" no can do mister, by the way let's talk about this mason situation now shall we?" i pushed kristian away and looked at his face with a stern look

" oh and here i thought we can just ignore the whole trouble part " kristian pouted as he walked towards his chair , i wanted to laugh at how cute he was acting but i had to pull myself together so i can be serious in what i ma gonna say

"kristian i am serious , this whole thing is a bit rushed , i don't know if i want to make such a big decision right now "

"i can't see why you would refuse such a chance scarlet , isn't this your dream " i saw him look at me with doubt in his eyes

"it is , but still...." i felt myself hesitate as i couldn't find the right reason

"why are you scared scar ??"

"i just....i guess i just like my life as it right now , i don't know how i am gonna deal with so much change "

"come here *principessa" I saw kristian give me his hand as i walked towards him and in a second i was sitting on his lap making me squeal in surprise

"all right come one get up principessa , you don't want your manager to see you in such an intimate situation right of the bat , right ??" i stood up right away , and the moment i stood up the door of the meeting room opened walking in was mason with a cigarette in his mouth

"i don't trust anyone else , anyway Noah is still waiting for us lets stop here for now , you can talk about the details tomorrow were leaving for today " kristian said as he stood up and held my hand and started dragging me outside , i waved my hand saying goodbye to mason before i turned and looked at kristian who was walking towards his office , the moment we reached the office door , the door swinged open and two little hands hugged me tight , a small smile tugged on my lips as i bent down and lifted Noah of the ground and kissed his chubby cheeks

"hey baby , were we late , i am so sorry " i said as i played with his hair , i saw shake his head with a smile

"i want to see grandma " Noah said with his husky cute voice , i looked at kristian as if asking him for permission

"you can go if you want just be careful , i still have a lot of stuff to do here , let the driver take you " i nodded my head and said goodbye before starting to walk away but a hand on my waist stopped me i turned around and saw kristian staring at me

"what is it??"

"didn't you forget something principessa ??" i looked at him with confusion in my eyes

"my goodbye kiss " i felt myself blush as i stood on my tiptoes and gave him a small kiss on his cheek

"it's i will see you later kiss " i said as i walked away while smiling like an idiot while Noah was looking at me weirdly , i waited for the private elevator to open before we got in and went to the lobby again , as we got out i felt all eyes on us , ignoring them all i walked towards the entrance while holding the sleeping Noah in my hands , right away the diver came walking towards me to open the door , and before i get in i saw two men in black sitting with us in the car , i looked at the driver confused , i saw the driver give me a small sympathetic smile before he said

"these two bodyguards will be riding with us miss scarlet , and the other two will be riding in the car behind us , it's for your and the young master safety miss"

"what , 4 bodyguards , for what , were going to see my grandmother for gods sake "

"i am sorry miss but it's boss's orders " i let out a sight as i stared at the men in front of and after a second i finally decided to give up
