Today is the day. All the work I've done, the paint that won't come out of my hair, the gross smell coming out of the sink, the buzz from electrocuting myself, it's all been for this. Today is the grand opening of my bakery, today is the day I either have everyone fall in love with my food or everyone hates it and I fail.

I got up before sunrise to make the fresh pastries and ice the cupcakes I baked last night, Jacob tried to help but I just got flustered and stressed so I sent him away. I think I've done everything right, but it's too late to do anything now, I open in ten minutes and I still have trays to put out in the glass cabinet.

"Girl, What is going on? You've been in a funk since I got here." Nonna says sitting in one of the wooden chairs

"I'm just trying to get everything right." I say breathlessly as I rush to put out salted caramel cupcakes

"That's not it. I'm your Nonna, spit it out or I'll make you." She warns and I sigh

"I just... I know it's a long journey from Texas but none of my family came. My dad couldn't get off work, my mom couldn't leave my brother, my grandma couldn't get anyone to take care of grandpa. So no one came. I know you, Jacob and Aunt AJ Are here, but I wanted my family to see for real what I've done." I explain as I sit beside her looking around to check I'm happy with everything

"Oh honey, life is a pain in the ass and it gets in the way of everything. I'm sure they did all they could to get here, it doesn't mean they don't care and I'm sure they'll be here when they can." Nonna says sympathetically placing her hand on mine

"I know, I was just excited for them to see my first day." I shrug.

"Well if this place looks as good as it smells today is going to be fantastic, so take a deep breath and relax, you're going to be fine." Nonna smiles.

"Where's Jacob? I thought he picked you up?" I ask, I left him in bed this morning and I haven't seen him since.

"He said he had to do something, I don't know. I'm hoping he's picking up a big fat diamond so you can finally get on making my great grand babies." Nonna chuckles

"One thing at a time Nonna." I giggle.

"I'm here, did I miss it?" Aunt AJ says as she rushes through from the back

"No, I open in a few minutes." I say nervously

"You need help with anything or you good to go?" She asks looking around

"I think I'm good." I smile, still nervous as all hell.

"Have you seen the people waiting out front?" She says pointing behind me, with the frosted glass on the lower half of the windows I can't see anyone, just shadows.

"Come on." Aunt AJ says taking my hand and pulling me to the door, I flick the lock, turn the sign to 'Open' and step outside

"Oh my god!" I gasp as my hands spring up to cover my mouth. My whole family is here. Grandma and Grandpa, my parents, my three uncles, two of their wives and a few of my cousins

"What are you all doing here?" I ask as I rush to hug my grandma

"You didn't think we would really miss the grand opening did you? Your man here helped set the whole thing up." Grandma says and I look up and see Jacob standing behind her

"Thank you." I smile and he nods

"Oh gosh I can't cry, can't serve my first customer looking like Alice Cooper." I chuckle as I wipe under my eyes

"Who is my first customer?" I ask looking around my family

"I am." My dad says stepping forward.

"Who's cutting the ribbon?" I turn around and see Scarlett and Cordelia holding ribbon across the front door while Skye holds a comically large pair of scissors

"I always wanted a reason to buy these." She smirks

"Where's Nonna?" I ask

"I'm here sweetie." I see Aunt AJ stood beside her

"Will you help me cut the ribbon?" I ask and she nods. Everyone cheers as Nonna and I cut the ribbon and my bakery is officially open.

The store soon fills up with my family and the club, Nonna takes a seat by the counter and my Grandma sits beside her

"You must be the famous Nonna, I've heard a lot about you." My grandma smiles

"I'm Greta, it's good to meet you, I've heard a lot about you too." Nonna replies.

"I see why Molly likes it here, there's a lot of handsome young men." Grandma says

"I'm blind, so I have to feel people to know how they look." Nonna smirks

"That's funny I think my glaucoma is acting up." Grandma says innocently

"Grandma you don't have glaucoma." I call over the counter

"Hush child." She says shooing me away

"What can I get you?" I ask my dad as he looks in the display case

"These all look amazing Molly, I'll take an apple and cinnamon muffin." He smiles, I place his order in a paper bag and place it on the counter

"Here." He says placing down a wooden picture frame

"The first dollar." He smiles "You can hang it on the wall."

