Kristian's pov:
i took my phone out of my pocket texting my doctor about scarlet's appetite , i needed to make sure that everything is okay , it was almost 4 am so i didn't wait for his replay , i just threw my phone in my pocket and went to the kitchen to get something ready , i prepared a simple sandwich that she can eat with a cup of tea , i made myself a cup of green tea too , after 10 minutes i felt someone stare at my back , i turned around and saw scarlet staring at me with her big beautiful eyes , her hair was in a messy bun and she was wearing a real tiny short with an oversized men hoodie....
wait , a man's hoodie , a frown took over my face as i stared at her shirt
"who's hoodie is this ??" I said to scarlet as I walked towards her , i saw her smile at me before she busted out laughing
"it's ben's , i wear ben's clothes all the time , why jealous?" i stood right in front of her with a frown on my face , why the hell was she smiling
"yes , very , i am quite a possessive man , so starting today don't wear any other man's clothes " i said while playing with a strand of her dangly hair , i felt her push me away as she walked towards the counter where the sandwich was in a plate with a cup of green tea
"well MR. knight sadly for you , i like wearing men's shirts they're comfortable, so ...." i saw her shrug her shoulder at me as he took her first bite of the sandwich , i felt a wave of relief wash over me when i saw her eat
"you can wear mine , throw this one away " i said back as i walked towards the counter and sat down beside her , all of a sudden i felt her go quiet and she was staring into no where

"what's wrong principessa?"
"nothing... it's just !!"
"just what ?" i started playing with her hair again so i can help her relax a bit , i wanted her to be able to tell me what ever she wants
"about last time when Noah called me mom ?" i felt my body stiffen as she spoke , here i was hoping she forgot about it , i didn't know what she felt about it , and i have been worried about it since then
"you don't like it ?" i asked almost in a whisper , but all of a sudden i felt scarlet's body jerk beside me as she held my hand in hers
"are you crazy , i love Noah so much , i can die for that boy in a heartbeat, i think i might love him more than my own kids in the future ,but i am just worried.... about... !"
"don't talk about death that easily principessa, do you hear me , and there is nothing for you to worry about , Noah loves you like crazy , since he met you he became full of life and happiness"
"but there is , what about Noah's mom ! i know nothing about her , and what if one day she comes back ,and wants to take him away , or you decide that you want to rebuild your family with her , i don't want to fall in love with both of you and then lose everything in the blink of an eye , i just cant, and what makes things worse is that you wont tell me anything ...." i saw scarlet's eyes get misty with tears as she stared at her barely eaten sandwich , i let out a sigh of frustration
"finish the sandwich scar , it's really late you need to rest you are meeting with your manager tomorrow " all of a sudden i saw her glare at me as she left the sandwich in the plate and stood up and started walking away , i held her hand right away and pulled her back

"why are you mad?"
"why did you change the subject ?" she throwed at me right away
"i didn't change the subject , i just want you to eat a normal meal and forget about everything else "
"that means you want to change the subject you jerk " she pushed my hands away as she started running towards her room , i let out a frustrated sigh as rubbed my face with my hands , after a couple of minutes i took a deep breath and walked towards scarlet's room , opening the door slowly i saw here sleeping on the bed with her back towards me and i could hear her sniffling a bit which made me feel a bang in my chest as i was the reason why she is crying
i walked towards her and climbed on the bed , sitting right beside her , i took a deep breath , before i finally told her the truth , my deep secret
" i am sorry that i can't tell you everything scar , but you promised you can wait until i am ready to talk about it , but there is one thing i am ready to tell you now " i took a deep breath as i finally had the courage to say the next words out loud
