The school was very boring to me today. Nothing interesting happened. Apart from one thing...

Olivia was more chirpy than usual in class. Now you may be wondering why I'm paying attention to Olivia? Well because she always makes mean comments about me all day, (I never tell Zane this of course because he would make a big deal out of it...) but today she made less snarky comments about me than usual...

Anyways it was the last five minutes of my last class and everyone was sitting down in their chairs. "Hey, I forgot to tell you. I'm not gonna go to the streaming con. Something came up in my family and I have to be there," Avery's face went from a happy face to a sad one. I feel bad but I can't tell her I'm actually going to be there and that I'm Ceaselessmena. That has to be hidden.

"Oh...I was really looking forward to you being there with all of us, but I understand..." She said as she fiddled with her thumbs. I nod at her, "Any chance you can tell everyone else for me? That I'm not going to be able to make it. Because I need to go back to my dorm and pack a bag,"

"Yeah of course," She tells me. The bell rings and we all get up grabbing our bags then heading for the door. I look around and see Zane isn't here. Everyone has already gone with their dom. I sigh, "Carmen is Zane not here to get you yet?" Mrs. Mill asks me. I turn around to face her and shake my head no. "Wanna wait in the classroom with me for ten more minutes and see if he shows up?" She questions me.

"No, can I please just walk back to my dorm alone? I've done it multiple times, please?" I tell her holding onto my backpack straps. She nods at me, "Fine but if anyone asks why you went by yourself. You did it on your own got it?" I smile and nod at her. I begin to walk off towards my dorm and I hear her shut the classroom door.

I walk towards the little dormitories. As I walk to the dorm I get a text on my phone,

Zane: Sorry couldn't pick you up today, I got caught up in something. I'll see you during dinner? Anyways we'll still be hanging out at the streaming con. And don't worry I haven't forgotten about the deal you'll still be able to get whatever you want!

I stare at my phone. Did he not listen to me when I told him I would be leaving today? Tsk...whatever. I roll my eyes in frustration.

Carmen: Won't see you during dinner, as I told you before I'm leaving today to my family's house. And also as I said before as well if you were even listening to me, I won't be going to stream-con with you guys...something came up.

I look down to see, he leaves me on, read. I put my phone in my pocket and finally make my way to my dorm. I open the door and then close it behind me. I take off my shoes and leave them on the shoe mat then head to my room. I plop myself down on the bed and sigh. I close my eyes for a bit.

After a moment I sit upright and go over to my closet. I grab a duffle bag and start packing clothes and whatever else I need. I go over to my "office" unlock it and grab my laptop. Even though I'll be at the streaming con I still have to edit and upload videos. I close the door behind me and lock it as I exit it. I put my laptop in my duffle bag and then make sure I'm not forgetting anything. Once I'm sure everything is in there I zip it.

I'm still in my school uniform so I decide to change. The ride to my parent's house is a bit long so I decided to wear something comfy. I grabbed a skirt, a white turtle neck, and a pastel purple knitted sweater. And I grab my black converse to go along with the outfit. It was cold outside so I wanted to be warm but also comfortable in the car.

I grab my phone from my bed and text Liam.

Carmen: Hey I'm all, ready are you here yet???

Liam: Yup I'm almost there. I'll be there in like five minutes!!!

I put my phone in my pocket. By the time I walk to the entrance gates the five minutes would have already past and he would be here. I grab my bag and put it over my shoulder. I take one last look over my bedroom to make sure I haven't accidentally forgotten anything. I have not...so I leave my dorm room.

On my walk to the front entrance, I was kind of hopeful that maybe just maybe Zane will see me off. I kinda walked somewhat slowed to the entrance just in case Zane did come to see me off. I got halfway there and no Zane had shown up. I looked around to see if I could see him, but he was nowhere to be seen. I bite my inner cheek and just decide to hurry up. He isn't going to show up.

I finally get to the entrance of the gate. I cross my arms together, it is really cold. I should have put some leggings underneath my skirt. I only stand there for two minutes exactly though because Liam pulls up.

As I walk towards the car Liam rolls down his window. He flashes me a quick smile, "Before you board 'The great Liam express' You have to give me a small smile, baby. Cause right now you look so gloomy and I don't want those bad vibes entering this rental car," He sarcastically says to me. I look at him and blink. I look down at my watch and roll my eyes at him.

I sigh a bit and give him a small smile, "Wonderful now you may board this car!" he unlocks the door. I go over to the passenger side and open the door. I throw my bag to the back seat then slide in. I shut the door and Liam brings up the windows. Then we were off on our way to my parent's house.

I'm kinda disappointed, well I am disappointed I should say that Zane didn't come to see me off, or at least texted me back. I thought he would have, I mean he was acting very weird this morning.

Liam looks over at me a bit while driving, "Why are you so gloomy, really it's bringing down the vibes of this car." I stare at him. "First off, eyes on the road. I really don't want to die in a horrid car crash and the headlines say, 'Crazy U.K man crashes car with a University student in order to prove a point of having big dick energy'" He chuckles at that. "Second, Zane was acting all weird this morning towards me. And I don't know I got a weird feeling from that as if something happened. Also, he looked like he got beat up which makes me worry even more." He nods at me then opens the dashboard tray. He hands me a white crystal.

