《First one》Forty-Seven: still cute but rude

I looked at the sight in front of me. A beautiful girl finishing the rest of her pizza after I succeeded to steal a few more slices, much to her annoyance. "What?" She said while swallowing her last bit the moment she caught me staring at her.

"Nothing, I just can't get over how much you like pizza." I chuckled, carefully watching her with smoldering eyes as she put the empty box on the coffee table in front of her. She fell back against the couch letting her fall to the side until her head flopped onto my lap, my fingers quickly finding their way into her hair, petting her until she closed her eyes.

Her mind was racing as she restlessly kept tossing and turning, her head however never leaving my lap. She sighed deeply and I watched how her face changed going deeper and deeper into her thoughts.

"What are you thinking about?" I whispered, trying not to startle her while pushing a lock of hair from her forehead, putting it behind her ear.

"What are we going to do about Drew? He honestly scares me now, with the tattoo and all... I mean who does that!" She sighed deeply, opening her eyes to look up at me. My heart sank the moment she said she was scared, making me feel sad but enraged at the same time. I tried to suppress the urge to smash a door in half or something close to that, because I knew that wouldn't help her to be less scared.

"Simple, if he ever comes near you again, you tell me. If the son of a bitch does anything to scare you, you tell me. If he ever lays a single finger on you again, you tell me. Okay?" I said through my teeth trying to push away the anger but images of Bella in that car with him flash through my mind, making me more bitter than I already was.

"And then what? I'm scared he'll do something to me or to you when he finds out about us." She said, her voice cracking while her mind probably tried to imagine the moment.

"Then he's a dead man walking... I'm serious, I don't even know how I was able to walk away after I saw what Rodrigo was putting on his wrist." I said calmly, stroking my fingertips over the bridge of her nose, admiring every inch of her. Before I met her, I would have attacked that motherfucker then and there, but then again I wouldn't have cared about the name of a girl on someone's wrist. But this time it was the name of a girl I would one day maybe ink on myself and talking about tattoos... "Bells?"

"Mmhh..." She hummed, waiting for me to continue as she took one of my hands between hers pulling it over her chest so I could feel her heartbeat. I liked the calmness surrounding us un this moment, turning me to stone, not speaking not moving just feeling how her heartbeat beat against my hand.

"I have an open spot at the shop next week... do you want me to put your name on the schedule? You know, the tattoo from the bet? Rodrigo has a spot just after that I'll ask him to put my name on too. What do you say?" I hesitantly and carefully asked her, expecting her to decline, telling me I was crazy for even suggesting.

"Does it hurt?" She said, looking up, her eyes wide. I caressed her cheek, trying to... I don't know what I was trying to do, it just felt right.

"Does what hurt? Putting your name on the schedule? Nhaaa that won't kill ya." I smirked at her as she snorted out a laugh and rolled her eyes at me while sitting up right, her head leaving the warm spot in my lap. She was now sitting on her knees, facing me, her hands on my shoulders supporting her.

"No, the tattoo silly... Does it hurt?" She said and I could see some concern in her eyes. I wish I could tell her it didn't, but it depends, some people say it hurts like hell others say it's quite bearable.

"It depends, It could... especially since I'm planning on giving you an entire sleeve." I laughed her eyes immediately widening with fear. I grabbed her face between both hands, stopping her from opening her mouth to speak or squeal. "Bells, I'm kidding! It'll be something small and cute, just like you." I said before kissing the tip of her nose. "So, is that a yes?" I whispered while pulling her into my arms, her body resting against mine.

"Fine, as long as you make it perfect. You know no pressure, but a tattoo is for life if you didn't know that already." She laughed, snuggling her face into my chest as she wrapped her arms around me, filling my heart with a warm feeling, something I hadn't many times before, I was getting in deeper each minute I spend with her.

"Yeah, you're telling the guy who's covered with them." I laughed shaking my head at one of her always so funny comments. "Do you like them?...Honestly, what did you think the first time you saw them?" I asked, curious about her first thoughts the moment we met, not my finest moment I have to admit. I can't believe I acted like such a jerk to her.

"I was fascinated..." She whispered, hesitating for a moment, thinking about the right thing to say. "Especially this one." She said with much more confidence as her fingertips trailed over the tattoo in my neck, the one always peeking up from my T-shirt. The sensation of her soft fingers tracing the lines of art leaving goosebumps on their path. "I was curious how it looked without your T-shirt covering it... And I got to see it didn't I." She laughed and she sure did get to see them often. "And your finger tattoos, I really like those too." She said taking my hand in hers, intertwining our fingers so she could twist my hand in different directions, giving her the perfect opportunity to observe each and every of them. The fact she like the bits and pieces of darkness on my skin made me feel good about myself, a feeling that was absent for quite some time. All this time I was angry because I was insecure, I didn't understand myself, I tried to hide behind a tough image which included a lot of drinking, sex with random girls and doing other terrible things, never letting anyone get to me. But she got to me, and I should thank her for doing so.

"Were you going to watch a movie before I got here?" I said, noticing the television was paused on the intro of a familiar movie, I couldn't tell which on, but it wasn't something recent by the looks of the quality of the image.

"Mean girls, it's a chick flick, not really something you're going to like I guess." She giggled, her hand still holding onto mine. Right that was the movie! Mean girls...I Have slept with a few of those... I inwardly cringed at the thought of ever having sex with that type of girl.

