It's Saturday today and I have dinner at 8 in the same hotel where Leo and I had our first dinner.

I still have one hour to get ready, right now I am in the hospital for rounds of my patients.

I already brought my stuff to the hospital to get ready and drive to the restaurant from here.

But my cramps at getting worse it is making me impossible to stand properly God knows how I will be driving there.

Maybe I should ask Leo to pick me up from the hospital as he will pass through my hospital.

"Hell-hello Leo," I said while controlling my urge to scream from pain.

"Savanah are you okay you don't sound well." He said.

"No, I am good I just wanted to ask you where are you right now," I asked.

"At the office, I will leave for the restaurant in a half-hour." He said.

"Could you please do me a favour, I am not able to drive could you somehow pick me up from the hospital," I said.

"Are you okay! We don't have to go if you are not well." He said.

"Leo I am fine. Will you pick me?" I asked.

"Sure, be ready in half-hour." He said.

"Thank you," I said and We both kept the phone.

I exactly had 25 minutes to get ready I went to my lockers and took out my dress and heels and went into the washroom to get ready.

I wore my black full sleeves shoulder midi dress with black heels.

I was not even in the mood to put makeup on so I just washed my face and put a little concealer under my eyes and a little coat of lip gloss.

I just simply brushed my hair and pinned up two strands at the back of my head.

Before I leave the washroom I last time checked myself out, I still looked horrible. My pain was visible clearly on my face.

I left the washroom. Someone gripped my hand and pulled me towards them.

It was Dr Peter Williams, I don't know what happened to me at that time, I guess my girl hormones were acting but I swing my hand and it landed on William's cheek.

A gasp left my mouth and as well a gasp from somewhere behind me.

It was Jul and Cheif. I panicked as I saw them in the hallway. Dr William stayed put with his hand still on his cheeks.

"Dr William you are suspended for a week, go away from my hospital before I do something that I regret." Dr Nolic said.

Jul came near me and dragged me out of the hallway with Dr Nolix behind us.

"Are you okay?" I was still in shock. But a part of me was happy for slapping that jerk.

"I am good I just gave to go Leo is waiting for me," I said.

Dr Nolic came to me and engulfed me in a hug, "I am so sorry kiddo, you go I will handle him." I thanked him and left.

I exited the hospital and saw Leo against his car smiling at me. I decided not to tell Leo about it because I know he will get angry at me.

"You look pale. Are you sure you can go?" Leo asked while holding both my hands.

"Wow what a great compliment." I chuckled while sitting in his car.

"You do look good but I feel if you don't feel good we don't have to go there I will be very relieved," Leo said.

"No, it's just my menstrual time, and it hurts like a hell," I said and I think I saw Leo stunned for a minute.

"Do you need some heating pads or chocolate that make you feel better I can get it for you," Leo said.

I beg to differ I mean I correct myself he is one of a kind man.

"No Leo I am good, please let us go and pray the night to end faster." I said.

Leo started driving the car and soon enough we both reached the restaurant. He helped me to get out of the car and we headed inside the restaurant.

We were 10 minutes early before the given time. I pulled Leo closer to me to give him directions.

"Leo sit beside me," I said.

"What?" He asked.

"If you won't sit beside me then Cole will sit and the mystery girl will sit next to you," I said.

"Do you not want her to sit with me." Leo playfully asked me.

"Leo you don't make a woman mad when she in on her periods," I said with an angry face.

In the peripheral, I saw Cole entering the restaurant.

"LEO SIT NEXT TO ME FAST!" I whisper yelled.

Leo immediately sat next to me and relief took over me, but it was short-lived as I heard a familiar voice.

"Hey, Leo." Maya chirped.

"Hey, Savanah," Maya said.

"Hi, I didn't know you were coming," I said.

"Any moment to have a date with my Leo I will never leave," Maya said and winked at Cole.

Maya wore a yellow short satin dress and according to me, she looked hot. Well, she always looks hot. And the dress was looking very expensive.

There is something wrong between Cole and Maya they both give me a weird sexual vibe.

"So how are you both acquainted together," Leo asked.

"We did are undergraduate together at Stanford and the med school in UCLA but Cole was my senior," Maya said.

"You look exquisite Savanah," Cole said. I smiled and thanked him.

I looked at Leo his face went stiff under the table I held Leo's hand and tugged it a little giving him a small smile.

"Savanah dear you need to upgrade your closet I mean it's a 40 dollar dress. You look like you are wearing a rag." Maya said and I could feel the two men gawking at me.

"I will keep that in mind," I said, seriously at this point my stomach was hurting and Maya's bitch ass mouth was not helping me not to pull her hair.

Soon our drinks arrived the waiter poured some red wine into our glasses.

The pain was intolerable to take so I chugged my glass in one gulp.

Soon Maya and Cole started talking with Leo more like Maya tried to talk with Leo but Leo ignored her. Cole and Leo were behaving well. And I was just drinking my pain away.

Before we even order our starters I finished a whole bottle of wine and ordered another one.

At this time Leo looked at me with concerning eyes but I gave him my famous toothy smile.

"So Savanah how long you have been living here in New York," Cole asked.

I hiccuped before answering." I think it's been 11 years." I said while drinking my 6 the glass of the evening. Trust me I started to feel a little tipsy.

"I remembered I have never met Savanah's parents," Maya said while giving me a smirk.

"Oh they are just busy, they can't help the workload, so it's immersive for them to come to meet me," I said ignoring the stong in my heart.

"Are you sure, maybe they have considered you dead a long time ago," Maya said which made my blood boil and my eyes sting with tears?

Before I could say anything Leo jumped in between as my night in shining armour.

Oopsie, I am drunk now.

"Maya behaves before I do something that you will regret the most," Leo said.

"Anything you do to me Leo I will never regret it," Maya said and winked at him.

"Disgusting," I muttered under my breath and chugged my wine.

Leo caught what I said and chuckled a bit which made Maya confused.

Cole, Leo and Me talked about various stuff together like food, movies but Maya ruined every topic with her venom.

I noticed Cole getting irritated by Maya's behaviour which made me feel sorry for his poor choice of friends.

At this point, I was heavily drunk and the pain in my stomach starts to fade away. Leo looked at me multiple times to see if I was fine or not.

The waiter came to take our orders. All three people order and then finally he asked me for my order.

"I will have a beacon carbonara and Lebanese butter garlic potatoes," I said and Maya made a weird face at me.

"Are you deciding on getting fat Sav, not that you have enough curves to hide, you want more?" Maya barked at me.

The air on the table was very suffocating to breathe I saw Leo's first clenched and Cole's eyes shut.

I have a theory......

I am drunk right now I can behave however I want and then blame it on alcohol. Brilliant idea Savanah.

"You are a lot meaner than usual Maya what happened you didn't get to finger a vagina today," I said

Leo choked on his drink and Cole's eyes went wide on my comment.

" I mean she is an OB/GYN what else she will do," I said while giving her a sheepish smile.

The waiter that came to give us our plates was stunned by my drunken conversation.

Suddenly I felt something wet on the front of my body, my dress was drenched, when I look closely at it, it was red wine thrown at me by Maya.

A devilish smile crept on my face as I looked at Leo.