"It'll calm you. Also, stop worrying about him for this weekend. Because this weekend is legit about you. Thousands of people from around the world are all going to one place just so they could see you, they'll be chanting YOUR name the whole time. So do me a favor and just forget about your worries just for this weekend? Plus it's my final few days here before I have to go back home and I want fun, Carmen, there not sad and moppy Carmen who's crying about a man who can't act right," I give him a look and squeeze the crystal in my hand.

He's right, I really have to let these worries go just for this weekend. I nod at him and he smiles. The rest of the ride to my parent's home was filled with laughter, awful singing (mainly from my part), and talking.

After a while, I brought my seat back and fell asleep. Shortly after falling asleep, I get woken up by Liam. "What?" I question him rubbing my eyes. I look around my surroundings and see we're at a McDonald's drive-thru. "What do you want from here?" He says looking at the menu. I look at it too and think about what I want. "Get me chicken nuggets, fries, and a sprite. Also a happy meal, I want the toy." I say smiling. He nods then we drive over to order. He orders both of our foods.

When we pay and get our food Liam drives off to a parking spot and parks the car. He hands me my food and he gets his food. The first then I grab is the happy meal and grab the toy. I eat a chicken nugget and savor its taste. It's so unhealthy but it's so good!

"So, you know Natalie is actually moving to the U.K in two months," Liam says then takes a bite out of his hamburger. "Really? Wait how didn't I know of this?" I eat another chicken nugget. My face looking confused. I really didn't know about it.

"She wanted no one to know because she didn't know if she was gonna move or not but she is. And she's moving in with me and Jayson," His voice gets excited. I nod and take a sip from my drink. "You know...there's another extra room in the house...I'm not saying you should move in with us because of course, you have school and a life here, but I'm just saying if you ever feel the need to move to another country you could go there," He says and smiles happily at me. I laugh a tinny bit, "thank you for the offer,"

We finish eating quietly then we're off once again. We get to my parent's house one hour later. When we get there I see the house lights are still on. Of course, they are they don't sleep until 2 in the morning or later. They're night owls just like me. And I know I get that from them. Liam drives into the driveway and parks.

I get out of the car and stretch. The reason I hate really long car rides is that I can't stretch. I take my time stretching and Liam grabs my bags and his bags putting them over his shoulder. We walk over to the front door and I take my keys out. I open the door and let Liam in first who drops our stuff near the sofa.

"Mom, Dad! I'm home!" I shout. Seconds later I could hear my mom and dad's footsteps get closer. My mom has a wide smile on her face and comes in for a hug. She hugs me tightly and I give her the same amount of tightness on the hug back. I missed her so much.

"Te extrañaba tanto hija" She says hugging me tightly. She pulls away and my dad comes over to give me a hug. "Por Que no nos hablaste hija,"

I smile, "I did call you guys every weekend. So you guys can't say I didn't" My dad hugs me again. My dad turns and looks at Liam who's standing there, "Liam! You're here!" He lets go of me and hugs Liam tightly. My dad thinks of Liam like his own son. Liam made such a good impression on my parents the first time they met when we were 15, they loved him.

My mom goes over to him, "Now look at you Liam, look how tall you grew!" She gives him a hug and he hugs her back.

She lets go of him, "Are you guys hungry? I could make you both something to eat. Just tell me what you two wanna eat and I'll make it right now," I give my mom a sweet smile.

"No mom we're good we just ate an hour ago," I tell her. She looks over at Liam. "Speak for yourself, Carmen. I would eat whatever your mom wants to cook for us. Her cooking is so good!" He says giving my mom a hopeful smile. She nods happily and goes to the kitchen and my dad follows quickly behind her.

Liam and I go and sit on the couch. I pull out my phone and so does Liam. I check my messages to see if Zane had sent me anything but he hadn't. Still says "Read 4:16 PM" I look at the time to see it's already 11:00 PM. I go onto Twitter and scroll down reading tweets to get my mind off him.

In just a couple of minutes, my mom and dad whipped up Liam four tostadas de tinga. Liam finished it in minutes, "Gosh your cooking is so good," Liam said to my mom and dad once he was finished eating.

"Thank you, Liam, but I think both of you should go to sleep now. You do have to wake up early to get to that streaming thing. " I nod and Liam agrees. Liam grabs our bags and we say goodnight to my parents. We go to my bedroom.

I open the door to see nothing has changed in here. As if time had stopped in this bedroom, nothings changed. Liam drops the bags on the floor. "I call dibs on your couch because for some reason it's way more comfortable than your bed," He said. I mean he isn't wrong. Half the time when I lived here I would always sleep on the couch instead of my bed. I get into my pajamas then throw Liam some blankets.

I hopped into bed and got comfortable. Liam turned off the lights, "Goodnight Carmen," He said sounding a bit sleepy already. "Night Liam,"

I fell asleep knowing tomorrow thousands of fans wait for my arrival at the streaming con...
