"Morning, Mom," I said, walking into the kitchen.
Even though my father is the Alpha and I'm going to be Alpha soon, we have our own house. The pack house is five minutes from here, but we wanted our own space.
Her dark brown hair was pinned in a bun while she was applying mascara to her gray eyes. She waved when I walked in.
"Good morning, sweetie. Where is your sister?" She asked, walking over to the table.
I shrugged, grabbing an apple out of the fruit bowl,"Probably making out with Caleb."
"Haha," Mom said with a bored tone.
"Talking about me?" My twin sister, Allison, walked in.
We look exactly like each other, but my hair and eyes are darker than hers. She walked over to the fridge, and she grabbed the milk out of the fridge.
"Caleb, come on out," I yelled, hearing his heartbeat in the hallway.
He came in with a sheepish smile. I looked over to my mother to see her looking at Allison and back at Caleb. I smirked, knowing that I was right.
"Morning, Luna Gabrielle. Grayson," Caleb said, walking over to me.
Caleb is my third in command, and he also my sister's mate.
"I just listen to you from now on, Grayson," Mom said before exiting the kitchen.
"Hey guys," Isabelle said, walking through the kitchen door with her mate Julian behind her.
Julian is my fourth in command. I know that Alpha's don't really have fourth in commands, but I make my rules.
The only ones we are missing now is my beta and his mate, Zoey. Allison and Isabelle were talking about going to the movies Friday when Tyler and Zoey popped in.
Seeing them with their mates gives me a upset feeling in my gut. I turned eighteen three months ago, and my mate still hasn't appeared.

"Grayson, are you alive?" Julian asked beside me.
I nodded,"Yep. Just thinking about something."
"We have that stupid Math today which I didn't not study for," Isabelle whined.
"It's really not that hard. Just some division, subtraction, and pie," Zoey said with a shrug of her shoulders.
"Well some of us are dumb, unlike you," Tyler said, leaning against the counter.
"You kids better head to school or you'll be late," Mom said, walking back into the kitchen.
"She's right. We have like ten minutes before first period starts," Caleb agreed, standing up from the chair.
Before we could walk out the door, Haas, one of our fighters, mind-linked us.
Vampire attack at the east border. There is thirty of them.
"Looks like we're going to be late for school," I said, and they nodded.
Then we all shifted into our wolves. We ran through the woods towards the east border, and we stopped when we saw wolves and vampires fighting each other.
Let's go. Watch you back because their bite is deadly.
They all nodded, and we ran out to the fight. I jumped into the air, and I landed on one of the vampires. I ripped their head off, and I took off to the next one.
I saw Zoey struggling in a vampire's grip. He had his arms wrapped around her ribs, trying to break them, but she was thrashing around to much for him to do it.
I ran over there, and I ripped him away from her. I ripped his head off, and I looked back at her making sure she was okay. Her light brown wolf gave me a nod, and I looked around to see where everybody was at.
Tyler's blonde wolf was attacking two vampires at the same time with Caleb's dark brown wolf. Then Isabelle's reddish-brownish wolf was helping a wolf since he was injured. Julian's light gray wolf was behind us, and he was checking for any vampires we could interrogate. Lastly Allison's black wolf, which looks like me, was searching through the woods just in case.

The only difference between Allison's wolf and mine is that hers has bright blue eyes while mine had dark golden eyes.
We shifted back, and we grabbed some clothes from our hiding spots. Everybody has hidden places around the territory where they keep clothes in case they shift without taking them off.
"Those were some tough vampires," Allison said, wiping blood from her mouth.
"Thank you, Grayson for saving me," Zoey told me.
"You're welcome. Now come on, we still have classes to attend to," I said, sliding my shirt on.
"Ugh. Why do we have to go to those? We could skip," Caleb suggested.
"I just have a feeling that something is going to happen," I said, before adding,"and we need to go in order to graduate."
"I guess we will let the guards clean this up," Julian said, referring to the dead bodies.
We started to walk back through the woods to our vehicles. When we got to our vehicles, it was 8:43, meaning that when we got there it would be the middle of first period.
I got into my car, and I drove out to the main road. The pack house and my house are thirty minutes away from the main road. It's deep into the woods, and rarely nobody comes down here because of the black gate.
Forty minutes later, I parked my car in the school's parking lot. The rest of the group were behind me, and I waited for them to get out of their cars.
Then we walked into the office to see Mrs. Quinn filling out paperwork. I mind-linked her about what happened. Yes, our principle was a werewolf. Majority of the school are werewolves.
She nodded her head, and we walked out of the office.
"Mrs. Jackson's class here we come," Caleb announced, dramatically.
I rolled my eyes while the others were talking about the latest Marvel movie. When we were outside her door, I smelled something sweet like strawberries.
I sniffed the air, and the others have already gone inside the classroom. I shrugged to myself, and I walked in, but the smell was stronger in the classroom.
I looked around then I saw her. Her long blonde hair was on her shoulder, and her brown eyes were looking into mine. Beautiful was an understatement; she was gorgeous.
I know what she was; my mate.
"Mate," I barely whispered, and she looked at me with a surprise look on her face.
How did she hear me?
My friends look shocked too, but I didn't care. I found my mate. My soulmate.
And I couldn't wait to get to know her.

Humans, Elves, Beastmen. All of them. Within these contradictions, a miracle might manifest. But this tended to work with a trial and error methodology. Most mortals never got the happy ending. This diary is my journey alongside a few students of mine. In simple terms - they learn, they grow, they fight. They'll journey through centuries of conflict, from the physical to the educational.
