《Married To The Don》T H I R T Y- F I V E

The rain poured down incessantly, filling the estate with a full body chills and crisps. Lightning cracked through the sky making a thunderous sound dancing along side the sound of gunshots.
We were still walking beside each other my hand held tight in his. Seth was shooting our way out of the estate desperate to get us out of there as soon as possible. We were winning I knew it in my guts. They were nothing compared to our men. But, I did not want to stay a minute longer in the estate.
How dared they make me felt unsafe and scared in my very own home, the only place that I had grown to love so much, the place where I built a new family that I had always wanted.
" Don Salvatore. Ma'am. " Noel hurried in our direction before bowing his head down.
Seth and I had stopped walking by the time we made it out of the door. The shooting had stopped. There were no more gunshots echoed in the cold air making me took a deep breath in relief that it was over for now.
" How's everyone? " Seth asked making Noel snapped his head up to look at us.
" Four men dead. Seven injured. " he reported.
Seth nodded his head before asking another question. " And, the bastards? "
" We captured two of them. The others all dead. " he said.
" Bring them to the main base. I will make sure the bastards wished they died in the attack. " Seth grunted looking into the air.
He nodded his head toward the gun on Noel's waist band before giving his now bullet less gun to him. Noel grabbed the gun and gave it to his Don along side a packet of bullet.
Seth shoved the packet down into his pocket and the gun in his waistband underneath the white dress shirt he was wearing.
" Victoria? " I let out a shaky breath.
" Being sent to the safe house right now with everyone else. " Noel said. I nodded my head sighing in relief.
" I will get the car ready for you two. " he said.
" No. We will find our way down there ourselves. " Seth shook his head before leading me out of the house.

With his arm around my shoulder and hand holding mine we walked out of the estate in silence. His boots touched the wet ground as he walked making the water splashed every now and then.
I looked down realizing that I had no shoes on. I was walking barefoot on the soft ground. Gosh. I felt stupid.
" Did you lose your glass slipper, princess? " Seth chuckled looking down at my feet.
" The last thing I cared about were my shoes when bullets were flying above my head. " I rolled my eyes at him.
" We will get your shoes later. Now, get on my back. " he said crouching down gesturing me to get on.
Another attack. Another piggyback ride.
" You know we can just turn around and go in the house to get my shoes right? " I chuckled wrapping my legs around his waist and arms on his neck.
" I don't want you to see dead bloody bodies laying around in our home. " he sighed putting his hands under my thighs for support.
" Don't you think this is dangerous? For us to stroll around like this. " I asked putting my head on the nape of his neck.
" No. When we walked out the front gate did you find or see anything suspicious? " he asked walking further away from the estate.
I shook my head.
" They must be waiting for our car in the back gate right now with a machine gun ready to shoot the moment the car pulls up. " he said.
Smart ass.
" They could be in the front too. You know for precaution. " I protested.
" Dmitri is too arrogant to take precautions because he trusted his judgements. Not that I'm complaining though. " he shrugged making me grinned.
" But with Brandon-
" Can we not talk about him? " he asked suddenly getting into a gloomy mood.
I wouldn't blame him though. That was his best friend who he trusted and he turned out to be a traitor. If I were him, I would not want to talk about his existence either.
" Noel was there, wasn't he? And, I would never let you stepped out if there was any danger. " he said and I hummed in response.

