When Adonis left, I closed the door to my room before locking it and turned to see that all my clothes and things were left the same as the last time I was here.

Once he left, I closed the door and walked over to the bed before falling into it. Brining the blanket up to my chin, I called out to Arius one more time.

"Arius?"

"Yeah, baby," he said, immediately.

"I miss you."

"Me too, baby girl, but go to sleep now. You have a long day tomorrow. I will try to be there by this week so you don't have to stay there that long."

"Okay," I replied.

"Kisses, sweet girl," he said before cutting our bond.

The tiredness of all that running yesterday finally hit me as the silence of my room lulled into sleep me.
