《Fallen So Deep (Sidnaaz)》Chapter 21

"I never expected this from you, Sid. Never. You fucking couldn't even put off that playboy skills of yours." Dad roared, slamming his hands loudly on the table.
I closed my eyes nervously, frustrated with myself for even going to that club. Kate planned everything skillfully. Bitch!
I couldn't look into his eyes, ashamed of myself, regretting being in such a situation. It took me an year to gain dad's trust after that incident, and bamb! One drunken mistake took away everything in a second.
"Dad. Trust me on this, I will pull it out of the media. Kate planned this to get back at me. She drugged me. I don't even remember what happened." I growled angrily, angery at my own self.
"You are not a kid, Mr. Sidharth Malik. You are a fucking adult. She drugged you. And are claiming that she raped you too?" Dad yelled, balling his fist.
"No. She accepted that nothing happened. I was only moaning Sana's name all night. But she wanted me to fuck her to pull down that shit the next morning. I couldn't dad. I love Sana. Trust me please" I said, trying to explain the shit that manipulative bitch planned to ruin my life.
"Oh cut the crap. I pulled down everything from the internet. I just hope Sana haven't gotten any heave if all that. Is she hurt?" He asked skeptically, eyeing me up and down.
"I don't know." I said dejectedly looking at my table, my eyes were beaming with anger, on that bitch.
"You don't know? You should be with her, asking for her to forget and forgive. Idiot" he growled, rubbing his hands roughly.
"I know I am going home after this meeting with the Japanese. That was an important deal. I have been working so hard on that. I..."
"Ok. I agree that's an important deal to crack. Anyways. Get this deal at any cost and you will be the CEO of the company after the deals fixed" he grinned.
My eyes widened joyously. He chuckled, nodding at me. "I don't want SSR Constructions to take away this project from us. I saw your efforts in that presentation. I must say you did it really well. Sharma, also agreed on this" he said contented.
"Mr Sharma? Sana's dad?" I asked confused, why would dad share our presentation with a professor.
"Yup. He is in NYC. At my place since last two days. He is handling the stats of my other company for some reason" dad explained, but his eyes were anywhere but at me. I gave him a skeptical look, doubting on his explanations. He was lying blatantly and that was for sure. I know my dad, he is a pathetic lier. He was surely hiding something from me.

I didn't give another thought at him, for I was getting really late for my presentation. I wanted to get home and be with my wife when I am done.
"All the best with the presentation. I know you will get the deal. " He winked, and strode out of my office as if he wasn't even here a few seconds ago yelling at me, as if he wasn't just scolding at me for not treating my wife properly.
I chuckled at his enthusiastic self, he was so energetic even at this age.

I walked into the Jizzex Ltd, the Japanese franchise of a construction business I wanted to overtake since long. I wanted this partnership at any cost. There were CEO's of other 15 construction companies for the same. But I know I am the best partner. Jizzex is one of the leading brands, they are so good in their job that all over the world people just want a few pieces of it.
Moreover dad offered me the position of CEO in our other company too in against of this deal. I will be the owner of two multi-billion companies soon.
I was getting bored of the presentations being on a display in the Jinnex's headquarters. All of them were just repeating incompetent offers. I chose to be the last one, I wanted to see the presentation of Mr. Singh, one of my dad's rivals. He is an Indian with multiple businesses in New York too. I have heard his only son is an actor in bollywood. And so he and his eldest daughter run all their businesses. However, dad hates him for some reason that I don't know of. Mr Singh is said to be of calibre interest in ruining my dad's businesses, according to dad he is the only person who could ever be the reason of his death.
I hate him too now.
"Mr. Akimitsu, the CEO of the Jinnex was an old man, with no heir, partnership with him will be fruitful really fruitful for any of us.
"Mr. Malik" Mr. Akimitsu's secretary called me, "would you like to go for the presentation, Sir" she asked eyeing me hungrily.
I rolled my eyes inwardly but with a clipped smile asked, "I would like to let Mr. Singh, to go first. No offence, he seems tired of sitting for two hours."
Mr. Singh chuckled, "I would love to go first Mr. Malik. I must say, your dad brought you up well. He is a Lucky bastard to have you as a son." Mr. Singh muttered, I clenched my jaw. Nodding and ignoring his comment about my upbringing atleast for now.

