In a dark room sat an old man with blonde hair peppered with gray, and shining lilac eyes.
"Why are you so set on killing that girl?" asked the man towards a dark a shadowed corner.
"She is a threat to me and your power. Why must you question me?" surprisingly a voice almost like a beast answered, while a shadow passed threatingly over the throat of the man.
"Alright, I'm sorry."
"Just trust me fully, and let me take control and you will get what what you want."
The man hesitated before finally giving in and let the shadow fully consume him.
The man finally opened his eyes before smirking.
"Foolish pest."

"AAAARRGGG." Sitting up screaming from he pain that invaded my senses.
I felt hands cover and grab me.
'oh what are they gonna do next. I cant take it anymore.' the torture was too much.
"AAHG, please just kill me!"
"I can't take it anymore."
"Please no more." I begged with everything in me.
"Please." My voice got smaller and smaller every time I spoke.
The hands holding me forced me to look up and see who was in front of me, and I soon realized they were trying to talk to me.
"-alm down."
"We are here, don't be scared."
"It's not real."
"B-brothers?" I said as hot tears rolled down my face.
"Father?"
They all looked at me in worry and pity. I couldn't face them, it was not really me who truly went through this pain it was Alina, and she went through in all alone. I couldn't help but bury my face in my hands and sob.
She was the one who deserved the comforting hand on her shoulder. My shoulders shook harder as my sobs grew. I felt a mix of emotions, but the main one I felt was resentment. Towards this world and everyone who played a role in Alina's death.

The frustration I felt towards everything made my chest hurt.
I realized I was getting too worked up, and my body wouldn't be able to handle it. So, I forcefully calmed myself down.
"Do you want some water?" Asked Ethan as Seth rubbed my back.
"Yes, thank you." I responded with out looking up at him.
Soon a glass was in front of me and I tried to grab it but my hand shook so much I could not grab the cup properly from Ethan.
"Here I'll hold it." He said as he brought it to my lips. In silent acceptance I leaned my head back to let him tilt it as I sipped the water.
"Who are you?" In surprise I turned where I heard the voice and saw mirage of Alina standing in the light coming in from the window. Without hesitation I rushed towards her, trying to keep her here.
"Think about who you are." She had a blank face but her eyes were warm.
"No. No. Don't go! Don't just leave me here." My hands only went through her fading figure.
"I was always with you, and will continue to be." He hand touched my face even though I couldn't feel it. She quickly disappeared like the wind.
Some one grabbed me from behind to drag me back.
"No one is there." I knew it was Seth as I heard the voice but I paid no attention.
"Will you leave me like mom?" I asked as I curled up in a ball.
"No" all of them said in unison, I didn't respond since I wasn't talking to them.
"Please. Alina. No one is there. She's not there." Seth once again said almost like begging.
I sat up and nodded my head. Father walked over and picked my up, I didn't struggle only silently accepting what was happening.
"You will forever be my precious daughter, I will not leave you."
'Your precious daughter is dead.' I held back the words that wanted to spew out. Laying me down on the bed he quickly tucked me in.
"Rest." Ethan said. Closing my eyes as to not face them I soon nodded off.
