looked good. It's a new trend."

"Good." Nodded Felix. "Yes, very. What's the occasion though? For you to look so good that is."

"You should go along with her." Said Venice who came out of her room.

"Go where?"

"Mom no!"

"The party."

"I wanna go." Said Felix.

"No you don't." Said Willow.

"I do actually."

"You're not coming."

"We won't bother you." Spoke Rowan with his panty dropping voice.

Now that Roman was avoiding her, she would also help him with it.

"No, you should go." Said Venice. "Natasha mentioned that you haven't been to any parties. When I was your age I partied everyday."

"Mom, you're supposed to be our role model."

"So you should go live your life and not regret later on in life when you have no stories to tell your grandkids."

"Mom you're not allowed to say that."

"I agree with you. Venice is right, mothers are always right." Felix gave Venice thumbs up, to which she returned.

Melody had planned to take Willow to her first party. Now that school would start in two days and most of the students who bullied Willow were away at some camp. This was a perfect opportunity. Melody had also said that Hunter would not be attending and since Hunter would be absent so would Triple and her friends.

She looked at the clock high above and rushed back to her room. Now that Venice had made up her mind, there was no changing it. Willow tried, even though not much effort was put forth. Now she left it all up to Rowan, to decline the invitation. She was already running late.

Using the wipes, she wiped her face up before starting anew. When it came to her eye, she only applied winged eyeliner and mascara. With light tint on her cheeks she applied a blood red matte lipstick.

Willow brushed her hair up in a ponytail and left a few strands to frame her face. She then took a strand of hair to cover the hair tie holding her hair.

Slowly she took off the white tee to reveal her outfit which consisted of a dark silver shaded loose metallic tank with spaghetti straps. To pair with it, she wore black skinny jeans.

Willow didn't know what footwear to wear. Should she wear a pair of sneakers? She did have a black one and it would be easy for her to run if the neighbors were to call the police. She had even worn the metallic tank to avoid being injured if someone were to start firing up. Better safe than sorry, this was after all her first party. She had even pack up a bottle of water and some food to avoid eating or drinking food which are always spiked in the movies and also bagged up pepper spray which wasn't real pepper spray but deodorant which smelled different than it did in Victoria's Secret, but she liked to call it pepper spray. This might be her first party but she had read enough books and watched enough movies to know about parties.

In the end she picked up her black two inched black block heels. Just when she was strapping the shoe on her left leg, a car honked outside and her phone which was already in her bag went off. Melody.

She didn't get a coat since it wasn't chilly outside, even though summer was about to end, it was still warm outside. She grabbed a perfume and sprayed it behind her ears and on her wrist before leaving.

To go out, she had to cross over from the living room, she hoped that Rowan had declined at all cost. She got out of her room and surprise of surprises! Not.

Felix and Rowan were seated on the couch leisurely and Venice was talking with Natasha who had just arrived.

Willow rushed to the door hoping that no one will be able to see her, but fate wasn't on her side. It never is to begin with.

"Willow! I see you sneaking out." Yelled Felix gaining everyone's attention.

Willow glared at him. "Why are you so slow? Get up. We're leaving." She said, making it sound as if it wasn't her plan to ditch Felix and Rowan.

Willow opened the door to the JR's car, which was parked outside. Melody was sitting in the passenger seat beside turned around to glare at Rowan who was getting in.

"Why are they here?" Asked Melody just as Felix said, "Why are you here?"

"Hey aren't you the guy outside Smol Bean? The one who hugged Willow?" Said JR staring at Rowan.

Rowan shrugged. Willow blushed. And Melody let out a loud dramatic gasp.
