This pregnancy has flown by and today I have my thirty-nine-week appointment.

Theo couldn't make it because he and Donnie had to fly to Texas for business.

Kalene has Allison for me because I can't keep up with her I'm just too tired.

Dr. Sparks walked in. "Hey, how are you?"

"I'm tired and ready to have Teddy."

"Teddy huh?" She smiled while squirting gel on.

"Theodore Santiago Kingston but Teddy for short."

"That is beautiful! What does Allison think?"

"I don't think she has grasped it yet that there will be a baby but I'm excited about her reaction."

She got quiet and was looking at the screen a few times.

"I'm thinking we need to get you over to the hospital."

"What? What's going on?"

"Your blood pressure is pretty high and could put him in distress."

"I'm ready to go then."

"Where is Theo?"

"He's in Texas with his dad on business but I need to call him."

"I need someone to come and pick you up."

"Ok let me call someone... Thank you, Dr. Sparks."

I took my phone out of my purse.

☎️ Hello?

☎️ Beth I need you to come to Dr. Sparks office and get me. My blood pressure is high and may have Teddy in distress.

☎️ I'm coming out the door now.

☎️ Thank you!

I was afraid to call Theo but I know I need to so I called him and he didn't answer so I decided to send him a text message.

📱 Theo my blood pressure is high and Dr. Sparks wants me to go on over to the hospital because we may be delivering soon. Beth is coming to get me so get home ASAP. I love you! ❤️

It didn't take ten minutes and Beth showed up.

"Come on momma let's get you over to the hospital and have a baby!" Beth smiled.

I haven't heard from Theo and I'm freaking out trying to get them to wait on Theo but I can't risk Teddy's life.

"Beth calls Theo again for me and if he doesn't answer I'm not waiting any longer."

Before Beth could call my phone rang.

☎️ Sweetness?

☎️ Theo you better say you are at the hospital because I can't hold this off and Teddy's life is in danger.

☎️ Oh god sweetness. We are on our way back and I'm sorry I had no signal and I'm about thirty minutes away.

☎️ I can't hold this off much longer.

☎️ I'm sorry sweetness but go ahead I'm sorry but I don't want his life in danger.

☎️ I love you, Theo.

☎️ I love you too sweetness and I'm sorry.

I hung up the phone right as Dr. Sparks walked into the room to check things.

"Dr. Sparks Theo is thirty minutes away is it safe to wait or do I need to go on?"

"Right now your blood pressure is stable so we can wait but as soon as Theo gets here we need to get you to the operating room."

"Thank you Dr. Sparks but I don't want to put him in jeopardy."

"Right now you are ok just relax ok?"

"Thank you!"

I laid my head back on the pillow and closed my eyes and dozed off until someone grabbed my hand and when I opened my eyes it was Theo.

"Sweetness I'm here."

"Oh thank god Theo!" I cry.

Beth went out and told the nurse to get Dr. Sparks.

It wasn't long until everyone was here besides my parents because Donnie sent the jet back for them.

"Alright, let's get you to the operating room and get this baby boy out."

"Will he be ok Dr. Sparks since it's a little early?"

"Yeah, he is going to be great let's get going."

It wasn't long until I was rolled into an operating room and I was scared to death.

Glad I already had my epidural but all of these white coats are scaring me and where is Theo?

When Theo came in he was dressed in scrubs and sat down at my head.

Dr. Sparks walked in and she was gloved up. "Alright, we are ready to go. Vaylin you arent going to feel anything but maybe some pressure."

Time seem to go slow until I heard Teddy cry. I looked at Theo and he had tears running down his face.

"Your baby boy is here!" Dr. Sparks held him up for us to see before a nurse whisked him away.

"Is he ok Dr. Sparks?"

"He's great! She's just cleaning him up for you guys."

I could feel them doing something to me but it didn't hurt. Theo kissed my lips.

"You are the bravest person that I know. I can't wait to hold our son."

"Me too Theo."

The nurse walked over with our little bundle of joy and put him in Theo's arms.

"He weighed in at 8lbs 8oz and he's healthy. Congrats you two." She smiled.

Theo leaned him down showed me his face and I couldn't help but cry because he looked just like Theo.

"I guess you got your mini-me, Theo."

"Looks like I did sweetness." He smiled.

"Teddy is a beautiful little boy already. I can't wait until Allison meets him."

"She's not going to know what to do with herself when she meets him. She's going to think he is a little doll." He laughed.

A while later Theo went with Teddy while I was wheeled back to my room and I went sound to sleep.

When I woke up Theo was holding Teddy talking to him.

When there was a knock on the door the whole crew came in to see him and my parents were with them and I was so happy to see them but when Allison saw the baby she giggled.

"Baby!" She squealed.

I couldn't help but cry. Never in my life did I think I would get married much less have a baby but Jenna made that all possible.

I looked around the room and couldn't be happier my heart is full of love and I'm so grateful for Theo, my babies, and chocolate.
