《The Muggle || Draco Malfoy》37 - Harry's Dick Move

I heard the door behind me open as I washed my hands. Jesus - Draco could be so impatient sometimes. I knew he worried about me, but I was hardly going to face any danger in the girls bathroom.
"I'm just coming!" I yelled, shaking my hands and looking up into the mirror.
My heart stopped.
"Wh-what are you doing here?" I trembled, looking into Harry's sinister reflection. I felt my chest tighten when I noticed the wand in his right hand, which he was idly tapping against his leg.
"I know who you are." Harry simply stated.
"Where's Draco?" I asked, ignoring him, "what have you done to him?"
Harry barked out a loud guffaw, making me wince, "I didn't do anything! Seems your dedicated boyfriend has exhausted himself into a coma working for your master!"
"My m-master? What are you talking about?"
"Oh, of course! You don't know, do you! Well I'm pretty sure Lord Voldemort will welcome you with open arms seeing as you are fucking one of his Death Eaters and are the niece of another. You don't get much more acquainted than that."
"Harry, I seriously don't know what you are talking about. I don't have an uncle. You have been misinformed." I said shakily, trying to edge myself away from the sink and towards the nearest cubicle.
Harry roared with laughter again, as if I had just told the funniest joke. This guy was clearly bonkers. And I didn't feel safe with him one bit.
I thought about shouting out for Draco, but I was terrified of what Harry was capable of doing with that wand.
"Oh, it is not me who has been misinformed, Astrid, it is you. And your 'boyfriend' out there - he knows too. He's known for months. And he's been keeping it from you all this time."
"Knows what?!" I screamed in frustration, suddenly feeling angry and frightened at not having a frigging clue what this lunatic was going on about.
Suddenly the door burst open.
"Potter!" Draco snarled, brandishing his wand and pointing it furiously in Harry's direction.
In one instant motion, Harry lifted his own wand and flicked it towards Draco, a jet of light missing him by inches, shattering the lamp on the wall behind him.
I screamed in horror, and Draco shot a jet of light back at Harry, who dived out of the way, causing a cubicle door to smash into smithereens.
Draco flew across the bathroom towards me, where I was cowering under the sinks, crying in utmost fear.

"We've just been having a little chat about that family of yours, haven't we, Astrid?" Harry laughed, as he flung another jet of light towards Draco who somehow managed to deflect it with his own jet of light.
"Shut it, Potter!" Draco growled fiercely, flicking his wand again and blowing up a toilet behind Harry's head, causing water to pour everywhere.
"I thought you'd be overjoyed, Malfoy?! Another way to get good marks in Snape's classes - by screwing his long lost niece!"
Snape was my uncle? But how could that be?
I looked up at Draco who's face had turned a furious pink. He glared in utmost hatred at Harry, lifting his wand and vehemently opened his mouth, "Cruci-"
"SECTUMPSEMPRA!"
A horrified scream stuck in the back of my throat as I suddenly found myself covered in blood from head to toe.
It took me a moment to realise it wasn't mine.
And when Draco fell to the floor with a splash, the scream suddenly left me as I took in his torn, limp body. Blood spurted out of him at an alarming rate, as though he'd been slashed with a mighty sword.
My heart in my throat, I threw myself forward, trying desperately to stem the flow of blood with my hands, but there was too much and it was coming out too quick.
"Draco!" I cried, "Draco, tell me what to do!"
His hands scrabbled wildly at his chest as his eyes looked up into mine, and I could see the wild panic in them as the life started ebbing from his body.
"D-don't let S-Snape see you..." He choked out between gasps, grasping at my hands. I held them tightly in mine, kissing them as tears rolled down my face. "D-Dumbledore - t-tell Dumbledore that..."
But what it was that Draco wanted me to tell Dumbledore, I never found out, as Draco's eyes rolled up into his head, his whole body shaking uncontrollably.
"Draco!" I cried feeling utterly helpless. Panicked, I shot my head up at Harry, who was just standing in stunned silence - his mouth gaping open like a goldfish. I felt a sudden, boiling anger swirl in my stomach.
"HELP!" I screamed furiously at him, "DON'T JUST STAND THERE! HELP ME!"
And just then, the bathroom door flung open.
A feeling of both horror and relief hit me as Snape - face livid - came storming in, pushing Harry viciously out of the way.
"Move aside, girl," he growled, as he knelt down by Draco and immediately started tracing his wand over the deep wounds Harry's curse had made, muttering an incantation that sounded almost like a song.