Seth walked for miles with me on his back. And, not even once that he complained about being tired. The dude was so strong that he even told me to eat more because to him I was as light as a feather. But, I knew he told me that to get on my good side, I knew I was gaining weight as days passed.
And, before we knew it we were almost in the city of London. Seth had told me that the safe house located on the other side of London so we would have to take the train after we made a stop to get me shoes and food.
" Louis Vuitton? Really Seth? " I scoffed as we stopped in front of the luxurious store.
People were staring at us as they walked, i was on his back looking like a homeless woman for god sake and his face was slightly bruised if I were them I would stare too, but with a glance from my husband was enough to make them look down and kept up their pace.
" Only the best for my baby mama. " he shrugged.
" Shut up. I only need a pair of sneakers. " I huffed hitting his back.
" Gucci then? " he asked.
This guy was unbelievable. I thought smacking the back of his head earning a groan from him.
After getting me a pair of normal shoes that I could run in, we both walked hand in hand to the station under the drizzling sky. The cold wind hit our bodies liked a sword making me shivered slightly shaking. Seth made fun of me wearing a thick sweater and still getting cold before wrapping his arm around me warming my body up a little bit.
The station took us a good twenty minutes walk to get there but who was I to complain. Walking around the city with the Don himself was a once in a lifetime opportunity even if we were husband and wife. It was the normal things liked this that I wanted.
And, why was I talking like this was a normal day and we haven't just escape death?
Seth got us two tickets to go on the train. This guy didn't even have to carry money around with him to buy whatever he wanted. His power and connections all around the country was unbelievable. Seth Salvatore was indeed the owner of England. He ran the country liked the queen herself wasn't even here.
" You're tired. Go to sleep, mi amor. " Seth whispered softly into my ear.
I hummed in response as I layed on his chest trying to fall asleep. He had his hand in my hair playing and twirling it around his finger as if to he was trying to make me fall asleep better.
We were the only two in the long seat sitting faraway from other people or maybe those people were the ones who tried to stay out of our ways.
I slept the whole journey there until Seth woke me up with multiple kisses on my face and neck saying we had reached our destination. I stretched my arms out tiredly before taking his hand and both walked out of the train compartment to continue our way to the safe house.
I mentally cursed him for not taking a car or perhaps buy a bloody car when we passed all those stores. I was beyond tired and my feet were killing me as we kept on walking to god knew where.
" How long till we reach? " I panted getting out of breath.
" Not long now. " he chuckled but kept walking.
" You remember that I'm pregnant and carrying your child right? " I asked earning a nod from him.
" So, why the hell are you making me walk all the way here? " I cried out.
Seth turned and looked at me with slightly widened eyes. His hand went up to my face cupping my cheek softly.
" I'm sorry for making you tired. I just want to feel like a normal person for one day. I want to feel like a normal man taking his wife out for the day. I lost control and get a little selfish, sorry mi amor. I'll call someone to pick us up. " he caressed my cheek.
Great. Now, I felt like a bitch.
" No. let's continue walking. " I smiled taking his hand in mine once again.

The Wolf Saga, Wolf that Devours Empires
The Empire of Human is about to enter a turbulent era. A World Power has fallen. But mere hours after dying, he is reborn as a half-human, half-elf boy named Wolf. The story follows this odd boy as he grows up, his relationship with his father and those around him, his lack of common sense from being raised in the wilderness, and his desire for revenge. Witness Wolf's journey as he aspires to climb to the peak of the world to unravel its mysteries, and as he tries to figure out why it’s wrong to decapitate a street thug when the man tries to mug you. “I mean, the man literally said ‘Money or life,’ so what’s the big deal?” Releases Mon/Wen/Fri. (GMT-ish) Trigger warning. The Wolf Saga may not be suited for you if any of the following disturbs you: - The story will have fighting and killing. The gore will not be explicit, but there will be descriptions such as "head burst like a melon", "instantly turned to cinders", "blood splashed/fountained" etc. Most of the violence will be performed by the protagonist, some of it before he reaches his teens. If such scenes bother you, you should probably give Wolf a pass. - The story will have sexual content. It's there for a reason. Once again, these scenes will not be explicit. Genitals will be mentioned sometimes, but never described in detail. Nude bodies will be described in passing, without too many specific details. If you're afraid of nipples, you should probably give Wolf a pass. - The story will have a decent amount of cursing. If you haven't given up by now, this is unlikely to bother you. Still, I believe I should forewarn you that a number of curse words will be making appearance from time to time. - The story will have no small amount of loss for the main character. If you enjoy novels in which everything is fine, the protagonist makes it at the last moment and saves the day... This is not such a story. Life happens. As a reader, I'm annoyed with heroes making it in the nick of time, so for the sake of fairness I used dice on a number of occasions, making do with the result. Sometimes it was anticlimactic, sometimes it was tragic and it led to the story you see before you. Dedication: This story is written for Tired Mom and Wolf, whose arrival the rest of the pack is eagerly awaiting. Thanks: I would like to thank Tired Mom for her proofreading and encouragement over the years. I would like to thank you, Dear Reader, for taking the time to read this big pile of words.

An Un-Ideal Eternity
An Un-Ideal Eternity is about a man named Desmond, who is killed, revived, and then finds himself immortal in a post-apocalyptic society. The good news is that he’s been afforded some very kind and very generous ministrations from his future-self. The bad news is that all those efforts might still not be enough, to allow our hero, to live in as untroubled and as un-tumultuous a manner as he’d prefer.
