*Annabelle's POV*

Sometimes I wonder why I let myself get into certain things. Case in point: me wearing a very tight dress as we are getting ready to go clubbing on a Saturday night. Robin complained that we haven't had a good girls night so we got ready at her house. Jasper and Adam would be joining us at the club though. The males have been incredibly possessive. Adam because of the mark and Jasper because of what happened on Thursday.

Robin didn't mind that, at the club she usually goes off to find a guy anyway. She just wanted some time for just us girls.

I sighed as I looked into the mirror. The red dress wasn't necessarily slutty, but it was definitely sexy. It was tight and showed cleavage. It was also quite short. It was an off the shoulder dress, and I had covered up my mark with some make-up to avoid suspicion.

"You look great hon! Adam is going to faint when he sees you!" Robin exclaimed.

"Red riding hood and the wolf." Fred muttered with a smirk on her face.

I blushed, "Why do I have to wear this again? Fred hasn't been forced into a dress."

Robin glanced at Fred before shrugging, "She would never agree with it. Besides, you need to keep Adam on his toes. That guy is so sure of himself, he needs to be shown who's boss!"

Well, he is the Alpha.

Well you're the Luna aren't you?

I was surprised at the voice inside my head. I've never been insecure, but I have also never been really full of myself. I know where my flaws are and I'm far from perfect. I've never thought of myself as better than everyone else, since there is always someone higher on the ranks.

"I don't think Anna needs to wear a tight dress to show Adam who's boss." Fred spoke up with a grin.

I gave her a glare and Robin just shrugged, "He's been living with Anna for free! He should learn how to provide for his girlfriend."

He already does by catching rabbits.

"He's getting his first paycheck soon. After that he'll start to help out." I defended my mate.

"He should have been helping from the start." Robin said as she raised her arms in a defending way.

I sighed, "He didn't have a job or anything."

Robin rolled her eyes, "And what? Has he never heard of saving money? How did he even live before all this?"

In the forest in a den.

"He's working now isn't he? Stop bashing on him Robin." Fred surprisingly spoke up.

"Since when are you his biggest fan?" Robin teased with her eyes narrowed and a grin on her face.

Fred shrugged, "Jasper likes him. And most importantly, Anna seems happy with him."

I smiled at Fred and mouthed a 'thank you'

Fred just responded with a smile as she held out my necklace. She was holding it for me while Robin was getting me ready.

"Wait a minute, you're not seriously gonna wear that with that dress right?" Robin spoke up.

"It was a gift from Adam." I said as I took the necklace and put it on.

Robin groaned, "Honey I did not work this hard only for you to ruin it with that necklace. It's cute and all, but it doesn't fit this outfit."

I frowned, "Looks fine to me?"

"It's too long and too big. What is even in it?" Robin argued.

"Silver." I answered simply as I decided to take the necklace off and put it in my purse instead. I was not leaving it here.

"Silver? Why would your boyfriend give you a necklace with silver in it?" Robin asked.

I stiffened for a second. Uh... hadn't thought about a normal answer for that. I was about to try and make an excuse when Fred spoke up.

"Silver has symbolic meaning. It means strength and clarity."

"Really?" Robin asked. Fred just nodded. "That's actually pretty sweet. Maybe he does realize you're the true boss of this relationship."

I didn't know the meaning either. Granted, Adam didn't give me this necklace for those reasons.

'Are you girls ready yet?' Speak of the devil and he shall appear.

Adam and Jasper had been hanging out together. Jasper would be driving tonight, so he and Adam would pick us up once we were done getting ready.

'Almost. Patience Alpha.' I teased.

A playful growl entered the link, making me grin. 'You better be, we're on our way.'

I frowned, 'We haven't send a text yet that we were ready.'

It was silence for a bit before he admitted, 'Ok, so we might have gotten impatient.'

I busted out laughing, which raised some questioning glances from Robin and Fred. "Sorry, just thinking about something." I lied. Fred seemed to understand and she just nodded, while Robin looked at me like I was crazy.

'Poor, poor Alpha. Can't be apart from your mate for a few hours?' I teased.

'Fine, you win! I miss you! Is that a crime?' Adam grumbled, making me hold back a smile again.

'I think it's sweet.' I answered honestly.

The link shut off and my phone dinged.

We're on our way. Don't test me, my Luna.

I grinned at the text.

We'll see.

"Is that Adam?" Robin asked.

I nodded, "They're on their way."

"Already!? Crap crap crap!" Robin ran out of the room.

I looked at Fred and she just shrugged. Wouldn't be the first time Robin acts like this. She returned a minute later with three shot glasses and a bottle of tequila. Ah shit.

