I watched her eyes light up as she walked through the doors.
Closing the door behind me, I walked in behind her and strained my eyes on her figure as she looked around the
I figured out her love for books from her endless stack of them in her room.
She went over to the corner of the room and stood on her toes as she tried to grab the light pink book.
I went behind her and easily grabbed the book into my hands.
I felt her body stiffen as I came behind her, knowing the effect I had on her I smiled inwardly.
Little did she know she had that exact same effect on me.
Her small body turned around to me as she looked up at me with her brown doe eyes.
I handed her the book as her hands reached to grab it but then lifted my arm higher out of her reach with the book still intact.
She gasped dramatically and stood back.
Daisy tried to grab the book again but I just kept my arm up and away from her reach.
Seeing her short self struggle amused me.
"Angel." She said seriously.
Her brown eyes looked up at me, attempting to be intimidating me though she truly just looked like a lost puppy.
We held each other's eyes until she finally gave up and huffed.
I chuckled and handed her the book.
She smiled and took the book from me, she laced her hand with mine as she led us towards the leather couches.
Daisy sat down and I sat down next to her.
I patted my leg for her to lie down on, to which she did.
She snuggled against my chest and opened the book.
"Do you want me to read to you again?" She asks me.
I nod my head and she smiles looking back down at the book.

Her voice began filling my ears as she read aloud to me.
I tilted my head back and closed my eyes as my fingers traced patterns onto her exposed thigh.
An hour or so later her body had begun to shut down, her voice trailed off as did the book in her hands.
"Sleep, Daisy." I tell her.
She nods and places the book on her stomach as her eyes flutter shut.
I continued to trace my fingers against her warm skin.
Soon after that, she was placed in a deep sleep, her even breaths told me so.
I stared at her sleeping frame, it made me oddly calm seeing her at peace or her just simply with being with me.
I had this persistent urge in me to be with her at all times, her presence had an effect on me nobody or no thing had ever made me feel before.
I took the book out of her hands and ripped some blank paper, placing it in between the pages she left.
I put the book under my arms and then stood up, lifting her body up into my hold.
I walked out of the library and went straight towards the stairs.
Daisy subconsciously snuggled into my arms, allowing her hands to wrap around my arm as her black locks sprawled around her angelic features.
My men were coming in and out of the house as their shifts changed, I looked towards the clock to see it was now 9 pm.
The guard opened the doors for me and I signalled one of my drivers to come with me.
He went over to the car and got in, starting it up.
The guard opened the car door for me as I placed Daisy in the back and then got in on the other side.
I placed her in my arms as the driver started driving out of the gates.

"Where to boss?"
I told him her address and he started driving in that direction.
I looked down at her and moved the hair out of her face.
Her black lashes casted onto her high cheekbones and her lips held a small pout.
I licked my lips and looked away from her.
The driver made it to her house not long after.
He opened the door as I took Daisy into my arms and carried her out with me.
I walked to her doorstep and opened the unlocked door.
Her cousin was on the phone sitting at their counter.
His eyes shot up to mine and he nodded at me before returning to his call.
I walked up the stairs easily and made it to her room.
I pushed open the door and went over to her bed.
I pulled the cover out and then placed her gently onto the bed.
The covers were placed over her and I sighed taking her shoes off.
I placed the book on her nightstand before turning around to leave.
"Angel?" Her soft voice whispered.
I turned around and looked at her blankly.
She sat up slightly and patted the spot next to her.
I ran a hand through my hair and sat down on the bed.
"What's wrong, moonlight?" I asked her.
She looked down at her hands and bit her bottom lip.
Her eyes casted back up, boring into my own.
"I, um, I think I have feelings for you." She says quietly looking into my eyes.
I stared at her expressionlessly, studying over every feature her face held.
I kept on a blank expression making sure what I felt inside didn't show.
My heart fùcking skipped a beat at her words.
I mentally rolled my eyes at myself for letting someone get so close. Though I didn't care anymore, as long as it was her I didn't mind.
She stared at me anxiously, and I lifted my hand to her cheek, gently brushing the soft skin with my hand.
I swallowed and replied.
"I have feelings for you too, moonlight."
Her eyes glistened, the sheen twinkle in her eyes reflected from the light of the moon that made its way to her features at that moment.
A faint smile curved upon her lips, her arms came around my neck pushing me towards her.
I wrapped my arms around her waist, hugging her back.
Her head tilted back as she looked up at me.
She slowly leaned towards me until our lips were almost touching.
Not holding myself any longer, I closed my eyes and pushed my lips against her full ones.
Her body melted against me as she kissed me back completely. Her lips were soft and plush making me instantly addicted to the feel of them.
Her hands raked through my hair as she slid her tongue into my mouth.
I held in a groan as her tongue mixed with mine.
She tasted like vanilla and I couldn't help but savour her taste with mine.
Our lips moved together as our kiss became more heated I pulled away to let her catch her breath.
She laid her head on my shoulder as her arms limply hung around my neck.
I pulled her away and made her face me.
I took her face in my hand as I caressed her cheek.
Placing a soft kiss on her cheek, I laid her back down on the bed.
"I'm taking you out tomorrow night, be ready at 7." I whisper as I pull away from her.
A smile took over her features as she nodded.
"Goodnight, Angel."
Before walking out I turned around.
"Night, moonlight."
With that, I walked out and shut the door quietly behind me.