Gasping wild, panicked breaths, I fell back, as the swirling mixture of blood and water soaked me, my stone cold fear abating upon seeing the flow of blood from Draco seemingly ease.
Sobbing, I watched, hypnotised as Snape knitted Draco's wounds with his wand.
After what seemed like forever, Snape finally lowered his wand and stood up, helping an extremely weak Draco up with him, supporting him to a standing position.
"We need to get you straight to the hospital wing..." Snape ordered, as he started to lead him towards the door, before he paused in his tracks, turning his head slowly to rest his glittering black eyes on me.
"You, girl," he said in a soft, dangerous voice, "come!"
My heart hammered in fear as his eyes bore into mine. All I could think about was Harry's revelation that this man was my uncle, and then Draco's panicked warning to stay away from him, and to go and tell Dumbledore... tell Dumbledore what, exactly?
"I said come, child!" Snape commandeered again, making me flinch in fear. "Now!"
Too afraid to argue with this man, I slowly stood up, only half aware that I was dripping in blood and water, and made my way across the bathroom.
"N-No!" Draco choked out, barely able to lift his head, as he leant heavily on Snape.
"Quiet, boy! Preserve your energy," Snape ordered, leading us out.
As we passed Harry, I felt that familiar stirring of hatred swirl in my stomach. Snape ordered him to stay where he was, his voice laced with a deadly, cold anger.
I silently followed them out of the bathroom, all the way to the hospital wing. I never took my eyes off of Draco, my heart fearful as he seemed to drift in and out of consciousness, his head lolling forwards as Snape carried him in a surprisingly effortlessly manner.
A plump, yet kind faced woman came bustling over as soon as we entered, immediately seeing to Draco at once. I watched in horror as she lay him down onto a bed and stripped away his torn shirt, revealing horrific red raw scars all across his chest. She swabbed some clear liquid all over him, pausing only for a fraction of a second when she lifted his left arm.
"I trust I can rely on your strict confidence, Poppy," Snape said slowly, once she had finished attending to Draco's scars.
The nurse looked up at him, her eyes darting warily across to me.
"But he's just a child, Severus," she said sadly, her voice wobbling slightly as she looked back at his poor torn body, his Dark Mark visible to us all.
I itched to go to him, to lie down beside him and feel his heart beating next to mine.
"I assure you, Poppy," Snape continued, "I'm doing everything in my power to help him, but for now he needs the care only you can provide, so I ask again, can I trust your discretion in this matter?"
The nurse nodded, "the boy's health is my only concern, Severus." Her eyes darted back to me. "What about the girl? Who is she to you and the boy?"
"That is not a matter I'm willing to discuss," Snape said slowly, "I'm dealing with her."
My heart thudded in fear. I didn't like the way he was speaking about me. I was terrified about what was going to happen. I just wanted Draco to wake up and be okay again. I wanted him to hold me and tell me everything was going to be all right.
Snape turned his face towards mine, looking stern. "Come, girl,"
But I stood frozen on the spot, looking fretfully over to Draco.
"I don't want to leave him," I whispered, "please..."
And to my horror, tears started rolling down my cheeks as I stood gulping and gasping, suddenly feeling so afraid - afraid for Draco and afraid at what was about to happen to me.
"Oh you poor child!" The nurse said at once, hurriedly stepping towards me, but was halted by Snape who stepped swiftly in front of me, shaking his head at her.
"Severus, please, she's in shock, she needs treatment!" The nurse implored.
"She is not a Hogwarts student, Poppy, she is in my care and I'm about to deal with her."
"I won't have this, Severus," The nurse warned, taking a side step around him and grabbing my arm, "student or not - she's in my hospital and therefore she's my patient!"
Snape's eyes glittered down upon her, looking from me back to her again before sighing. "Very well, keep her in for the night. But on the condition that strictly no visitors are allowed."
I felt a huge wave of relief sweep over me, and gratefully allowed Poppy to start ushering me towards the bed next to Draco's.
"I'll be back for the girl first thing," Snape muttered from the doorway, "in the meantime, I've got a complete imbecile to deal with."
