《First one》Fifteen: don't walk away

I stood with my feet glued on the floor of his apartment while he was staring at me with his thundercloud colored eyes, never breaking eye contact, not even for a second. My only escape, the door leading out of this apartment, halfway open in my back. Either I flee or I stop running away from my problems. Well, problem.
Even though my mind was raging with spiteful thoughts about him and Olivia, my mind seemed to have other plans as they took in the view. In front of me a gorgeous man in nothing but sweatpants with his hands tucked in his pockets, the tattoo on his forearm on full display. I would be blind if I hadn't noticed the V that rose up from his sweats. Lukas was fit and I'm sure he knew it. I shook my head trying to shake some sense into my senses.
"I'm done listening to your crap!" I said, trying not to scream and almost failing to do so. The expression on his face dropped while he cocked his head back, swallowing and closing his eyes at the same time. After the words left my mouth a little bit too confident, I tried making my way to the door, picking an attempt to escape over another waisted argument with him.
"Don't walk away from me." He said softly while pushing the door shut before I could flee away from his presence. He stood behind me while I was facing the closed door, his hand resting on the painted wood, caging me on one side. I wasn't ready to turn around, yet. I needed a minute to think, another minute to compose myself and a whole year to be able to face him. Lukas wasn't going to wait that long; I knew that when his fingers touched the back of my spine, sending an uncontrollable shiver through my entire body.
His fingers lingered for a second before running them up, following the curve of every single bone which forced me to take a sharp breath. I wanted to think about something else, anything else to distract myself but those attempts were in vain as the only thing I could concentrate on was the sensation, caused by his soft touch. When the path of destruction he trailed over my spine reached my neck I couldn't do anything else but to roll my head back with pleasure giving in to his hand that was by now cupping the back of my head. I closed my eyes to completely feel whatever it was he made me feel.
His hand gently guided me to turn around and face him, something I was reluctant to do a minute ago but dying for at this very moment. With both his hands cupping my face he tilted my head to meet his eyes, his beautiful eyes. My lips parted to say I had to leave and that this wasn't a good idea, but my body protested cutting my vocal cords and trapping the words in my throat, condemned to stay down there forever.

He took a step forward and I followed his movement until I felt my back hitting something. My mind was too much in a daze to be bothered by what it was, but I figured it was the door, nothing deadly. What was life-threatening was the speed of my heartbeat pounding out of my chest. While seconds went by his eyes kept exploring my face like a map, trying to get to know every inch or imperfection. His eyes, as cloudy as they were, looked soft and wanting and it felt like I was all he could see, like all he had ever seen. While our eyes kept busy studying each other's souls his fingers reached up finding their way through my hair. the softness of his touch making me melt in front of him, leaning into his touch.
There was still space between our bodies, and I couldn't bare this torture anymore. I put myself out of my misery and closed the painful space as my fingers gripped onto the side of his warm body pulling him completely against me. My sudden action surprised him, making him grin, lighting up his eyes with a sense of happiness I hadn't seen him wear before. The astound expression on his face encouraged my hands to rise up, trailing my fingers over the hot skin of his back pulling him even closer into me.
With my back against the wall and Lukas caging my body I had nowhere to go. He gently leaned his forehead against mine, his large hands in my small neck surrounding me with warmth and his newfound happiness. I could see he was hesitating, having an internal debate with himself whether or not this was a good idea. The longer he had his smoldering yet questioning eyes on me the more anxious I got doubting myself and my decisions, causing me to pull my bottom lip between my teeth.
My hands had explored every inch of his back and were in desperate need of new territory, so they trailed a seductive path along his ribs to the front of his chest tracing some of his tattoos along their way. His hands were jealous of the way mine touched his body so one of his decided to explore my face, tucking a strand of hair behind my ear before his thumb gently caressed my bottom lip releasing it from between my teeth. With his hand on my cheek he leaned in towards my lips our foreheads still touching. His nose brushed against mine and that alone electrified every fiber in my body. If this is what a single brush of his nose could cause imagine my body completely exploding when he came even closer our lips touching ever so slightly. The way he made me feel, the way his touch filled my entire being, that wasn't something I had ever experienced with someone else, not even the slightest when I kissed Drew and it instantly made me feel guilty.
"Wait." I whispered quiet enough, hoping he hadn't heard it. The words only escaping my mouth to hush my conscience.