"Robin we're literally going to a club." Fred spoke.

"Uh, yeah... but the drinks there will be double the price." Robin said as she frantically started filling the glasses.

When Adam linked me they arrived Robin had downed four shots, while Fred and I only had one.

After putting on our jackets we all piled into the back of the car, the guys sitting up front. We had some light banter in the car but nothing special. When we arrived the boys went out to find a table while we took off our jackets.

As soon as I took the jacket off I groaned and regretted being talked into this dress again. It showed too much skin and was way too tight.

I sighed as I made my way over to the boys together with Robin and Fred. Robin was grinning in my direction as we neared the boys.

Adam's head shot up as he probably caught my scent and suddenly I felt very nervous. Freezing in place, I allowed Adam's eyes to rake over my body as they darkened.

What if he hates me in this dress? What if he doesn't like my body? Toxic questions enter my mind as I wait for him to say something.

He slowly stood and walked over to me, taking in my appearance once more before grabbing my chin and pressing his lips to mine.

The kiss is hungry and passionate. An arm surrounds my back as he pulls me closer to him before breaking the kiss, "Do you like torturing me?" he growls against my lips, his voice rough, but still Adam. Cade must be right on the surface.

With more courage I think I had I stand on my toes to kiss his ear, "I have to remind you who's in charge." I whisper, making Adam groan.

"One day, my Luna." He whispers as he kisses my covered mark before breaking his hold on me.

I blush and give him a sheepish smile, the courage I just had left my body and now I'm just a nervous mess. Adam chuckles, "You look stunning." He says softly, making me release a breath I didn't know I was holding.

"Thanks." I breathed out as Adam kissed my cheek and led me to the booth. Robin was already seated and Fred and Jasper were nowhere in sight. I figured they were getting drinks. Robin was wiggling her eyebrows in a suggesting manner and I groaned.

"Are Fred and Jasper getting drinks?" I asked, desperate to talk about anything but what just went down.

Robin nodded, "Did you not notice them leave?" She teased.

I just glared at her before trying to focus on literally anything else.

"So, Adam, do you like the dress I picked for your girlfriend?" Robin continued.

Adam just grinned, "She looks beautiful, yes."

Robin seemed satisfied with that answer as Jasper and Fred returned with drinks. After some pleasant banter and a few drinks we all headed to the dancefloor. Adam couldn't keep his eyes and hands off me so it wasn't a surprise that he joined us.

It might be the alcohol, it might be the dress giving me courage somehow, but I had decided to give Adam a hard time tonight, as I danced close to him, grinding my hips into him at times.

Adam pulled me flush against him as he looked into my eyes, those dark blues swimming and creating a storm, 'You are really testing me tonight aren't you?' he linked.

I couldn't keep the smirk of my face, 'Will you fail the test?'

A playful growl entered the link, 'I'm thinking about whether or not failing is truly a bad thing.'

'Why don't you come and find out?' I teased.

Adam's lips were on mine shortly after that, and I relished in his touch and the sparks that were flowing through my body. The music and people around us seemed to fade from existence whenever we kissed, that's how amazing our kisses were. His kiss slowly trailed off towards my jaw and neck, where he sucked on my covered mark. I moaned softly.

When the world returned to us Fred asked me if I'd go to the bathroom with her and I nodded before being led through the crowd. Robin had already found her catch for tonight so she was distracted.

The bathrooms were not that crowded, and no one was currently in the female bathrooms. Fred disappeared into a stall as I checked myself in the mirror. I turned beet red as I saw that the make-up I used to cover my mark was smeared and that there was a brand new hickey on my neck.

Damn this Alpha wolf and his amazing kisses.

Fred chuckled as she emerged from the stall and saw me trying to fix the make-up covering my mark, "Adam really doesn't leave you alone much does he?"

I groaned, "Stupid Alpha wolf! I cover my mark and he tries to claim me in different ways." I said as I pointed towards the hickey.

"Is that normal? Them claiming you?" Fred asked as she started playing with her hair.

I shrugged, "I think so... they can get quite possessive at times. I think Adam is worse because he's an Alpha."

"Hmm... this is all so different." Fred mumbled.

I gave her a smile, "How are you adjusting?"

Fred sighed, "I feel like my head is about to explode from information overload, but I know Jasper is taking it slow so I'm grateful for that."

I chuckled as she spoke, "I felt like that too at the beginning. It's all so different from what we're used to."

"Yeah, for real... I'm happy knowing it though... I think."

"You think?" I asked with a smirk.

