I open the door to see Jacob.

"Hey" I greet him

"Hey you ready?" He asks me

"Um yeah" I give him a fake smile

I really hope Kayla and Caleb don't kill each other in my room, blood really hard to get out of the carpet.

"You look hot babe" Jacob tells me in the car

"Uh Thanks"

"So you and josh have known each for a long time huh?" He asks me

"Yeah but because him and my brother have always been close" I tell him

We pull up to the restaurant.

I don't want to go in but maybe it won't be so bad maybe I'll actually be able to laugh about it one day like when I'm 90.

We get out of the car and walk inside.

"There they are" Jacob says pulling me with him

Me and josh make eye contact he gives me a smile, I notice his eyes look me up and down for a second before he looks away.

"What's up man?" Jacob great Josh

"Hey" Josh says and they do the boy hand shake

I see Tiffany looking me up and down silently judging me.

"Hey" I say trying to be friendly since we are going to be here for awhile

"Hi" she says with a fake smile

"Hey Elena" Josh says with a awarding winning smile

"Hi" I smile back

"Hey tif" Jacob says, I whip my head towards him

"Hey jacky" she says giggling

They have pet names for each other!

We get in the booth.

"I'm so hungry" I say since nobody has said a word yet

"Me too" Josh agrees

Back to silence.

"how long has this need going on?" Tiffany asks with a raised eyebrow

"Not long" Jacob tells her

Tiffany starts playing with Josh's hair and looking at me the whole time smirking.

I try to act like it doesn't bother me.

I see Josh move a little to get her to stop.

I see the waiter walking over to us.

"Thank god" I mumble

"What can I get you?" The waiter asks us

"I'll have a pizza" Josh says

"Yeah me too" Jacob says

"Alfredo" I tell him

I hear Tiffany scoff.

"I'll have a salad" Tiffany says looking me up and down

"It will be out shortly" the waiter says and walks off

"So what have you been up to tiff?" Jacob asks Tiffany

"I have been sooooooo busy with cheerleadering and prom stuff" she says dramatically

"Prom not till months away though?" I ask confused

"Some of actually care about prom and are actually going with someone" she says the last part quietly "I already have my dressed picked out and everything" she smirks

"I haven't even thought about what I'm going to wear" I say trying to be nice for Josh

"I didn't think you were actually going? Since your last dance experience was so awful" she says trying not to laugh

I see Josh freeze up and he glares at Tiffany, while I try my best not to cry.

"Here's your food" the waiter says I'm giving this guy a huge tip

I keep eating so I won't have to talk, the boys keep talking about sports and Tiffany texting on her phone.

"Hey jacky I need a huge favor" Tiffany says smiling sweetly at him

"Anything" he smirks

"Well I need someone to help me out with the prom video do you think you could help me with that" she asks him but it almost seems like she's flirting with him

"Yeah happy to help" he smiles

"Hey can I have a bite of your pizza?" I ask Jacob, it look so good and smells delicious

"I don't share my food" he tells me as he takes a bite

"Here" Josh says handing me a piece

"No it's okay" I wave him off

"Elena you have to try it it's like heaven in your mouth" he laughs

I grab the pizza and try not to moan at how good it is.

"I think I'm in love" I sigh

"Right I want to marry this pizza" Josh agrees

I giggle.

"Can we please talk about something else" Tiffany dramatically sighs

I try not to roll my eyes at her.

Jacob and Tiffany get up to go use the restroom leaving me and josh alone.

"You having fun?" He asks me but I know he knows I'm not

"O yeah" I laugh, he laughs with me

"So are you and Jacob getting serious?" he asks

"I guess we are" I shrug even though we aren't atleast not from my side

"O" he mumbles

"Next time we should invite Caleb and Kayla"

"Next time?" He laughs like I'm crazy "and I don't know how Caleb and Kayla would feel since there not a couple"

"There a couple they just don't know it" I smirk

"Your right. One day they'll realize how stupid they acted and how much time they wasted denying that they are supposed to be together " he says looking into my eyes the entire time
