Ban was awoken by a warm sensation on his forehead, his nose being bombarded by the delicious smell of breakfast. The familiarity of the aroma was comforting, bringing him back to faint childhood memories (from when he occasionally stole meals from restaurants or homes) and various other moments in his life, most of them involving you.
His eyes opened slowly, and he groaned as he outstretched his arms and legs, the limbs letting out several satisfying cracks. He blinked groggily, inhaling the warm scent of food.
"Morning, sleepyhead."
Your giggle woke him up instantly, a small smile making its way to his lips as he turned his head, looking at you. You had major bedhead, your (h/c) hair frizzy and all out of wack. Your eyes still drooped slightly from sleep, and all you wore was a pair of underwear and one of his shirts, which you insisted on wearing to sleep.
"Mornin'," He muttered, his voice still hoarse from sleep. He leaned up, pressing his lips against yours in a simple kiss, which lasted no more than a few seconds. You hummed contently at the action, grinning wide when he pulled away.
"Happy birthday," you laughed, "I got you your favorite breakfast, and I already made reservations at Storyteller's."
"Thanks, hot stuff. You really are perfect."
Your face warmed at the compliment, and the bright red cheeks that came with your flush puffed out in embarrassment- a force of habit. "Its my job to do nice things on your birthday."
"Nah, you're just amazing," he hummed, wrapping his arms around your back and pulling you into bed with him. You laughed, wrapping your arms around him and burying your face in his hair.
"Love you, Ban."
"Aw, thanks shorty."
"Hey!"
"Geez, calm down," he chuckled, hugging you tighter. "Love you, too, (y/n)."
"That's better."
You two had made good time getting into the park, showing up for the extra 'Magical Hour' that you received for staying in a Disneyland hotel. He had devoured the entirety of his meal while you were getting ready, you occasionally stealing bites. He threw on his usual black skinny jeans and red sneakers, as well as a jacket around his waist and another sitting comfortably on his shoulders. Somehow, you had convinced him to wear one of those cheesy couple shirts. They were white, with the silhouetted faces of Jack and Sally from 'The Nightmare Before Christmas'. Yours read 'His Sally' and his read 'Her Jack' in pale orange letters. Never would Ban admit it, but he thought it was cute how you insisted on wearing shirts that proclaimed you were together.
"Y'know, I never understood why you wear two jackets," you laughed as you wandered around the park, heading to the rides that were usually the most crowded: Madderhorn, (the newly labeled) Hyper Space Mountain, and Big Thunder Mountain. "Like, isn't it inconvenient to have a jacket around your waist and to wear one?"
"You just don't understand fashion," he smirked, gesturing down to your outfit. You were wearing the couple t-shirt, tied up so it rested comfortably on your stomach, and it was accompanied by a pair of black high-waisted shorts. You had a small, Marvel hand-purse that slung around your shoulder, and black and white converse with white knee-socks.
"Oh, come on, I'm adorable," you smiled, sticking out your tongue and blowing a raspberry at him. He couldn't help but agree, but he couldn't admit that. Not when he could tease you.
"Yeah, yeah," he chuckled, the smile that had been present on his lips all morning still shining. "Whatever you say."

"You're an ass."
"Looks like you fell for an ass, then."
"Pffft," you laughed, turning so that you got into the nearly nonexistent line at Space Mountain. Tomorrowland was the closest to the entrance, so, naturally, it was the first place you went. "And you fell for a bimbo with the sense of style of a rock. How do you feel?"
"Pretty damn good," he grinned, leaning down and blowing a small raspberry in the crook of your neck. You laughed, scrunching up your neck in a feeble attempt to get him off of you. You stepped into the car, followed by Ban. The two of you followed the instructions of the woman on the speaker, buckling your seatbelts and tugging on a yellow strap, signifying you were secured in the vehicle safely.
The ride zoomed forward, and you jerked around the various turns. You squealed in delight with every movement of the car, laughing and clutching you boyfriend's arm as you watched the TIE Fighters and rebel ships zoom through the screens around you. He smiled, enjoying both the ride and your adorable reactions. If Ban was being honest, going to Disneyland was a bit of a drag- unless he went with you. You, somehow, always managed to make everything way better than it should be.