"It's perfect, thank you dad." I smile.

"I'm so fucking proud of you." Jacob smiles as he wraps his arms around my waist

"I had no idea it would be that busy, thank god you and Aunt AJ helped me." I reply as I look over my shoulder at him. My whole body aches from running around all day, after my family and the club came through I thought it would be quiet but the customers just kept coming. Scarlett and Natalie were out front handing out free samples so we had a lot of male customers.

"I can't wait to take a shower and get in bed." I groan as I put the last load of dishes in the washer

"That'll have to wait, I promised we'd go to Scars to celebrate your first day." Jacob says and I groan

"My whole body aches, do I have to?" I pout

"Well if you're a good girl and come with me to Scars, I'm sure I can give you a full body massage when we get home." He smirks

"I'll go change." I sigh as I take off my apron and head for the stairs.

"That's my girl." Jacob chuckles behind me.

"Closed for private function?" I read the sign on the front of Scars as I take off my helmet

"Come on." Jacob says as he takes my hand

"Oh my gosh!" I gasp as I step inside, the club and my family are all here and they've set out one long table the length of the club

"Greta and I have been cooking all afternoon, I thought we could have a family dinner with your other family." Grandma explains as she pulls me in for a hug.

This is incredible, and not something I thought would ever happen, my family and the whole club sitting together eating, laughing and talking. My grandma was excited to meet the people that have taken in her daughter and granddaughter and everyone seems to love her. However I don't think letting her and Nonna sit together was the best idea, they are definitely planning something.

"Ok, we've had dinner, time for the show." My grandma calls as she stands from the table

"Bring on the strippers." Scarlett calls and I'm sure I'm going to fall off my chair.

"Just messing with ya." Scarlett winks at me and I look towards the dance floor to see Ace and Avery pulling out Nonnas piano and my cello

"How did you get my cello?" I gasp

"Why do you think I was keeping you two busy in the bakery today." Aunt AJ smirks

"Greta was telling me about how you play for her and I miss you playing your cello for me so come on, What do you say?" Grandma asks sweetly

"Did you know about this?" I whisper to Jacob

"You think I want to play piano in front of the club?" Jacob groans.

"Come on Molly, I've never seen you play, how bout it?" My dad asks as I bite my lip

"Let's just get it over with, at least we're making asses of ourself together." Jacob sighs as he stands and holds his hand out to me. He sits by the piano as I tune my cello

"What are we playing Nonna?" I ask

"How about you play something everyone will know?" Nonna smiles, I look to Jacob and he nods. I close my eyes and pretend we're just at Nonnas house, just the three of us, not my whole family and the club, as we begin to play Queen.

The sound of applause makes me open my eyes and I know I'm blushing

"That was awesome, I had no idea." My dad beams

"What are you playing next?" Nonna asks

"Oh no, we're done." Jacob says standing from the piano

"Well then let's get the party started." Scarlett calls as she heads to the DJ booth and plays music.

"Reaper, I think you owe me a dance." Nonna calls and I can't help but giggle

"Go ahead babe, my feet hurt too much to dance, I wouldn't want you to miss out." Evie smirks as Reaper gives her the stink eye

"I like her thinkin' who's gonna give an old lady a turn on the dance floor?" My Grandma asks

"Grandma!" I shake my head and she laughs

"Why can't you dance with Grandpa?" I ask

"I can't dance with this hip, Let her have at it, you only live once." Grandpa shrugs

"Circuit, you ate almost half of my fried chicken, whats say I help you work it off on the dancefloor?" I Grandma asks

"He's yours!" Skye smirks.

"Can I have this dance?" Jacob asks holding his hand out and I nod as I place my hand in his.

"I had an idea for a tattoo." I say as we sway to the music

"You caught the tattoo bug huh?" He smirks

"Well I'm not sure where it would go but how about 'My baby just cares for me'?" I ask and he smiles

"I'm sure I can help you figure out where it'd look best." He replies. We carry on dancing surrounded by my family and my club family and I've never felt so content, happy and like I belong in my life.

"Remember, I promised you a full body massage for being a good girl." Jacob growls in my ear

"Let's go home." I take his hand and head for the door as he chuckles.