"No it's fine, we'll watch it if you want to." I said while running my fingers up and down her arm, my thick hoodie not giving me access to her skin so I could only hope it was giving her just as much of a tingly feeling as it was doing to me. "Mia kind of made me watch it over and over while growing up. Watching it another time won't kill me. I hope." I chuckled and Bella didn't waste any time as she got up to find the remote.

"Ah found it!" She squealed when she finally found the lost remote as if she found a long-lost treasure. "Are you sure?" She said carefully, lifting up her brows and looking at me like it was million dollar question.

"You ask it as if you're asking me to sign away my organs. Yeah it's fine." I smirked at her while laying down the entire length of the couch, turning to my side to make room for her to join me. "Come here." I whispered opening my arms for her while staring at her from head to toe, those leggings still driving me as crazy as always. Keep it in your pants, just a little longer. After the date mate.

"Since when are you so cuddly?" She smiled, standing in front of me with her hands at her sides and a cocked brow.

"Does it matter? Just come here and watch your movie...Or... do you want me to be an asshole again? That can be arranged, princess." I said, teasing until she gave in and she came to lie down next to me on the couch, the movie rolling. I pulled her as close as possible, wrapping my arms around her and putting her ass right where there was room, against my dick. Her head was on the pillow next to me, my face snuggled against her and this was a position I could be in forever.

"Don't be an asshole again Lukas." She said after some minutes of silence, her hand intertwining her fingers with mine.

"I won't if you promise to never turn into one of those mean girls." I chuckled in her ear, my arms wrapping around her even more, my fella down below still not back to his neutral state, but what did I expect with her tight ass directly pressed against it.

"You mean someone like Olivia? No, never. I'd rather die." She said, her voice sounding over dramatic, not hiding her disgust in any way or form, which made me laugh. At least she's honest.

"Yeah someone like her." I whispered before pressing my lips at the spot behind her ear, feeling grateful for this even though it means watching that stupid movie again. Halfway through it I felt my eyelids getting heavy, my grip around Bells softening, my mind wandering off to a different place.

"Lukas." I heard a distant voice call for me. "Lukas." I felt the earth beneath me shake... My arm being pulled in different directions. "Lukas." The voice this time more vivid called again. "Lukas we fell asleep on the couch." Bells light voice pulled me out of a dream I couldn't remember.

"Mmhhh." I hummed, slowly opening my eyes, my vision blurred for a moment. All I could feel was the warmth of a body next to mine, a body I was holding tightly, our legs intertwined, and small kisses being planted on my cheek. My drowsy eyes started to take sight of the beautiful face in front of me, blonde with green eyes, stunning even, no especially, in the morning. "What? I didn't hear you." I whined still half asleep and my voice hoarse. I snuggled my tired face in the crook of her neck, never wanting to get up from wherever the hell we were laying, this was just way too comfortable.

"We fell asleep on the couch, it's already 9 a.m." She whispered while I was trying to comprehend what day it was. As soon as I realized, I was debating on what to do. Fuck I'm late for class but I want to stay in bed/couch with her. Shit, I can't miss this one, it's the last one before the test. But I don't want too.

"I have to go." I whispered, kissing the soft skin in her neck and trailing kisses all the way up to her lips. "I have class... uuuhm about now so I have to hurry." I whined while getting up and leaving her on the couch. I looked around, feeling sorry I couldn't stay with her but quickly found what I was looking for. I grabbed the blanket from the fauteuil next to the couch and draped it over her before quickly kissing her lips, and I wanted to kiss her again, all morning long but the clock was ticking away. "I'm sorry, you know I want to stay, right?" I tried to make up for leaving in a hurry but all she did was smirk at me as she snuggled her face in the blanket. "What?" I laughed while putting on my boots not even bothering to tie the laces, deciding to just tuck them inside.

"Gooooo, you're late Lukas." She giggled while shaking her head.

"I'll pick you up at seven! Our date, remember?" I said, throwing on my jacket and walking out the door, hearing her shout fine which was audible all the way to the hallway. Note to self, never have loud sex at her place. Jesus the walls here are paper-thin.

I parked my car and rushed into the auditorium, it being my lucky day since even the professor was late along with some other students, later on facepalming myself for not getting the memo that class was going to start half an hour late due to "unforeseen personal circumstances". Professor D. Probably wanted to bang his wife this morning, gross. I shivered at the thought.

I took a seat at the side of one of the middle rows, unpacking nothing since I didn't bring my backpack with me yesterday when I went to Isabella's. Fuck, now I can't even take notes, I have to pass the test and let today be the day Professor D is going over some possible questions. I need a pen and paper asap.

"Is this seat taken?" A familiar voice next to me asked and as soon as I looked where it was coming from the familiar voice was linked to some very sexy familiar knee-boots and a short jean skirt. Her auburn hair and piercing blue eyes hard to forget, especially since she not so subtle offered a good night fun. Jess...

"No, I guess. You have eyes, don't you?" I snapped, annoyed that I didn't bring my note block on the most important class of the semester.

"Okay, still cute but rude I see!" She huffed while taking a seat next to me, her perfume way too strong for this time of day.

"I'll try to be nice." I said in the fakest tone possible, throwing in a fitting fake smile. At the same moment the professor walked in making me realize I was as good as screwed for the test without pen and paper. "Could you maybe miss a pen and a sheet of paper?" I cleared my throat, swallowing my pride.

"And what do I get in return?" She said biting her lip-glossed bottom lip. "I might have some ideas." She said seductively while her knee accidently, not so accidently, brushed against mine. Fuck. My. Life!
