"I want to tell you something."
Abhimaan stared at her, feeling what she has to say. Unknowingly, he has this thought in his heart when she told him going to meet Rajat.
He cleared his throat to say something but their eye lock got broken by the entering of Nurse. She got up when they did his check-up and other things.
All the while his eyes were on her, she talked to the Nurse and listen to everything quietly about his improvement and medicines.
Her care for him, her concern are real. Her puffy and tired eyes were telling him how much she has been hurting herself for him.
She was leaving him, she was hurt by him but still, she stopped. She stopped leaving and forgetting everything behind. She didn't think about herself in front of him. Selflessly, she is standing by his side despite what he has done to her.
I didn't trust her.
He closed his eyes thinking about everything, he got blind in his rage and jealously. He can't lose her, at any cost.
Some words kept on ringing in his mind again. Abortion. Rajat. Cheating.
"Abhimaan, I'll just come in 10 minutes. I need to talk to the doctor once." She said turning but he holds her hand in the middle.
He looked into her eyes deeply. He saw the same emotion which he has for her. Same pure emotion which she has always for him. He has seen this always in her eyes, in her smile, in her touch, in her reactions to his proximity.
Love.
It was also there.
How can I even doubt for a single second?
Our moments can't be fake.
Those feelings can't be a lie.
"Sit down."
"We need to talk. Right." He said, she remembered it also but his health was more important to her.
"We will but your health is more important right now." She replied.
"We are more important Samaira. This issue, this uneasiness needs to go first, don't go. Please." He said desperately. She couldn't deny him and sat beside him.
"Abhimaan, I told you...I went to meet Rajat.Actually." she was cut by him in the middle.
"I trust you." He said looking into her eyes. Her breath stopped hearing his words. Finally, he said this. He said what she wanted to hear. He said this even before knowing the truth.
Why and how?
Is he afraid that I would leave again?
"Abhimaan...you don't have to say this. I...I'm telling you everything..." She said slowly.
"I'm saying what im feeling right now. I love you, and our relation can't be fake. I have understood that.....late...I know.
" after breaking my every bone, and damaging my head., I have realized that we can't be fake." He chuckled.
"I swear Samaira, I trust in us, and I'll never ask you anything about all this. Just give me a chance." He poured out his feelings to her, making her heart melt and filled with love for this man. Her man.
"Why didn't you say this before? Abhimaan. Why?" She muttered to him, with a shaking voice. She wished. He lowered his gaze. He has nothing to say on this. Because nothing is justified for his behaviour.
"I...hate you, I hate you... for this." She put her head on her chest. She sobbed on his chest, cried out to feel better. He didn't stop her either.
"I wanted to tell you before also but...i couldn't. I wish I would have told you this before." She said to herself also. He heard her quietly. She sat straight, and he whipped her tears with his thumb.

"I will tell you now, and you will listen to this." She said and eyed him not to interpret. He needs to know and she needs to tell him everything.
"There was an abortion that happened." She told him. He didn't say anything. There was a fear in his heart.
"It was my cousin, Dhriti's abortion. When I went to meet my uncle during his surgery in the hospital, My aunt used my name for that without telling me."
"Rajat...Rajat is her boyfriend, and father of her baby." She looked up to see his reaction. But he was still, he didn't react much.
"He....he tricked you..when I went to meet him today, he confessed to getting paid by someone for all this." She finished.
"Paid....who??" He asked her.
"I don't know, he also doesn't know much but Sagar said, he will find out soon." She replied.
"Sagar.." He said. She nodded.
"He was with me when I was out." She said, she looked into his eyes. She saw what was expected. Guilt.
"Everything was Crystal clear for my heart, but still I let my mind overpower me." He said looking up, towards the ceilings. His voice was low, he was sad and in guilt also.
"I'm sorry," he said.
She couldn't say anything also. Deep inside she not ready to forgive him also. Maybe she will forget this in future, or in some time but right now she is not ready.

Arunima entered the room with a bowl of soup for Abhimaan, who was sitting on the bed. His head was on the head post, his legs were covered with the bedsheets. It's been 3 weeks after his accident and he got discharged 2 days before.
His right leg has plaster and some bandages on his arm also. He is recovering slowly for everyone's peace of mind.
Samaira always stuck to him in this time. She never left his side, she didn't go to her college also. She was doing her work mostly from home and keeping records with the help of Ritika.
Sagar was handling his work with the help of Gautam. They didn't let him work anything in this period. Arunima was showing her motherly love to him.
"Abhi, have this then you need to have your medicines also," Arunima said sitting beside him on the bed. He opened his eyes and got straightened.
"Mom, where is she?" He asked her about Samaira. He was sleeping when she was with him, but now she is not. Fear of losing her has made a home in his heart, and after realizing the truth, he is drowning into this more and more bypassing the time.
"She went to her college for some work, due to continuous absence she needs to go today, She was not going today also. But I forced her. " She informed him, how she got a call from the college and she needs to leave.
"Ohh...yeah, you did right." He said she feeds him slowly. She sensed their differences, even they are together and love each other but there was something hollowness.
"Abhi, we need to leave tomorrow. Your Dadu is alone there, we can't leave him alone there." She said he nodded to her understanding her also. His grandfather left 2 weeks before because this situation was not good for him, no one was able to attend to him also. So, Gautam arranged his departure there, they have his regular persons to take care of him.

"And I'm not worried also because Samaira is here with you. She will take care of you, I know." She said. He listens to her, she will do like she was doing at this time.
"I'm feeling grateful to God for making her my daughter in law, she is so good and a beautiful person."
"She handled everything, she supports us when we were in our weak time, she stood strongly beside us," Arunima said thinking about everything they face together.
"I know Mom, she is best. But, I'm not good for her, she was always good.." He mumbled. He couldn't stop himself before blurting out to his mother.
"I asked her, but she didn't say anything. I don't know what happened between you two, but Abhi...don't let anything ruin your happiness. Fight for this." Arunima said to him. He nodded to her, she left after kissing his forehead.
Fight for your love, Abhi.
He took his phone and called Sagar immediately and discussed something.