When you got off the ride, you bounded over to the picture areas, tugging Ban along with you, giggling like an idiot. He rolled his eyes but still followed, smiling. When you reached the picture screens, he laughed.
"Your face! Priceless!" He wheezed, pointing at the picture. You had your eyes closed and were clutching his arm, your mouth open mid-laugh. You had to admit, it wasn't the greatest picture you'd ever seen of yourself. However, you still snapped a picture of it with your phone, hoping to download it onto your camera role using the code.
"Hey!" You huffed, puffing out your cheeks, "At least I don't look like I'm a model!" You gestured toward his face in the picture- he was staring directly at the camera, his signature smirk on his face and his tongue hanging out. He held a peace-sign up with one arm and had the other casually by his side, and seemed completely unbothered by you holding it, almost as if you weren't there.
"Was that supposed to be an insult?" He laughed, wrapping his arm around your shoulder as the two of you exited the ride.
"It's hard to insult you when you're perfect at everything!" You spat, crossing you arms.
"Aw, thanks, shortstack," he purred.
"Shut it, Chewbacca!"
"Oh, nice reference~"
You giggled, glaring playfully in his direction. He flashed you a toothy smile, causing you to flush and turn your head away. No matter how long the two of you had been together, his smile always made you flustered. Not only was he hot as hell, he was cute as shit, too.
After about four hours and wandering around and going on rides, the two of you had decided that you should go have lunch. Afterward, Ban wanted to head over to the other park, California Adventure. If he wanted, you could always head back to Disney, but there were a few rides over there that Ban desperately wanted to take you on. Namely, the new 'Incredicoaster' and the remade 'Tower of Terror', 'Guardians of the Galaxy, Mission: Breakout!'. You were a humongous nerd about superheroes and comic books, so you were excited to see what they did with the decorations. However, large drops and big rollercoasters weren't exactly your favorite.

The two of you had decided to go to a restaurant in Adventureland called 'The Bengal Barbecue', mainly because Ban had been pretty intrigued by the restaurant, and this was his birthday trip, after all. The food looked pretty good, though, so you didn't mind.
"Mmm, I'll have (f/f)," You hummed, closing the menu in front of you. You smiled up at the waiter, a young man with blonde hair, which was styled obnoxiously, and purple eyes, which highlighted his defined muscles. It was an innocent gesture on your part, most certainly. The only person you had any interest in was Ban- no 21-year-old waiter at a random restaurant would change that.
"No problem, cutie," The man, Hauser, as his nametag read, winked. You frowned, looking up at him.
"Don't call her that, asswipe," Ban hissed, glaring up at the boy. He looked over at your boyfriend, then sweatdropped, immediately noticing his menacing glare and muscular physique.
"Oh, uh, sorry man," he stuttered, "I didn't mean to-"
"Pardon me," You hummed, addressing another waiter- a girl who was much shorter than you were. She looked over at your table, approaching you.
"Yes, ma'am?" she asked, glancing between you, Hauser, and Ban, her eyes lingering on him slightly longer than the other two.
"Would you mind serving us? Your friend here is making us a bit uncomfortable."
"Again, Hauser?" She glared at the man, who sweatdropped again. She sighed, shooing him away to a table where a large family was sitting, then quickly coming back to you. "I'm sorry about him. He's obnoxious. I'm Jericho, what can I get you?
"Thanks, Ms. Jericho," You smiled, then proceeded to order, along with Ban, who was still glaring in the direction of your previous waiter. You chuckled at his actions, reaching across the table and grabbing one of his hands once your new waiter left. "Calm down, Ban."
"He was flirting with you," he huffed.
"It's not like it was gonna go anywhere," You laughed, "He's not my type."
"And what is your type exactly?" He questioned, not once moving his gaze from the man. You laughed again, putting your hand on your chin, mocking a thinking gesture.
