"When can I play, Bianca?" Little Zina nagged Bianca as she got bored sitting in the hospital.

"Soon, love." Bianca kissed her forehead.

"But, when? It has already been one, two, three, ten days." She showed her little finger to Bianca.

"You are not fully recovered, my love, you need a lot of rest to play non-stop, why don't we watch some cartoon if you are bored and I promise I will get you candy later," Bianca suggested and Zina's face lit up.

"Yeah!!" Zina shouted in joy and caught her teddy bear. It was her favorite teddy since Alessandro got her.

"When is uncle Alessandro coming?" Zina asked Bianca in the middle.

"Soon, love." Bianca kissed her forehead again, lying with Zina to watch the cartoon.

All thanks to Alessandro, Zina was getting the VIP treatment from room to doctors to nurse to food and not to mention her favorite Alessandro uncle would visit her twice a day. Even if the other reason was someone else, Zina was enjoying all the attention.

"Can't we visit uncle Alessandro? Give him a surprise?" Zina asked.

Even though the idea was appealing, Bianca did not want to discomfort Alessandro. He must have a stack of work. "He must be busy, love," Bianca suggested them.

"But he always visits us, why can't we go?" Zina pestered.

"We cannot, love but we can... call him," Bianca suggested.

"Yes, please." Zina smiled.

Instantly Bianca dialed Alessandro's number. This was the first time she initiated to call him but to her luck the call was not received. With heavy heart she kept her phone down.

"Didn't I say he must be busy?" Bianca pouted but deep inside she was consoling herself. She also wanted him to pick her call.

"He must be really busy then." Zina pouted and resumed watching cartoon.

While Zina was drowned in her cartoon, Bianca was still thinking about the unpicked call by Alessandro. Why was she feeling weird and rejected all of a sudden? She was having hormonal fluctuation like teenage girl just in case of one call. What would Alessandro feel if she did not pick his call? Would he be effected the same way?

Bianca was taking short breath and her chest was burning with uneasiness. Was she ill?

Right then she stepped down from the bed and took a glass of water to calm herself. "I must have caught the weather." She muttered to herself and watched Zina sleeping soundly on the bed.

Exiting out of the room, she went to take round to the children ward. While taking the round, everyone had eyes on her. It has been the routine since Alessandro brought her in his arms and the stunt from week ago fueled the fire in the rumor. Now everybody followed her every move. They were more attentive in front of her, more formal and more envious. Was that wrong?

When she returned to her cabin, her mind went back to the call. Alessandro had not returned her call and this was pretty unusual.

Desperately she rotated in her chair thinking about the pros and cons that could happen to him but ended with negatives only.

Instantly her phone blared showing Darren's number. "Hello," She answered quickly.

"There is no time for greetings, Bianca. Come at the address I have messaged, Alessandro is in danger." With that Darren ended the call, confusing Bianca more.

What happened to Alessandro?

In no time she was running to exit and inside the cab to the destined place. "Please don't be hurt, I am coming to get you." Bianca cried.