Samaira returned in the evening, doing her work. She found him sitting on the balcony, doing something on his laptop. She sighed and shook her head. She put the fruits in front of him.
"I told you, not to work." She said standing in front of him. He stopped and looked at her.
"I'm sorry, just 2 minutes more." He said and finished typing something. Samaira's expression's changed hearing him.
Sorry,
"It's your time for fruit, you didn't have this also." She said.
"I thought to wait for you, that's why. I'm sorry, I'll eat now." He said keeping the laptop aside.
I'm sorry.
These were the words, she is being heard for some last days. On everything, he is just saying this. He slept without taking medicines, he said sorry. She called him, he didn't hear. He said sorry. She is saying anything, he is saying sorry to her.
She knows what is going on inside him. He is not him. He is not like before, he is almost in his thoughts always. He is less talking, even to his parents. He is doing everything she said.
He is not even opening to her. This is not good. It is eventually affecting his recovery and health.
"I went to collect your reports and talked to your doctor also. Your reports are not as good as they expected." She told him. He looked at her.
"Ohhh.." He said.
"You don't want to say anything," she said burning from inside. He got confused.
"I don't know, what to say. I'm taking the medicines and doing everything but still, I'm sorry if I..." He said.
"Don't...just don't..." She yelled at him, went inside leaving him shocked and confused. He didn't get why was angry suddenly. He got up with the help of a stick and walked inside the room.
She was sitting on the bed, her eyes were wet. She looked away seeing him. He didn't like this. Her rejection pained him.
"What happened, Samaira.....why are you angry...Please tell me." He said to her.
"Why should I tell you, when you don't even want to talk to me. You go and have fun in your personal space." She said getting up in front of him.
"But I.dont know.." He said,
"What you don't know, your reports are showing the sign of depression. Huh...After giving and the whole family this pain, now you are planning the make us suffer more." She screamed at him. She can't explain what she was going through right now. When doctors told him about his negative reports, her heart sunk.
He didn't say anything. It's true. He was always quiet and silent. He was in his guilt to acknowledge anything around him.
"You are so selfish Abhimaan, you don't think about me and Mom and Dad." She said with her broken voice. She is scared to death thinking of the time when he was lying in the blood lifelessly.
"I don't have to worry about Mom and Dad, you are here for them." He said with sad eyes.
"And what about me?" She asked him, coming closer to him. She looked deeply into his eyes.
"Listen Abhimaan, and listen to me once. I'll always take care of our parents, and Dadu but I'll never take care of myself. Because it's your responsibility, not mine..." She announced to him. He could see the hurt in her eyes,
He was surprised by her sudden outburst. She is just sounding like him, scolding him.
"Don't cry, Samaira," Abhimaan said with a pained expression.
"You are the reason, you are making me cry." She yelled at him while crying in front of him.
"But Samaira.." He said.
"Shut up, quite..." She yelled at him again. He got silent after this. She kept on sobbing for some minutes.
"Now, you are not even saying anything." She said again. He holds his head, she just said not to say anything.
This woman is mad or what.
"Samaira, stop now. This is getting too much. Stop crying right now." He said sternly to her. She immediately stopped hearing him like before. She smiled. He got confused.
"Are you getting crazy also?" He said.
"I don't want anything else, I want My Abhimaan back to me." She said to him, making him realize her meaning. He understood what she meant to say. He looked down and sat beside her.
His head was low, she never wanted that. She cupped his face in her palms. He looked at her with wet eyes. This pained her and broke her heart in pieces.
"I can't....I'm ashamed of myself. I....can't..." He said. He never said anything after their conversation in the hospital, he buried himself in his shell.
"I disappointed you...I'm not worthy of your love." He said holding her hands. She shook her head in no.
"I disappointed you too, Abhimaan. It was our mistake, not only yours. I also did mistakes by not telling you in the first place." She said.
"I did wrong, I listen to others in front of you." He said to her.
"I also listen to others, I also got into Natasha's words and didn't trust you." She replied to him. In this period, after so many debates in her mind, she has come to this conclusion. Not only he was at fault, but she was also equally at fault for not trusting him enough to share everything with him.
"But. I...crossed...." He said looking down, she made him look up again.
"I don't talk to you, as my nature and you burst out as per your nature." She replied to him like she was trying to make both of them understand.
"This is not the explanation...Samaira" he said turning. She looked down at her hands. He is right.
"I know, you will never forgive me...i didn't have guts to ask you..." He said.
"I forgive you already, Abhimaan." She said immediately making him look at her with surprise and shock.
"I forgive you when you said that you trusted me without even knowing the truth," She said looking into his eyes. He could see the truth. She was saying the truth. She has forgiven him.
"Why...??" He asked her holding her hand, he was happy and scared. Her eyes filled with warm tears, she took a long breath.
"If you could fight for us, then I can also do this. And God has already punished us and you...I don't want any more damage to happen, please...."
"Give me my Abhimaan back, my husband. ..my...my love, please" she said with trembling lips.
My love.
He smiled little with her words, she openly said this today. He was amazed at her again. Today, she again proved how pure and innocent she is. Always so forgiving.
"I love you so very much, Samaira. I won't ruin our happiness more." He said holding her face in his palms and joined their foreheads. She smiled in her tears.
She just wants this, she wants to be happy now. She wants to live with him, forgetting everything behind.
"I love you, Abhimaan." She said to him, making him a surprise.