"Hmm," you started, "Well I like tall guys, around 6'9", with pretty, light blue hair and bright red eyes. Also, it's a bonus if their name is Ban- I've always loved the name."
He looked over at you, a smile tugging at his lips upon seeing your beaming grin as you stared at him. You loved him, and he loved you. He knew that- he just couldn't help but get annoyed *cough cough* jealous *cough cough* when other guys flirted with you. However, he wasn't surprised that it happened. You were probably the most amazing girl any guy could get- and it astonished him how he got so lucky.
"So calm down," you laughed, squeezing his hand. "You're my dream guy- and no one could take that away from me. Or you."
"I don't blame you," he smirked, "I am pretty lovable."
"Hey Hauser~" You purred, causing him to growl from across the table. You giggled, leaning forward and planting a kiss on his lips. Once you pulled away, your grinned, "Love you, Tree Legs."
"Love ya too, Stumpy."
You laughed, then beamed, seeing your new waiter approaching the table, holding two trays with either of your orders on them. Once you received the meals, you squealed a thank-you, then began digging in, Ban doing the same. As you ate, the two of you chatted mindlessly, talking about whatever came to mind. It was really nice, you had to admit. Conversations with no designated topic or purpose were always the best, in your opinion. When it came to Ban, he just liked talking to you, no matter what it was about.
"No way!" You huffed, "The Avengers are way better than the Justice League!"
"Hah? Are you kidding me? The Justice League is like a hundred times bigger! Everyone loves the Justice League!" Ban said back, biting into a fry.
"But the Avengers are OG!" You insisted, "The superhero-est of superheroes! Not to mention they have every type of superhero there is!"
"Really? Please, list them."
"So you have the rich guy without powers, but he's still a badass-" you started, but he cut you off.
"Batman," he sighed, causing your eyebrows to twitch irritably.
"Then there's the golden boy, who's got basic powers and everyone loves-"
"Superman."
"A god who is overpowered-"
"Wonder Woman."
"An insanely strong guy, who's also extremely intelligent-"
"Martian Manhunter. Do you really wanna keep going?" Ban chuckled.
"Yes! Then there's Black Widow, who's a super spy-"
"Look, I'm always down to argue with you about whether Marvel or DC is better, but I'm gonna hit the bathroom real quick," he spoke, standing up and ruffling your hair before giving you a quick peck on the forehead. "Be right back."
"Then we'll continue?" You smirked, "I'm itching to prove you wrong."
"Sure," he chuckled, "Whatever you want."
You beamed, waving to him as he set off to relive himself. You sat at the table, picking at your food and occasionally sipping from your drink, (f/d). It got quite boring without someone to talk to, so you occupied yourself by glancing around the dining area. Again, there was nothing too interesting. You sighed, standing up and deciding you make use of your free time to stand and get some napkins, as well as get fast passes for both the Incredicoaster and the Guardians ride. Once those were set, due in about an hour, you set off to find the stand where various condiments, straws, napkins, and other dining necessities were conglomerated.
Eventually you found them, although, it's not like it was hard. A large countertop with groups of people constantly swarming it was easy to locate, especially since the restaurant wasn't too crowded. You grabbed a few napkins, as well as some extra ketchup packets. As you were leaving, however, you spotted your boyfriend. Your eyes widened in surprise and a grin instantly made its way onto your lips, however, it fell rather quickly once you identified his situation.
He was standing near the bathrooms on the side closest to your table, leaning against the wall and looking particularly annoyed. Your waiter, that Jericho girl, and a short blonde girl were both flanking him, preventing him from leaving without shoving them out of the way. Knowing him, he wouldn't do such a thing. They were both blushing furiously, looking up at him with wide and and chatting his ears off.
Your fists clenched and your eyebrows twitched in annoyance, the ketchup packets bursting in your hand and squirting across the floor, a small splatter getting on your leg. You speed-walked over to the group, starting to hear their conversation as you got closer.
"Come on, you can do so much better than her!" The short, blonde girl insisted. "She's too loud- and obnoxious!"
