Baekhyun felt exhausted. He has not been able to see his sister ever since she woke up. He was stressed with Jimin's issue and also he had work to attend. Fortunately, he was financially very stable, so he was able to afford all the expenses and that did not worry him. He was in an emotional strain. It's not easy for any brother to bear, their only sister going through this.

He opened the door to the ward and he saw the scene he wished he would walk into every day. His sister was sleeping while Jungkook was sitting beside her holding her hand, also sleeping with his head over her stomach.

He smiled slightly as he took a seat in the couch and stared at them. Looking at them he felt happy at the same time a thought ran though him.

'When will I find someone?' He thought and bitterly chuckled as the memory of certain someone ran through his mind.

He was snapped back from his thoughts when he heard shifting. He looked towards the bed to see his sister waking up from her sleep. He smiled.

Y/N looked around to see Jungkook holding onto her hand as he slept peacefully. She felt a slight smile forming on her face as she ran her fingers through his hair. She felt a presence and she looked into the direction. She smiled getting a smile in return from the person.

"Hello there!" Baekhyun said in a sarcastic tone making Y/N roll her eyes.

He came forward with a chair and sat beside her.

"If you like the hospital so much, why are you studying economics instead of medical?" Baekhyun said teasing

Y/N had a blank face as she looked at him. She rolled her eyes earning a chuckle from Baekhyun.

"I mean I don't think I have to pay this much for you education as much as I have to pay for your hospital bills" Baekhyun said laughing at her.

"It's not my fault I have become like this." Y/N said defending

"Is it?" Baekhyun said teasing her again raising an eyebrow

"Ugghh I wish I never woke up from the coma, none of it would have happened" Y/N said crossing her arms

Baekhyun's expression fell at that comment. He felt insecure at the thought. He did not want to think that nor did he want his sister to think like that.

"I-I didn't m-mean it like that chubs! D-Don't say t-that" He said shaking

Y/N noticed his discomfort and immediately understood the situation. To soothe the atmosphere she said

"I was just joking" She said laughing

"Don't even joke about this, you can't leave us. You can't leave, your all I have sis" He said

"Chill! I won't leave so soon, I have a long way to go to annoy you. Also my kids have to annoy you too right" Y/N said

Baekhyun sighed at his sister. Y/N took her attention to the male sleeping beside her. She started to run her fingers through the strands of his hair again.

"He must have been tired" Baekhyun said

"Yeah but...." Y/N trailed off

Baekhyun raised an eyebrow at her. She hesitated to complete her sentence. She spoke...

"Why does he care for me so much?" She asked

"Because he loves you" Baekhyun replied

"Yeah but...He doesn't even know me, how can he love me all of a sudden" Y/N challenged.

"And also why does he keep on appearing in all of the memory flashbacks I have?" She asked again

"I don't know..." Baekhyun replied.

Y/N felt anxious at the moment. Everyone was hiding something from her and she was sure of it. However, she was not going to let this go so easily. She wanted to know what this boy, who is taking care of her, is really to her.

"Be honest with me. What relationship did I have with him before I lost my memory?" She asked

Baekhyun felt panic rise in him. He did not know how to answer that question. He was about to say something to avoid it but Y/N cut him off.

"Don't try to avoid! You swear upon me!" She warned

Baekhyun felt his pulse rate rise at the threat. Now he knew there was no way out. He has to answer it. He sighed.

"You and him were a couple" He said

Y/N's eyes widened at the statement. She knew she felt some sort of connection with him but she did not expect it to turn out this way.

"You guys had some misunderstanding and you guys broke up. But that was cleared and by the time he could fix things with you, you went into a coma" he said

"How did I go into a coma?" Y/N interrogated

"You tried to save him from getting hit by the car but ended up getting hit yourself" He answered looking down.

"You won't believe me, but he spent sleepless nights just taking care of you when you were in a coma. He felt guilty and regretted hurting you, not treating you properly, not loving you" Baekhyun said

"H-How did he hurt me?" Y/N said as tears fell down her eyes

"I think you should ask him that" Baekhyun said not having the energy to answer anymore.

"I will be back. Take care and love you"

Baekhyun said kissing his sister's forehead. He softly smiled before getting up and leaving the ward. Y/N was left confused. Y/N turned to Jungkook, still caressing his hair.

Jungkook grunted as he woke up feeling someone caress his hair. He blinked his eyes to adjust to the light. He looked up to get his eyes widened in shock.

"Y-Y/N?" He said

"I have to talk to you" She said

He nodded as gesture for her to start. Y/N took a deep breath as her heartbeat increased to a certain level. She felt nervous.

"You and I were in a relationship before I lost my memories" Y/N said more like a statement than a question.

Jungkook froze for a moment. He took his time to process whatever he just heard. Thousands of questions ran through his mind but he picked one.

"Who told you?" He asked

"I asked Baekhyun. I forced him to answer" She said blandly

It was now Jungkook's turn to feel nervous. He felt questions coming as he took time to mentally prepare himself.

"How did you hurt me?" Y/N asked making Jungkook flinch at the early arrival of the question.

"I-I am sorry..." Jungkook burst out crying holding onto her legs

Y/N flinched at the sudden outburst and decided to not push any further. But things slowly came back to her.

Y/N sat on her bed contemplating on whether she should call him or not. She felt weird around him. She was back from the hospital, they discharged the day after. Jungkook has not left her side but she had to find out about them. She eventually decided to call. The phone rang once and the speaker immediately picked it up.

Y/N : Hello?

???: Hello! Y/N what's up? How are you?

Y/N : Umm I am well, but I need to talk to you

??? : Yeah sure what is it?

Y/N remained silent for a while before answering again.

Y/N : It's regarding mine and Jungkook's relationship before we broke up

The speaker on the other side remained silent. He slightly smirked at the wish. He knew it was time for action.

??? : Meet me at my place at 12:00