"Why?" He whispered against my lips while he pushed back my forehead with his, begging for me to take my words back. Why was this a bad idea?I asked myself. When I felt his warm and minty breath caress my lips, I threw every reason I had not to give into my desire out of the window. I pushed myself up on my toes gaining height, enough to push our lips together completely loosing sense of my surroundings. At this moment it was only me and him and our lips kissing each other like we both had been missing out something before. His lips were greedy as he pushed himself more into the kiss leaning down as my hands shot up to his cheeks, my fingertips aware of every inch of his beautiful face. I felt his hand go down the back of my body, wrapping his arm around me and evaporating the little space left between us. He pulled back to examine the look on my face and when he saw I was smiling he didn't hesitate to run his tongue over my bottom lip. He didn't even need to ask; my mouth was already parting inviting his tongue. When he entered my mouth, I felt the butterflies in my stomach provoke a third World War with the pins that were slowly vanishing into thin air. His tongue wanted every piece of me as his hands slid underneath my shirt, his fingers slowly but voraciously stroking my sensitive skin. My hands in his neck pulled him closer into the kiss but when I realized we weren't alone in the apartment, I pulled back leaving us both panting, searching for a breath.
"What's wrong." He whispers before carefully pushing my hair out of my face.
"We should stop this before Olivia get out of your room and makes you a witness to murder." I said sternly, my voice anxious even when I thought about how this could end for me.
"What are you talking about?" He said surprised, pulling his brows up and looking at me like I had something on my face. His hands still on my waist but with more space between us that before I decided to open my stupid mouth.
"Olivia. Your. Room. Murder." I mocked but meaning every word of it. He said nothing in response, instead he looked at me with his biggest smirk yet while putting his hands in his side. His grin turned into a laugh when I frowned my brows trying to figure out what he was smirking about.
"What's so funny?" I said while he kept laughing. Before I could blink my eyes, his arms went around my legs, playfully swinging me over his shoulder.
"Lukas what the hell are you doing?" I raised my voice before he patted my behind trying to shut me up. "Put me down!" I demanded while he walked to somewhere I couldn't see because the idiot had me almost hanging upside down. With a thud he sat me down turning me around in one single motion. We were in his room, the walls painted black with a large bed with grey sheets, not made up at all. "What the hell was that for?" I said slapping his arm with the back of my hand.
"Well, do you see a brunette named Olivia bitching around in this room? He chuckled before raising his brows at me.
"No?" I said to my own surprise that she wasn't in the room, not a trace of that snake.
"So..." He grinned putting his hands in the air as if asking me the question with his body.
"She didn't stay over?" I said, mentally feeling like I was solving the hardest equation in history.
"Well thank you Einstein!" He said, putting his hands together and looking up at the ceiling. "That's what I wanted to tell you... I didn't even go out with her yesterday. Kind of kicked her out of my car." He smirked before shrugging his shoulders. Do I even want to know what he did then? He walked over to his dresser taking out a black hoodie and quickly pulling it over his head. His hair all messed up by the fabric sliding over it, still looking cute as hell, maybe even more so. Before closing the drawer, he pulled out the same hoodie he gave to me the other day. "Here, put this on." He said softly handing me the hoodie.
"Why?" I shook my head trying to figure him out, once again.
"Because I'm giving you a ride, I'm not letting you walk home by yourself." He shrugged eyeing me up and down while I pulled the hoodie over my head, letting the softness engulf me as the oversized fabric hugged my body.
"Then why do I need this hoodie." I asked him while putting my hands in the air showing him the long sleeves that ran past my little hands. I was getting more and more confused by the minute.
"Because you'll freeze your tight ass off if not." He said while he put on black boots, lacing them up, and looking at me as he did so. His eyes happy and excited, as if he was a kid who was given candy. "Come... " He said while taking my hand, intertwining our fingers as if it was the most natural thing to do. "I'm driving you home." He smirked before dragging me out the apartment. Knowing that smirk on his face, there was more to the story than just a simple car ride home and I wasn't sure if I wanted to find out... I hate surprises...