Fred let out a breathy chuckle, "Yes. Now it feels like there are no secrets between us, not that I noticed that before or anything. It's just great to know that we're soulmates and that he trusts me enough and loves me."

I just nodded as I finished redoing my make up. "What about you? Don't think I haven't seen the two of you flirting all night. You should be happy Robin already ran off, she'd be all over you with her 'unspoken sex' talk."

I blushed as Fred spoke. "I-I don't know... I don't think I'm ready for sex, but at the same time I want to get closer to him, you know?" I smirked slightly, "I also just love teasing him."

Fred hummed in understanding, "So you're just giving him blue balls?"

I choked on my own spit, "A-am I? I don't mean to!"

Fred laughed, "I'm not Robin, but even I can see how he looks at you like you're his next meal, in a positive way."

I think I was as red as a tomato now. "Oh god... what do I do?"

Fred shrugged, "Whatever you're comfortable with. There isn't just sex you know. There are a lot of things around it that you can do."

I nodded, the blush still on my face. Maybe she's right though. Ever since heat I've felt like a mess. I want to be closer to him, even in a sexual way. I just don't want to go too far...

The rest of the night went smoothly, Adam told me he had to give up on dancing before he'd do something he'd regret and I had been red as a tomato the entire time after that. We lost Robin along the way but she texted us she was going home with someone. We didn't make it a late evening, and decided to go home around 1.

I sighed as I entered my bathroom to take off my make up. Adam followed me in, "Can you finally uncover our mark?"

I rolled my eyes, "Was it really that much of a problem not being able to see it?"

Adam looked away in shame but nodded, "It makes us happy if we can see it."

I chuckled and swiped the make up off with a wipe. Adam's eyes gleamed as the mark was visible again and he pulled me to him to kiss it, "That's what we want to see, the proof that you're ours."

I sighed as I leaned into him. "You don't need a mark as proof for that."

Adam smiled into my neck as he continued to pepper kisses across my mark. "Really?" he asked amused.

I nodded and turned in his arms, "You don't, but I can show you if you want." I boldly pressed my lips to his. Adam responded right away as he pulled me closer and started kissing me back.

The kiss was soft, sweet. There was hunger, there was passion, but it was still hidden beneath the softness of it all. Of course, the hunger soon took over, and the kiss got rougher.

Adam's hands held my waist and lower back and I held his shoulders and slowly wrapped my hands around his neck. I played with his hair and Adam groaned and pulled me even closer to him, something I didn't think was possible.

My hands started to explore again, across his shoulders, his back, his chest and down to the rim of his shirt. I felt Adam stiffen as my hands pushed themselves underneath his shirt to explore his skin.

Adam pulled away, "A-Anna I-"

I shushed him, my lips still on his. "I know." I pulled back and looked into his eyes. "C-can we... t-try other stuff?" I asked softly. I don't even think my voice was audible, but leave it to my Alpha mate to hear me anyway.

He gulped and searched my face for confirmation, "Stuff like?"

I once again didn't know where the courage came from, but I let my hand drop to his trousers, trailing the rim and his belt, "That kind of stuff." I whispered.

"Are you sure?" Adam asked, his voice strained and laced with lust.

I bit my lip and nodded, "I want more. More of you."

Adam let out a groan before I was suddenly sat up on the bathroom counter. "I love you." He whispered before reconnecting our lips. His hands were quickly under my shirt, and I resumed my exploration of Adam's body.

His shirt got in my way quite a bit, so I ended up pulling it off him, which he gladly helped me with. As soon as it was off I latched onto his shoulders and Adam in turn placed his hands around my thighs and lifted me. I wrapped my legs around Adam's waist and he started carrying us to the bedroom.

He sat down, me straddling him, our lips had never left each other during this time. When we did break our kiss, I started kissing down his neck and chest. Adam was letting out soft groans and pants at my kisses, making a wave of satisfaction run through me.

I reached his pants, and I glanced up at his blue eyes, they were looking at me hungrily. "Are you sure about this Anna?" he asked again.

I nodded as my fingers started undoing his belt, "I'm sure."

The belt popped open and I took it off before doing the same thing with his pants and boxers. This was the first time I saw Adam's length, and it was just as big as I dreamed about during heat.

I decided not to worry too much and pressed a soft kiss on his tip. Adam's head fell back and his hand was immediately in my hair. "Fuck."

Adam smiled and his eyes fluttered a few times. He tried to shake himself awake and gave me a once over, "You should probably change."

I nodded and stood up, "Can you help with the zipper?"

Adam groaned, "If you keep going like that I'll be ready for another round."

I grinned at him, "I don't think I'd mind, Alpha. I don't think I'd mind."
