That night, Lu JingYan fell into a deep nightmare. The cold and bloody scene invaded his consciousness and made him feel nauseated.

Chi Ying went silent. She had already gone there with Chi Cheng two days ago.

She pulled out the tickets from the drawing. Yesterday was the last day of the show.

“Yes, but I think it ended yesterday.”

“They extended it by a day,” said Lu JingYan.

She accepted his invitation.

After being busy for a few days, Lu JingYan finally signed his name on the very last document.

He cleaned up this desk, stood up, and put on his suit jacket.

Jiang Chong was shocked when he saw that. He triple checked the scheduled and confirmed that there was no meetings lined up and asked dubiously. “Boss Lu, where are you heading to now?”

Lu JingYan smiled slight. “No need to stay late today. You can head out now.”

Jiang Chong even felt a little bit of displeasure when he was told that he didn’t need to stay late that night.

He could already hear his elderlies nagging about him still being single the minute that he walked inside the house.

As much as Lu JingYan had him stayed late normally, he never had a ton of work. They still beat being home having his ears talked off.
