Kristian's pov:

my whole body shook as i watched seven hit scarlet , I felt my blood boil and i screamed loudly as he took her away , i started pacing around the room as all the guys stared at me with pain and hesitation , the whole room was in deep silence and only my rigid breathing was heard

"there is something i don't understand , how come scarlet is the only one who was awake ?" Adam asked as he watched the video again to try and get some clues

" Camelia must have drugged the food of the kitchen putting everyone to sleep , but scarlet throwed up everything she ate after dinner, cleaning her stomach from any poison or sleeping medication that's why " mateo said as he stood up and checked on Noah again

"we need to find her right now " i screamed as i slammed my hand on the desk

"i am looking for all the footages we have of them leaving , i am gonna try to find what routes they took " mason said as he continued typing on his laptop

"when the heck did you get those camera's installed " Adam asked as he leaned on mason's chair

"three days ago , i have camera's all over the mansion and on most of the roads surrounding this area , so hopefully we can find a clue soon " mason said to Adam as he worked, after a second I felt a hand on my shoulder snapping me out of my daze , i looked around and saw mateo looking at me with sad eyes

"we're gonna find her man , everything will be okay "

"you don't know that , none of you do , she is . . . is my everything mat , if. . . if anything happens to her i don't think i can move on, i failed my family again , I failed to protect them " i felt my heart sink deeper and my mind numb as my shoulders dropped in pain and agony

"you didn't fail anyone, you need to pull your self together man , your our leader and we are your soldiers, we need you to find her , time is precious Kris and we can't waste it " mateo shouted at me as he pulled me by my shoulders , i stood in front of him with deep desire to cry but deep down i knew he was right , i looked at my sleeping baby who was safe because of the strong woman that i love that had protected him , i took a deep breath and nodded my head

" alright , let's do this then " mateo said as he pulled back and stood next to the other guys

"okay , mason you continue on working on the cameras and try to find any clue possible "

"yes boss"

"Adam contact the police department and ask for Lieutenant roger tell him everything that happened and ask him for any video footage that he can provide "

"on it boss "

"jack , make rounds on the estate and try to find anything to help , the guards should be waking up soon so try to see if they know anything , and send our guys to see if any of Whitney people know anything about the whereabouts of seven "

"got it " jack said as he walked away with the phone

"and mateo please check on Alanzo even though he is in bad shape try and see if he can give us any info to help and check on him as much as possible and keep an eye on Noah for me "

"got it bro " mateo said as he slapped me on my back and walked out of the office , leaving me with mason who was completely focused on his laptop

" come see this boss "

"what is it ? found anything ?" i hurriedly went over to mason's chair with hope burning in my eyes

" yup, look here , after leaving the mansion they took the road to leave the town completely , at some point they stopped to change cars , the good news is that i can see the route that they took for the first hour or so"

"and the bad news ?"

" the bad news is that they got separated , camellia took a car and seven took another and they went on separate roads and . . . "

"and we can't find out which car has scarlet . . ."

"yeah ... but i can track them down and we can follow them and see "

"okay let's dispatch two units for both routes and follow them "

"on it " mason said as he got his phone and dialled one of our guys to give him my orders , i continued to watch the videos hoping to see anything new , but even after two hours i still couldn't find anything helpful

"kristian , Alanzo is up and he wants to talk to you ASAP " mateo said from the door , with a stern look on his face , i stood up from my chair and walked with him to the room where Alanzo and ben were staying , without knocking i went in right away , i saw the doctor checking on Alanzo and give him some medicine

" how are you doing Alanzo ?" i asked the bed ridden man as he grimaced from his injuries

" hanging on boss , i am really sorry for failing you boss . . . "

"don't apologize , you were sedated and you were still able to give scarlet some time to protect Noah , i can't thank you enough " i said with a small smile as i patted him on his shoulder lightly

"still , i wish i could have protected them both "

"regret can't help us Alanzo , if you can remember anything important that can help us that would be amazing " i said with a bit of force hoping for a good news for once through this night

"there is something i vaguely remember , the woman that was with seven she had plane tickets in her hands while she was leaving " Alanzo said as he coughed loudly in pain

"plane tickets ? she planes to leave the country ?" mateo looked at me as i walked out of the room to find mason , i went inside my office and saw mason still sitting on the chair on front of his laptop

"found anything ?"

"yeah , Camilla might be leaving the country , she had plane tickets with her , try to see if any of the cars went towards the airport"

"already on it " mason said as he continued to work on the cameras , i walked away from the table where he was sitting and took out my phone dialling a number i haven't used in so long

"MR. Knight it has been a while " the woman on the other side said

"it has been miss Kaylin "

" i just heard from roger about the accident , i am assuming you called me for a favour " Kaylin said with a bit of happiness in her voice

"you don't have to be that happy about it Kaylin " i clenched my hand into a fist almost slamming it into the window

"you misunderstood me sir , i merely happy to have you own me a favour that's all , i wouldn't dare be happy about the situation "

"we're getting out of the subject her Kaylin"

"yes , of course , how can i help sir ?"

"i need you to close down the airport "

"not possible " Kaylin said right away with out any hesitation

"make it possible then " i said with a stern voice

"sir your putting me into a tough spot " i heard he sigh as she talked on the phone

" send me pictures of the people your looking for , i will be shutting down the planes for now but i won't make it public so i wouldn't scare the people your looking for "

"i will send the pictures right away , if you find anything call me right away , some of my men will arrive there in a while and again thank you for your help i own you one " i sighed as i closed the phone and turned around to see Noah still peacefully sleeping

"kristian " i heard jack call from outside , i gave mason a look and turned around to leave with him behind me

"what is it ?" i asked jack who was standing with Adam

"i found scarlet's phone on the stairs " jack said as he handed me the phone , i took the phone with a bit of pain , looking at it i realised something

"where is Noah's phone ?" everyone turned quiet as they stared at me with shook

"it is not in any of the rooms " Adam and jack stared at each other as they started thinking

"could she have taken it ?" mateo said from behind me making a spark of hope ignite in my body , before i turned around to look at mason he was already running towards my office , all of us ran behind him as he sat on his laptop and started typing like crazy , we all looked at him with excitement and anticipation , all of a sudden mason stood up and slammed the table with both of his hands with the biggest smile on his face ever

"what happened ?"

"what is it ?"

" the phone signal is on the move , and the GPS is turned on , god man your wife is smart " mason said with a smile as he turned towards me and signalled towards a red spot on his laptop

i looked at the red spot as if it was my life line and a huge smile broke on my face , i clenched my hands and nodded my head

"smart , really smart "

"good now that we have them , let's go , get the teams ready , send a team to the airport to catch Camilla , and the other one would be with me , mason you stay here and keep us updated and keep an eye on Noah for me " i said as i walked towards my desk and opened the third drawer taking out my Nr.1 pistol and putting it under my shirt , i walked towards Noah who was still sleeping and i kneeled beside his head and kissed him gently on his forehead whispering beside his ear

"i will bring your mommy home baby "
