"Can I ask you something ?" I ask him.
"You just did." He says monotonously keeping his eyes on the road.
I give him a blank look and he rolls his eyes, as he waits patiently for me to speak.
I take a deep breath in and prepare myself for what I'm going to ask him.
"Do you actually kill people ?" I ask quietly.
I watch his eyes narrow slightly as he takes in my question.
"Do you want me to lie ?" He asks questionably.
I stay silent for a while before answering.
"No." I whisper out and shake my head.
"Yes." He says.
I stare at him in shock.
"Yes, what ?" I ask him.
"Yes, I kill people." He says emotionlessly.
I stay quiet as I mentally wrap my head around it.
He kills people.
But you knew that.
Not literally.
But his father is-
Shut up.
We stop at a red light and I keep my gaze mainly focused on the window beside me.
"Daisy." He calls my name.
I turn my head to him but keep my gaze casted down.
"Look at me." He demands softly.
I sigh and look up at him.
His eyes meet mine, he seemed to be searching for something in them before sighing and turning away rubbing his jaw.
"Don't be scared." He says monotonously.
I bite my lip and play with my hands.
"It's hard not to." I say softly.
"I won't hurt you, Daisy." He says taking my hand in his.
"I promise you, I would never." He says with a slight frown.
I look up into his eyes and found myself believing him.
"Okay." I say nodding my head
He stares at me for a little longer before pulling away and driving off.

The rest of the drive was quiet, but a peaceful quiet.
After a while, we had seemed to make it to a forest.
Angel drove on the path that was provided in between the trees and bushes.
We had stopped in front of a massive wall of green bushes.
It had blocked the entire path and I looked around the forest confused.
Angel leaned over to the glove box near me and I lifted my legs so he could get better access.
He took out a small remote that had one black button on it.
He closed the department and leaned back in his seat.
A small smirk came to his lips as he pushed the button.
The tall wall of bushes had disappeared as a tall black gate came into view.
The gates opened and we drove through them.
My eyes widened and my face expressed shock as my eyes looked over the mansion in front of me.
It was utterly huge.
There were black SUV's parked all around the place.
The mansion had an ancient aura around it which made my inner fantasy self go livid in excitement.
The grey clouds scurried over the sky, which made a dark gloom over the mansion. It made it look like something out of harry potter, and I bit my lip in adoration.
Angel parked right out the front of the mansion.
He got out of the car and came around to my side.
After getting out of the car, he laced his hand through mine and lead us up the long stairs.
Once we made it to the opening doors, two buff men in black suits stood out the front of the doors.
They nodded at Angel, keeping their heads down as they stepped to the side.
The doors were opened from the inside and Angel walked us in.

My eyes widened impossibly larger when we walked through the doors.
I looked around the exotic mansion in pure amazement.
It looked ancient but modern all in one.
There were women and men around the room, either on laptops, phones or writing on large amounts of paper.
Angel tugged on my hand as he leads me up a set of a black spiral staircase.
As we walked up I couldn't help but notice the eyes that were on me.
The women and men that were scattered around the room below us had their eyes on me.
I turned my eyes away not before catching a familiar pair of blue eyes.
Kian?
His eyes widened as he realised it was me.
Before I could question anything else, I was being pulled into a dark room.
I look around, only for Angel's hand to have left mine.
I nervously look around the darkroom, but my confusion wears off when the lights turn on and I was met with the most magnificent sight.
The room was absolutely huge, it displayed books and books across high shelves that reached the roof.
A glistening chandelier hung from the ceiling, illuminating the scenery even more.
My eyes wandered over to the couches and cushions that were placed in the corner of the room.
There was also a long brown desk set against the wall, with paper and stationery.
"It's so beautiful." I murmured to myself.
Angel's eyes lingered on me, watching my every expression.
I smiled happily as I looked around.
One thing about me was that I loved books.
Though no one knew this, other than Tyson.
So it was weird to me that he knew when nobody did.
"How did you know ?" I asked him curiously.
He shrugs and takes a step towards me, making me look up at him.
"I know a lot of things, moonlight." He says brushing hair away from my face.
I tilt my head to the side and bite my bottom lip.
My eyes avert towards the endless books.
"Can we stay here for a bit ?" I ask him hopefully.
He looks down at me, something swirls in his grey, blue eyes.
"Whatever you want." He says looking at me intently.
I smile widely and grab his hand and take us towards a shelf of books.
After searching and grabbing books off of shelves, using Angel's height to my advantage.
I smiled excitedly as I took us to the comfortable black couch.
I sat down and patted the seat next to me for Angel to sit down.
He carried my few books that I had picked out and placed them on the seat as he sat down.
I took them in my hands and looked over each one trying to decide which to read.
I looked over the mint green, hard covered one and took it from the pile.
I placed the other books on the desk beside us and held the mint green one in my hand.
I turned back around and laid my head on Angel's chest, as I got comfortable and smiled happily.
"Read to me." Angel's deep voice rings out.
I look up at him and nod.
I placed the book between my legs and read over the silver cursive writing.
"Green & Grey." I say softly and open the book.
And this was the start of something incredibly magical.
If only I had known this day would mark my feelings for a certain boy, that would slowly turn into something every romance book was given.
Love.