Within next 15 minutes, I went from shock to anger and to fucking kill that bastard. My eyes were popping out of their sockets to see exactly my presentation being displayed by Mr. Singh. My eyes were red hot with anguish. How could that be possible! Exact profit shares, exact locations, even exactly the same designs, same graphics. Fucking Hell!
He played me. But how he got all this.
He walked back to his place, winking at me, and giving me a Beat-that look.
When he sat, Mr. Akimitsu smiled widely, "I think I loved this one." He said in his broken pronunciation.
"Mr. Malik, I hope you have a better presentation to beat that" Mr. Singh said, grinning at me, giving me a look full of sheer evilness plastered on his face that spoke about his viscosity.
I looked at my secretary giving me a horrific look, afraid of my anger. However I couldn't display my expressions on a platter to satisfy the bastard. My fist were balled up, ready to punch that smug off him.
"Actually. I am pretty impressed with your presentation. I am gladly gonna back off from this deal. But may I know who prepared this presentation for you, the entire team must have worked hard on this one." I said, giving him a stoic look, but burning inside.
"Yeah. I must say I have a very efficient staff here. Now if you'd excuse us, Mr. Akimitsu what do you think about it?" He asked, in a cheeky smile.
"I loved it Mr. Singh. I am happy to sign this deal. But I want Mr. Malik to present too" he spoke giving me a genuine smile.
"I would have done that Mr. Akimitsu but now that he has given you the best display. I will back out contentedly. However, Mr. Singh's staff must be really efficient to steal this presentation. " I said, giving him a no non-sense.
"What are complying Young man?" Mr Singh said.
"That you know very well, Mr. Singh. Now if you'll excuse me, I have an important meeting to attend" I glanced at Mr. Akimitsu, who gave me a simple nod.
I stood up, buttoning my coat, and stormed out of the conference room, followed by my secretary.
Once I was inside the elevators, I yelled "Who fucking leaked this presentation?" My secretary gave me a horrid look, nervously glancing at me.
"Sir, only you, the graphic designers and your dad knew about this presentation. I can assure you that no one of them would do that. I will find out though. I have a hacker friend of mine, he can hack Mr. Singh's system and within matter of seconds all his information, emails will be sent to you. Just give 12 hours" she said timidly, her eyes were filled with anger as well.
"Get that done, Ms. Sarah." I said, trying not to yell at her.
Sarah would never cheat us, she was one of the best employees of my company. Working hard and efficiently. I have my entire faith in her and that's why she is my secretary for five years now.
It is not one of my employees. They could have hacked our systems. Or the worst stole that from our office.
Fuck! I lost another chance of proving myself. I am so messed up, Fucking hell!
*****
Dad strolled in angrily in my office, my eyes were blood shot red, all my sleepless nights, all my efforts for nothing. I myself worked on this presentation day and night. I have been working on it since a month.
"You gave up on the fucking deal. Really Sidharth?" He yelled at me.
"Yes dad. I had to. The bastard stole my presentation. I am gonna kill him. " I gritted, gulping the whiskey down my throat.
"I told be careful. He is a snake. He wants everything that's mine. You were incompetent in protecting your fucking efforts. Your employees were incompetent. They must've sold it to him for some dollars. And you were ignorant fucking your bitches." He yelled, his eyes filled with anguish.
"Dad. I will get back on it. Just give me a day"
"A day? You couldn't do anything in a month, Sid. You want a day. You couldn't even get us a deal. How can I make you a CEO of my company when you can't even work competently in your own fucking company" he roared, mad at me.
I shoved my hand in my hair roughly. He gave me a don't know what will I do look and strode away from my office muttering a few swears.
Fucking hell. I am gonna kill that Bastard. Mr. Singh will be on my mind until I get back on this. I am gonna ruin his empire.
