《The Boy with the Beautiful Name》Roomy

The automatic window screens pulled away to reveal the most incredible ocean view Sara had ever seen. There was nothing out there but blue sky and sky blue water.

As Sara caught her breath, she finally looked around at the room she was in. The floors and walls were made of a white and gray-colored marble. Real gold sparkled from every corner of the room, from the bed posts and headboard, to the ceiling, to the large vanity dresser in the corner.

A golden couch with gold, velvety cushions stood in the corner of the room near the ocean view windows.

Sara tried not to cry at the room's beauty. Feeling small, she sank her feet into the soft rug.

Erna pressed another button on the wall. The floor-to-ceiling windows opened and yellow sunshine and fresh air filled the room.

Sara smiled. Now hot, she struggled to pull off the super heavy robe Bentley had thrown over her shoulders the night before. The robe, or maybe it was some kind of cloak, was so thick, it was hard to determine what it actually was. It was made of some kind of snowy white fur.

Although she was reeling at the loveliness of the room, Sara grimaced. "You should tell Bentley that killing innocent animals to have fur rugs and robes is distasteful."

Erna made another funny bow to Sara. "Mr. Prince does not kill animals. These pelts are from a wild species of tiger native to South Fortland. The tigers shed their fur. No harm comes to them."

Sara's face flushed again. "Of course he doesn't," she said.

Erna lifted her silver arm and gestured to the other side of the room. "Mr. Prince informed me you are to shower."

Sara all but ran to the bathroom. It might as well have been pulled straight from the Palace of Versailles. Like her bedroom, the entire room was made of marble. And there was gold everywhere.

Who IS this guy? Sara wondered. She turned back to Erna.

"What if I don't want to take a shower?" she asked the android.

Erna nodded her head. She seemed to do that whether she was in agreement or not. "Mr. Prince said if you refused to shower, he would throw you into the ice cold ocean."

Sara's eyebrows shot to her forehead. "Well, I won't shower. I will take a bath instead." Her eyes fell upon a gorgeous bathtub that looked like it was made of real pearl. It had golden clawed feet.

Erna's head tilted to the side. Then it suddenly snapped back into place again. "My calculations suggest a shower and a bath both enable a person to become clean." She made more bobbing movements with her head. "Therefore, Sara, I am in agreement a bath is acceptable to Mr. Prince's standards."

Erna spun quickly around and went to hang up the massively furry robe Sara had left on the bed.

Sara immediately felt guilty for not putting it away herself.

Almost an hour later, Sara felt the cleanest she had ever felt in her life. The shampoo and conditioner, not to mention the super squishy, sponge-like soap in the bath tub, made her smell like exotic fruits and flowers.

Erna displayed Sara's now dry-cleaned silk jumpsuit and polished heels. "I took care of these for you. They are as good as new."

"Th-thank you so much. You are too kind," Sara said. She nearly lost her towel as she flung her arms around the android and hugged her.

Erna pulled back from Sara. "What are you doing?" she asked.

"It's a hug," Sara said, embarrassed. She now realized that people weren't supposed to hug androids.

Erna placed the jumpsuit and heels into a small black bag. She put the bag on the bed.

Sara looked at her, surprised. "Um, I need--"

"Mr. Prince gave me these. He said you can keep them." She gave Sara a thick black sweatshirt and sweatpants.

Sara cautiously took the clothes. "A-are these Bentley's?"

The android's face creased into her funny smile. "Correct. You are to keep them. Or return them in your Advanced Placement Calculus class."

Sara laughed at the way she said 'Advanced Placement'. Clearly Bentley liked to brag. Even to his android staff.

Sara quickly put on the sweatshirt and sweatpants. Each had that sweet mountainy yet musky spice smell. He's never getting these back. I will wear these to bed for the rest of my life, she thought with a wicked smile.

She flung the black bag over her shoulder.

"Ready?" Erna asked.
