"Yeah, we kind of guessed that," Rissa said in a snarky tone.
"Don't fucking make her upset, Cari. We hiked through the woods for weeks so I didn't come here for nothing" Leo said not so quietly.
Ignoring their bickering I asked Abia "Since you're the knower of all, can you tell us what the black smoke is?"
"Why the hell would I tell you what it is?"
My anger spiked as I calmly said "Uh because we went through your trials to prove ourselves worthy of your answers."
"Oh I know, but what's the fun telling you now than finding out later."
"You've got to be fucking kidding me" I muttered under your breath.
"Hell no bitch I broke three fucking nails to get here, you better tell us what the smoke is before I stab you with Nellie's sword," Rissa said.
"First of all, I am immortal, so I won't die. Second, I never said I wasn't going to not give answers just later after a story, and don't worry, it's not a long one."
"Look Abia, we did a lot to come find you and people are dying so can you just tell us what the smoke is and be on our merry way" I replied to the prophet.
"And I have been stuck in the middle of nowhere with barely any company for centuries, so you are going to listen to my story, anyway."
"Girls, just listen to her story then. She obviously isn't going to let this go so the faster she tells us the faster we can leave" Leo said.
"Wonderful, I would like some tea before we began," Abia replied as she walked deeper into the cave.
Following her, she walked into the middle of the room, waiting for us to gather around her.
"Grab onto each other's hands and close your eyes if you don't want to go blind," Abia said.
Once we held on, she chanted a spell, "Deteget imaginem in domum suam."
When I opened my eyes, it revealed a modern room with a big circular table in the middle of the room. Grabbing a chair, Abia served all of us with chamomile tea before sitting herself in the last chair.

"Where are we?" I asked.
Instead of Abia answering, Rissa responded, "It was always here she just unveiled the room for us to see."
"Well, to more important matters, wait nevermind I have to go to the bathroom real quick," Abia said, disappearing in thin air.
"You're joking, we're going to be here forever," Leo said, putting his head on the table.
Looking over to Sinclair who was quieter than usual, I asked, "Hey you ok, Sin?"
His face was covered in a worried expression, the same as Adonis who looked like he was about to break into hives.
Before answering, Sin pinched the bridge of his nose "Why the hell are you flinching away from me?"
Pretending I don't know what he is talking about, I answered, "What are you talking about?"
Sinclair slammed his fist against the table, catching everyone's attention. I've never seen this side of Sin, the little bit of madness spilling out of his eyes. The Sin I know is calm, collected, and kind. Before I could answer Sin looked down at my wrist where my tattoo accidentally peaked out of my sleeve. Grabbing my hand forcefully, he moved my sleeve up my arm to look at my new tat. His and Adonis's face went white when they saw the marking on my arm.
"When the fuck did you get this?" Sin asked me angrily.
Adonis next to him looked like he was about to have a pass out from the panic attack he was having.
Muttering too quietly for me to hear, I was still able to catch some of his words "Shit. Shit. He's going to fucking murder us."
Moving my face to Rissa and Leo, who had the same confused expression as me on the two brothers' behavior. Sin and Adonis were known to be calm and fearless, but today they weren't acting like their usual selves. All I know is that my earlier suspicions were right, they know something. Having enough of Sin's aggressive attitude, I wrestled my hand out of his grasp.
"I don't know what is wrong with you or Adonis, but never grab me like that again. Understood?"
"As much as we would love to hear the rest of your lover's spat, let me begin my story," Abia said amused.

"Be my guest" I replied.
"Eons ago, Gaea created Earth, the home of all life. She was also the creator of werewolves, half-human, and half-wolf, although they weren't created until half an eon ago. She created me from the field of hyacinth flowers, the native flowers of Greece. Residing on Earth with only Gaea as my company, we worked on the creation of supernaturals and humans. Making differences between them to make werewolves the superior race and have them protect the humans. Two eons later, before Gaea bore herself into the lands of Earth she gifted one last being into existence. Born from havoc and chaos, this being thrived from people's fear and death and as darkness is present in all beings of life, this soul became the most powerful creature to walk, ruling over us all."
Waiting for her to continue her story, Abia just sat quietly in her seat sipping her tea.
"Hmm, mortals are such peculiar creatures."
"Why did we listen to that story for no reason?" I asked.
Abia moved her head to Sin and Adonis "I'm guessing you two know?"
Sin pushed his chair and stood up and said to Abia angrily, "He will not win, not this time."
"I think you forget who he is, not even the lycan king can protect his kingdom from his wrath" Abia replied.
"Hold up, are you saying Satan is like real?" Rissa asked.
"Satan?" Leo asked her, confused.
"Yeah, aren't they talking about the creature in the story, the one born of havoc and chaos?"
"They're not talking about Satan, that's impossible."
"Satan, Lucifer, Devil, are just the many names the mortals have given him over the years" Abia answered.
Rissa, Leo, and I gaped at her in response. Did she just say that Satan is real?
"Haha, what a funny joke?" Rissa said, hoping that Abia was lying.
Sin and Adonis didn't have the same look of surprise as us, instead, Sin looked like he was about to kill. He walked over to the side of the room and picked up the vase, throwing it against the wall. Judging by his reaction, I'm guessing the prophet didn't just lie to us.
"Is he responsible for the smoke?" I asked calmly.
"In a way" Abia replied.
"What do you mean in a way, its one or the other? God, I can't believe we're in the lair of Satan's follower" I said.
"I would watch your words, he's always listening."
"What is he going to do for insulting him, come and kill me?" I replied.
Abia said nothing and just smirked for her response as she poured more tea into her cup.
"Whatever this is bullshit, how do we stop the smoke?"
Abia looked at me and took a sip before answering "Oh you can't darling, no one but him and I have a feeling he will stop for a price."
"Great minion of the devil, call him here so we can talk to him" I replied.
"NOOO" Sinclair screamed in anger "Do not fucking call him."
Turning to me, Sin calmly said to me, "You do not know who he is, how dangerous he can be, you have never felt his rage. We need to get a plan before calling him."
"We don't need a fucking plan, I will pay the price for him to stop killing all of these people" I stood, not in control of my anger.
"Nellie, Sin's right. We need a game plan before we take action against Satan, of all people."
Sitting back down, I said, "What the fuck am I doing? You're right, I know you are, but screaming at Sin it was like I wasn't in control of my body."
"What do you mean?" Rissa asked, muddled.
"What's happening to me?" I thought.
"I-I don't know?" I said frustrated that now my body was betraying me..
I knew that both Sin and Rissa were right, but it just felt like someone else was in control of me. This was all I needed, another problem to solve.
"You know what, forget it. We'll worry about it later, let's figure out one problem at a time" I said to her.
Interrupting our conversation, I heard Abia slurping loudly on her tea, mischievously smiling her face off.
"Why are you smiling like that?" Leo asked.
"Nothing, just that there's no point in arguing."
"Why?" Rissa asked.
"Oh, he's already on his way."
Looks like Adonis was right, we're going to die.