"Yeah! I'm way better than her! Way hotter, too!" Jericho agreed, and the two girls glared at each other sideways.
"You're too hot to be with a girl like her," the blonde continued, "Be with me! I'll treat you way better!"
"I know right," You purred, going in between the two girls. You rested one of your elbows on the blonde girl's head, and the other on Jericho's shoulder. They both looked at you, absolutely mortified that you had overheard what they were saying. "That girl is so ugly, I can't believe you're with someone like her!" You smirked at Ban, and it was very obvious that he was trying, and failing, to hold in his snickers. "I think you should go for someone a little bit taller than these two, though. Y'know~ like me!"
You grinned widely, the girls still staring at you, red-faced and in disbelief. Ban smirked, removing himself from the wall and approaching your form, in the middle of the two girls. You removed your arms from their shoulders as he wrapped his own, muscular arms around your shoulders, not sparing a glance at them as the two of you began to walk away.
"You're the hottest 'a the three anyway," he grinned, walking back to the table with you. At the last second, you turned your head around, blowing a raspberry at the two girls, who were watching the two of you retreat, arms crossed.
The two of you quickly made your way back to the table, sitting in your respective seats. You huffed, crossing your arms as you glared across the dining area, eyes boring into the two girls.
"Someone jealous?" Ban purred, smirking at you. He rest his head in his palm, his elbow sitting on the surface of the table.
"Says you," You grinned, gesturing to the blonde waiter from earlier. He rolled his eyes.
"Fine, we're even."
You laughed, smiling brightly. "I think it's a bit heavy on your side."
"Y'know, that blonde girl wasn't too bad looking~"
"I'll kill you."
"Love you too~"
You had quickly made it to the front of the line of the newly-installed Incredicoaster, and were now standing behind two younger kids. They were chatting with their friends, who stood in the front of their designated lines in three other rows. There were eight of them, I think, and they were chatting about a group of pretty well-known military criminals. It was cute. Or at least, it would have been, had you not been getting particularly antsy about the roller coaster.
It's not like you didn't enjoy them, you were actually quite the thrill seeker. It was a recurring theme that you would be scared shitless until you actually rode the ride.
"Katts, gimme my bracelet back!" The little girl in front of you shouted, reaching upward in an attempt to grab the bracelet from her friend's hand. She had (h/c) hair that matched yours, accompanied by crimson eyes like Ban's. Both you and Ban thought she was adorable, and her friend wasn't to bad himself. He was tall, and had spiky black hair with bright blue eyes, a mischievous grin gracing his features. "Katts! Give it!"
"Get it yourself!" The boy, Katts, laughed. It was quite obvious that it was playful banter, especially since the both of them were grinning like idiots. "C'mon Emma, just jump!"
The girl, Emma, laughed, jumped as high as she could in an attempt to grab the jewelry. Still, she couldn't get close enough to grab it. You chuckled, looking up at your boyfriend.
"That reminds me suspiciously of someone I know," You hummed, grinning up at him. He grinned back to you.
"I couldn't guess who," Ban replied, sarcasm dripping quite obviously from his voice. You laughed in response, watching as the car, which the children were going to board, pulled up.
"Okay, Katts, give it back now," Emma demanded, outstretching her hand with a quiet puff.
"No way! You didn't earn it!" He said back, poking his tongue out at her, still holding the bracelet above his head.
"But the roller coaster's here!"
"Then get it after!"
"No, give it back!"
"Yoink," you reached forward, stealing the bracelet from his hand. Both children simultaneously looked up at you, seeing your good-natured smile. You bent down, handing the bracelet to the girl. "Here you go. It'd be a waste if a pretty girl like you didn't get to wear a nice bracelet like you."
"No way," she breathed, looking at you and Ban with wide eyes. "(Y/N) and Ban... Katts... that's (y/n) and Ban..!"
"Wow, really?" The boy asked, eyes shining with delight as he whisper-shouted to his friend whilst looking up at Ban. You smiled, handing the girl the bracelet. You placed a finger on your lips, winking at them. They both nodded vigorously.
